Loved it

We loved our stay and hope to return. All 5 bedrooms are very roomy with their own private full bath. Plenty of space for relaxing and eating. The kitchen has everything you will need.

What a beautiful house! It was very spacious, even with the 10 adults and 3 children. Every couple had their own king bed suite with comfy beds. Convenient location also.

Really Great Vacation!!

The house was perfect in both amenities and location. Plenty of room for our family of 12. Very organized check in and check out. The ocean was a bit rough for the little ones, but we took a trip to Assateague Island and it was the perfect place for swimming and relaxing. The weather was great and we all enjoyed this family time together.

Family meet-up

We loved having 5 bedrooms that were all master suites with their own bathroom! Kitchen was big and well-equipped. We had a couple maintenance issues that were handled quickly by the management company. Would rent again if we return to the area.

Family Get-away

Beautiful property with plenty of space for everyone. The boardwalk was only a 10 minute ride and the beach was a block away. We really enjoyed the back deck - we grilled a couple nights and played cards and had our morning coffee out back. There were a couple things we needed help with when we first got there, but Rhonda was quick to help us….I would recommend this property for large family gatherings.

Dream House

We absolutely loved this property. It is lovely and is a great property for large Family stays. They have a dining table large enough for the whole family and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking those family dinners with ease. There was room enough to enjoy each others comnpany without feeling cramped. Lots of nice Family time ! Highly recommend ! Very Clean ! Also easy walk to ocean and bus stop.

Anniversary Dinner

We enjoyed our stay. The house is amazing, we loved it. Our family gets together every November to celebrate our anniversaries and cook a wonderful dinner. The kitchen was perfect for that, great appliances and was very well set up. The utensils and glassware were excellent. The only thing that we would suggest would be that we were fortunate enough to have great weather and we would have opened windows in the bedrooms but there are no screens. That said this is a wonderful house and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at the Sun Dancer home. I wanted to bring my family there to remember the great time we had the year prior. Once again, our family had a wonderful time. My grand daughters think it’s our home at the beach! We will definitely be returning. There is plenty of space for everyone to do what they want. Very cost and comfortable! Great location too!

Wonderful holiday home

We enjoyed this home so much! It was so similar to the pictures. It was enough space for us to spread out and be together. The kitchen is where we spent most of our time and it didn’t disappoint. Only thing is the heating as it would be comfortable on the second floor but cool on the first, thus we did have to have first floor ppl wrap up. Bring an extra comforter and you will be fine - it was also one of the coldest days of the year. Will rent again! No problems at all!

Fabulous home

This home is all as described and then some. So much room to spread out, as we were a party of 12, with young children.. Best kitchen ever, though we could have used a few more saucepans. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever encountered in a rental house, and the rooftop deck was spectacular for night time relaxing. Location was also perfect with a short walk to the beach and the bus stop at the corner for getting around in OC without the hassle of finding parking. David and Rhonda were both terrific in replying quickly to any questions we had before and during our vacation. We have rented many homes over the years for family vacations and everyone agreed that this house has been the best find yet!!!

Wonderful property

Really well done property. 5 masters with 5-1/2 baths. Very clean. Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Traffic light and crosswalk at the end of the street. Great neighborhood for a morning walk. We eat in every night and the kitchen is great however the oven is challenging. There was no food storage containers. We left some we bought but bring those if you eat in or take lunch to the beach. Rooftop sitting area was fun. Sit up there and watch the Sunday night fireworks.

This home was beautifully decorated, spacious, well appointed with many amenities and close to restaurants and attractions.The beds were so comfortable and each bedroom had their own full bathroom and we loved the game room/living room on the 2nd floor. Very quiet neighborhood and the beach was just a short walk away. We loved this place and it was obvious that the owners took great care to make this a warm and inviting home away from home.
