Everything about the property was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, and very helpful throughout the booking, stay, and checkout.

Wonderful guest house, sparkling clean, great location! Beautiful home with modern decor and plenty of room -- very comfortable beds and beautiful views in all directions of orchards, pasture, and the Grand Mesa. Very friendly and professional hosts who are quiet but available on request and very knowledgeable about the area.

Lovely Blue Door Home

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting the area. Such a quiet spot to return to each evening. We will definitely stay here again when we return to this part of Colorado. Hosts were very accommodating,

Beautiful guest house and wonderful location.

Beautiful guest house -- sparkling clean and fully furnished, in a peaceful country setting. Very comfortable beds, bright & sunny windows, plus many complimentary details such as whole bean coffee, nightlights, two patios with tables and chairs, extra toiletries and blankets, a welcome notebook and local maps. Family friendly, and also perfect for a private getaway or visit to the local wineries.

Spectacular

Just got engaged and this rental was perfect for a few days celebrating, exploring winery’s, and Colorado National Monument. The owners are super nice and welcoming.

Beautiful.

The property had some pretty scenery. It was nice sitting out back early morning drinking coffee and taking in the views. The property has everything you need for a weekend getaway!

Serene, beautiful property and neighboring orchard. The hosts thought of everything! Many little extras. Book of activities & restaurants, games, lovely views, great location - rural, but close to both Palisade and Grand Junction. Host was super nice, welcoming, and enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again!

My close friend and I had a girl's get-away and enjoyed the wineries, good conversation, and this wonderful house! We really appreciated all the clear labeling and instructions, and the house is so comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The location is great, and we enjoyed the outdoor seating and views. We will definitely come back here and next time bring our husbands! :-)

Visiting our som at CMU

Blue Door Farm vrbo was absolutely perfect for our visit. It was 15min to CMU campus, it was quiet and surrounded by orchards and farm land. For us it felt right at home. The property mgr was extremely nice and very helpful. It was very clean, kitchen and bath was well stocked, parking was efficient, and beds were very comfy. We will definitely be staying there if it’s available for our future visits to visit our son.

Wonderful House!

The Blue Door Farm is a really wonderful place. We only stayed for one night because we were doing the Tour of the Moon in Grand Junction, but we wished we could stay longer (and probably will next year!). The house is perfectly sized for 4 people, super neat, well put together, and possibly the most peaceful VRBO I've ever stayed in. The cool night breezes and sounds of crickets were ideal for sleeping. We're definitely coming back next year, given the opportunity!

Girls weekend

Walking into the house was so refreshing. I booked this house for a girls get a way weekend to go wine tasting and this was the perfect location to all the vineyards. The host responded to everything we needed immediately which was great not waiting around for an answer. Having the outdoor space to enjoy the views was the best part. We definitely will be booking this again and I will be recommending it to everyone I know.

The property was clean and the host was very accommodating getting us checked in a little early so we could freshen up before attending a wedding. Loved that the location was next to an orchard.

Lovely! Would stay here again!

This place was LOVELY. Super charming, well stocked, great location, and very accommodating for young kids (we stayed with our 2, 4, & 6 year old). It was just so welcoming! It felt like staying at a friends guest house! For us it was the little things that made the difference: the light blocking curtains, the toys and games for the kids, the medicine cabinet stocked with basic toiletries in case we forgot anything, a stool in the bathroom, the bedside USP ports, and the spices in the cupboard! Things were labeled throughout the kitchen so there was no question of what was “okay” or which switch went to which lights or appliance, etc. … The beds were comfortable and the pillows were plush! To top it off: The fruit orchard next door was a special bonus and made for a perfect morning picking peaches and grapes with the kids. The orchard owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming as well! All around 5 stars and would recommend to anyone visiting the Palisade area!

Great Getaway

We loved the cozy and clean accommodations as we enjoyed the surrounding peach and fruit orchards. This visit to the valley will certainly not be our last! Communication and information from the owners was quick and clear. We felt welcome from booking through checkout! Highly recommend!
