Fantastiska East End Unit på Beach Colony Resort

Vi inbjuder dig att vara vår gäst på Beach Colony's nyaste torn i vår East End-enhet. Bara två år gammal byggdes denna byggnad efter Ivan. Från de stora (300 kvm) Ft.) Balkong, kommer du att se några av de bästa utsikten över en av de vackraste stränderna i viken. Från frukostkroken hittar du en hisnande utsikt över Perdido Bay och Johnson Beach State Park.

När du går genom ytterdörren kommer du att känna dig som hemma i vår bekväma, vackert inredda lägenhet. Genom de dubbla dörrarna till höger kommer du in i vårt stora sovrum med en king size-säng. Befälhavaren har ett bubbelbadkar och en fristående dusch. I motsatt hall hittar du de andra två sovrummen med dubbelsängar i vardera. Dessa sovrum har eget badrum samt en 23 "platt-TV med DVD-skivor. Köket är fullt utrustat och har bänkskivor i granit. Vardagsrummet har en stor soffa med en 32 "platt-TV, DVD och stereo.

Exclusive Beach Colony Resort ligger på 11 tunnland fantastiska stranden. East Tower har 2 hissar med endast 4 enheter per våning. På fastigheten finns 3 pooler (1 uppvärmda), lera tennisbanor och ett fitnesscenter.

Excellent

We have stayed in this condo 2 times now and have loved it both times. The toaster oven was broken when we arrived, and even though it wasnt a major issue, Linda ordered a new one and sent it to the condo so that we would have one. We love staying here and will probably make it three times in a row next year.

We will stay there again. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for family meals. Comfortable setting for the entire family and loads of space for all your beach gear.

Great family vacation

The week with our family in Linda's lovely condo couldn't have been better. The accomodations and amenities were excellent, and allowed us to make memories to last a lifetime.

Fall Break Beach Trip

Stayed 3 nights at Beach Colony. The unit was great…very clean and well equipped, spacious. Nice pool and beach is gorgeous. Would definitely come back!

Beyond our expectations!

We cannot wait to come back and stay! The condo was spacious, clean, well stocked and the views from EVERY ROOM were beyond what we could have every imagined. We will certainly come back to stay. Linda was quick to respond and accommodating to any question we had. Highly recommend!!

Great condo

Condo was very clean. Very nice location. Loved the it being gated and the security walking around checking things. The clothes dryer wouldn't dry the clothes we washed.

Great place with a view

From the moment we stepped into this Perdido Key property, we were blown away. The sheer size of the place was incredible – plenty of room for our entire family to spread out and relax. But it was the view that truly took our breath away. The expansive balcony offered a panoramic vista of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico, and we spent countless hours simply marveling at the beauty. The interior was just as impressive, with modern furnishings and a comfortable layout. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them together. The bedrooms were spacious and provided a peaceful retreat at the end of each day. We can't say enough about how much we loved our stay. This property is an absolute gem and we can’t wait to return! My family and I were thrilled with this condo. It was lovely, beautifully decorated, clean, has a spectacular view, and the amenities are excellent. We cannot say enough positives about our host. She was very responsive before we arrived and responded to our questions during our stay. I would not hesitate to stay at this property in the future. Highly recommend!

Outstanding

This property is wonderful. Check in was very easy - keys were in lockbox on door. The condo is spacious and very nicely decorated. It was also very clean. Rooms were large and furniture and bedding was very comfortable. The balcony has a wonderful view. We stayed 4 nights during the Thanksgiving holiday with our daughter, son-in-law and 3 granddaughters (13, 10 and 4). Everyone loved it. We will definitely be renting this again in the future.

Fabulous!

This was not my first stay in this condo. Different family members have been here for different occasions over the years. This stay at the condo was perfect. It is spacious, very comfortable and lovely. The view is amazing from the balcony. I love Perdido Key. It is a less crowded beach than the Gulf Shores area with white sand, clear water and dolphins! What more could you ask for? There are several good restaurants close by and the grocery stores have anything you might need. Communication with the owner was easy and fast. We really hated to leave. Next year will have to be a longer stay here!

Awesome!

The unit itself was exactly as stated. Plenty of space for the six of us. Access to the beach, renting chairs & umbrellas was so easy. The only downfall of the stay was the elevators. One was not working and the one that was had issues. Could not always get the numbers to push to get to your floor. We weren’t the only ones almost everyone else was having trouble. Worked maybe 50% of the time.
