Denna 3-rumslägenhet, i A-byggnaden, är tillgänglig och ligger i centrala Cabo San Lucas. Vi är några minuter från stranden, restauranger, affärer, småbåtshamnen, Puerto Paraiso Entertainment Plaza (det största köpcentret och underhållningskomplexet i Baja, Kalifornien) och Cabos nattliv; ingen bil behövs. Vi är bara ett kvarter från Medano Beach där du kan njuta av våglöpare, kajaker, simning, parasailing, ta en vattentaxi till Lover's Beach eller bara koppla av och njut av Baja-solen. Om du gillar att fiska, är vi bara några minuter från marinan där världsklass fiske turer väntar din ankomst. Cabo är en säker och vänlig plats.

Condo komplexa bekvämligheter inkluderar Nahui Day Spa, mini-marknad, ett utomhusrum, trådlöst internet vid poolen eller i lägenheten. Oasis Cafe ligger bredvid poolen med en uppvärmd bar och utmärkta dagliga specialerbjudanden. Beläget i lobbyn finns Serranos Tequila och Wine Bar, som har utmärkt mat och atmosfär. Det finns ett komplett kök, fyllt med grundläggande förnödenheter, samt extra handdukar, (skicka dina egna strandhanddukar) och hårtork.

Det finns en stor säng i sovrummet, en queen size-säng och tvilling i det andra sovrummet och tvilling våningssängar i det tredje sovrummet. Bilder av sovrummen kommer att finnas tillgängliga efter den 1 september 2018 när renoveringar är färdiga. Det finns två fulla bad, komplett kök, matsal, vardagsrum och balkong.

KONTROLL IN tiden är 16:00. KONTROLLERA tid är 10:00, om inte det finns några hyresgäster efter dig (vänligen kontrollera med ägaren om du behöver mer tid).

SPRINGBREAK (mars-april) kommer att vara på en per person skattesats.

Detta är en utvägstemperatur och observerar bullerbegränsningar efter kl. 11 som en artighet för alla som bor här. Säkert och säkert, platsen är otroligt, och fastigheten är väl underhållen. This condo is exactly as advertised. Location is perfect! No more than a 10 min walk to everything. Would stay here on return visits Condo is equipped with everything you need.

Excellent location!

We really enjoyed our trip to Cabo and the location of this property is GREAT! You do not need to rent a car as everything (beach, marina, grocery store, Walmart) is within walking distance. We loved the grounds at Marina Sol and were very impressed with both restaurants (inside & out), cleanliness of the property, and beautifully manicured grounds. Property manager Heather was awesome and all the staff were very friendly. We felt safe too, as the property has 24/7 security. We liked it so much that we plan on returning next year!One small negative was that there were only 3 forks! Not sure how they have all disappeared, and fortunately there were only 3 of us :)

Fantastic

Everything that you could think you might need for a great stay was available at the condo. Just as an example one of us forgot their yeti type cup to keep drinks cold and there were some in the cupboard. Great place and super responsive and accommodating host! Would definitely return.

Great Location, Wonderful Hosts and Nice Space

This place is very centrally located to the beach and the Marina. Tons of bars and places to eat close by. Heather is a wonderful resource. A Concierge extraordinaire and adds a lot of value to this rental. Only 4 stars because this rental faces outside the complex, on a busy, noisy street. And the view is of the parking garage for the mall and a vacant lot, and the foot hills beyond. The main bedroom and the smaller bedroom with bunk beds have to deal with the traffic noise as the windows don't help much. In the master bedroom the wife and I used white noise to drown out the traffic. All-in-all it is a great place, just be aware of the noise.

Perfect Space and Great Property Manager

Me and some friends stayed in this property during our spring break and it was perfect!! The staff and property manager (heather) we’re super helpful the whole time. Anything we needed from reservations to covid testing she had us covered! We enjoyed our stay and it was a stress free vacation thanks to heather!!

Perfect Getaway

My wife and I along with another couple just spent 5 nights at Diane's condo at Marina Sol. Leading up to our arrival, Diane was super accommodating and in constant communication. Once we arrived, the first thing we noticed is that the condo could not be in a better location for getting out and seeing Cabo San Lucas. The condo itself was great and with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is perfect for groups such as ours. The property manager, Heather, was great and very helpful during our stay. She helped us with groceries, scheduling our COVID test to return to the US, and a water taxi excursion to Lover's Beach. I'd recommend staying at this property and will be looking to come back!

Wonderful time with family!

We had such a great time! The condo was perfect for our size of family and Diane was wonderful to work with. The pool is amazing and the restaurants are yummy and reasonable! We will be returning thank you for a wonderful memory!!

Nice property, great location.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, walking distance from the beach and night-life. Diane was wonderful! From the moment I booked until the stay was over, she was nothing but helpful and responsive. Thank you Diane! I would definitely love to stay here again.

Very nice property, great location, great owner

We stayed at this property for 7 days as two families with 4 kids and 4 adults over New Years. Everyone had a great time. It's an awesome location! The beach was a 5-10 minute walk and downtown walk to great restaurants was also very convenient. Overall we were able to walk to most places and maybe took a cab just a few times to get to things like Walmart which was only 10 minute car ride away. The location also felt very secure. Diane was a pleasure to work with. She had great suggestions for nearby attractions. The property was very nice and comfortable with great amenities. We fully utilized the kitchen which thankfully came well equipped with basic utensils, plates, knives, coffee maker with K-cups, etc. It was even great to be able to catch the fireworks on New Years Eve at the beach from the balcony of the property which was a nice surprise. Special shout out to Elly from concierge for also helping us with reserving ATV tours and restaurants. Overall, we would stay here again if we visit Cabo.
