Denna en historia lägenhet (bara ett litet steg att gå in) ligger i en stor intown plats. Det ligger nära restauranger, kyrkor, sjukhus, Amtrak-stationen, Joseph College (återupptagning år 2020), Fair Oaks Dairy (6 miles), Indiana Beach (30 miles), Indiana Dunes National Park (60 miles).
De 2 sovrum (California King size säng och enkelsängar) kallas kärleksfullt "Nora" efter min mormors mormor. Den har stort kök med alla redskap och köksredskap och kaffebryggare med gratis kaffe. Kylskåp har ismaskin och mikrovågsugn kommer med fri popcorn. Gasområdet och diskmaskinen kompletterar köket. Det keramiska badet har uppvärmd golv och är fylld med fluffiga handdukar. Vardagsrummet har stor över fylld stol, soffa och wingback stol och stor "smart tv" och gratis wifi. Ta med Netflix och Amazon Prime lösenord. Den bifogade garaget ger integritet och bra skydd för att skydda frisör och klänningar.
Jag har just lagt till en privat uteplats med bekväma solstolar och grill och gratis LP-gas.
Perfekt för att besöka lokala vänner och familj. Stora företagets huvudkontor antingen för ett par dagar eller ett par månader.
Allt detta till riktigt bra pris.

Wonderful

Really enjoy staying at their propertys. Very nice, cozy and comfortable. Great hosts and very nice neighborhood. Go here 3-4 times a year and have rented mostly with them rather than hotel stay. Very convenient very close to my children & family as well as town food and stores!

Worked well for us

Great shower-water pressure. Nice to have a garage. Blinds in kitchen are dirty. Comfortable king bed. Nice thick towels. We had our sound machine with us so it blocked out the loud street noises at night.

The property was convenient to walking downtown or driving along the commercial strip of College Avenue. We appreciated the access to a washer-dryer and a grill out back.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. Loved it, plenty of space. Property manager was helpful and accommodating. If we are in Rensselaer again for a baseball tournament we will absolutely be staying here.

A most pleasant weekend

Worked perfect for me. I am disabled with mobility issues traveling alone.

No longer hallway to parking lot catting bag, Trilogy machine very convenient, very private and owner makes sure there are lights on when you get there, handicapped bathroom. All in all I was happy with place

Rensselaer stay

Perfectly adequate and clean place to stay. I would stay again. But it is a very noisy location on a busy corner so be advised to bring ear plugs for sleeping! Also the patio does not look pretty like the photo - it's on the busy street, full of weeds and some litter blown in. Several repairs on the interior have not been made recently but the manager assured me that the handy man was ill and those things would be fixed.

The house its self was great but very limited housewares in the kitchen for our use. It would have been nice to know that there is a busy road on the side of the house that was noisy. The owner showed up at the door at 9 a.m. the day before we were to check out to ask when we were leaving which i thought was very rude. There was no information about wifi and I never recieved a response to my email asking for that information.

Nice place

Nice place with good location. Only complaint is I don’t feel the place was cleaned well prior to my check in. Beds in spare bedroom were not made. There were some stains on sheets of master. Some dirt in the floor of the kitchen. There was a coffee in the microwave and a jar of mayonnaise on the counter. Also would recommend the house purchase more kitchen things…. Pots pans knives large bowls. Was lacking that. Corner cabinet beside dish washer was also broken.

I enjoyed our last stay better then thus stay. There was not a family size grill for the back patio like last time. I believe the cleaning lady was in a rush. The washer and dryer had sheets in it so I wasn't able to use them. The bathroom walls where pretty dusty. Even in the shower. And the silverware was all in a coffee cup in the kitchen cabinet, we didn't find it till after we had already purchased plastic

The property is called "Nora" which was my maternal grandmother's name.
She was widowed at a young age in a time when social responsibility was "every man for themselves". To survive she took in laundry which was done by scrub board and later she was given a used ringer style power washer. She had clothes lines that were 50 feet long behind her house. When all the laundry jobs were finished she cleaned houses four days a week. My mothers cloths were made of feed sacks when emptied to feed the chickens. She always had a huge garden which a horse team plowed for her. I remember picking cherries from her cherry tree which was just outside the back door. One of the great influences of my life.
The location of "Nora" is 1 block south of where Grandma Nora lived and died.
