Du kommer att njuta av den vita vita stranden, underhållning på Baytowne Wharf och det vackraste lagunestilets swimmingpoolkomplex på Resort. Sandestin Resort erbjuder bekvämligheter galore - stranden roligt, båtliv, tennis, golf, vandringsleder, en småbåtshamn, fiske och mycket mer.

We have been coming to Sandestin for years and this is the best condo we have stayed in so far. Great location. We love staying in Baytowne Wharf and this is right at the Village which was very convenient. The condo was very clean and the host was very attentive to our needs.

Perfect location in Sandestin!

This was a great stay. The location was perfect for our teens to go downstairs and wander The Wharf by themselves. We loved being able to use the golf cart to easily get over to the beach or to the shopping area to get groceries. The condo was plenty of room for the 4 of us and was stocked well. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Location

I took my adult daughter and a friend for a long weekend in Sandestin. The location is fantastic and you can walk to restaurants and bars. We loved having the golf cart to go to the beach. The condo was large and would be great for a girls trip and/for a family. The kitchen was well equipped and the balcony was large and great!! The king bedroom and bath is a little outdated but it was fine for me. I will definitely stay here again!!

We will definitely be renting this unit again!! Perfect location, the golf cart made getting around the resort so easy, and the property management team is too notch!! Very quick to respond, and quick to handle any requests we had!

Convenient to EVERYTHING

Perfect location for families. Unbeatable convenience. One floor down to Baytowne dining and activities. One floor up to the pool and exercise room. Parking on the same floor as the unit. And the golf cart is a must for going back and forth to the beach! Unit is everything it is advertised to be. Looking forward to going back.

It could get you anywhere needed on the Sandestin property, which was so convenient. We only got in our car twice the whole week. I would stay here again. It’s perfect for a family with kids. Parents in the master and kids in the other bedroom with 2 beds. The pool outside the pilot house was super nice as well. We truly had a great time.

Wonderful stay slightly interrupted

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always love staying at the Baytowne Wharfe in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. 217 Pilot House was a comfortable stay until painting contractors started painting our patio. This was not the fault of the Beach Blue folks and they had actually warned us this might occur. We lost the use of the patio for 7 or our 11 days there but Beach Blue gave us a nice discount for our inconvenience. There was also an issue with house cleaning and a slow flushing toilet but Beach Blue had a cleaning lady and a plumber there in 30 minutes and both issues resolved. I would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was great for what we needed. The Beach Blue rental company was amazing to work with. AC in one unit wasn’t able to keep up. Service men were there within 30 min to troubleshoot the issue, bring extra fan. First thing Monday a crew was there To install a brand new AC! They handled everything while we were off enjoying our time at Sandestin. This unit is well loved but clean and amazing location for our family.

Two Bedrooms in the Village

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quiet condo located in Baytowne Village with easy access from parking garage. Kitchen was well stocked, and towels and linens are good. The unit does, however, require some minor repairs to enhance the guest experience. Clothes drier is very slow, dishwasher drawer falls off the rack, bathroom door doesn't close well, fridge is noisy and A/C is not always reliable. A few minor repairs would make this a great spot. Super location and the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are a nice set-up.

Pictures can be deceiving

I want to be fair but honest here. We picked this unit based on reviews and because it had a Golf Cart. The reviews were totally accurate. I had hoped that based on the dates the unit would have been updated by now but it has not. The location is awesome! The view is very nice. I had some concern about road noise and there really wasn't any. It was nice having the adjoining room to spread out. The bedrooms are small with no room for hanging or storing clothes, 8 hangers in each room. The kitchen, living, and dining areas are nice. The laundry was nice. The couch has seen a lot of use. There were several truly dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets. Literally a frying pan that had been used and put away dirty in one cabinet and it's lid with grease spatters in another cabinet (one example). The floor has not seen a mop in ages, maybe it has been swept, but as my freshly washed house shoes can attest, the floor was truly dirty! Now the unit had an overwhelming smell of bleach when we arrived so I took that to be a good sign and the sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, etc. all looked pristine. When the owner says a "starter kit of supplies will be provided, bring your own" she means it! Not easy to do when you are flying in. So plan on a shopping trip. The bed was just as described, truly lumpy and it was on the frame sideways (to rotate the lumps?) Doors don't open, others don't shut. We definitely didn't need the Golf Cart! We will stay in Pilot House again but not in this unit.
