Lakeview och plats. Denna tredje berättelse enhet har en underbar utsikt över Payette sjön och de omgivande bergen från kök, vardagsrum, matsal och sovrum. Den bifogade bilden, tagen från balkongen, inte göra rättvisa åt skönheten i sjön och de omgivande bergen.

Du kommer att vara ett kvarter från vattnet brunt Park som har en docka, badstrand och småbarn lekplats. Legacy Park, som nyligen renoverats och uppgraderats är två kvarter bort och Davis Beach är en 5 minuters promenad. Gå fem minuter till stan, butiker och restauranger, och skridskobana. Golfbanan är en tre minuters bilresa, och Poderosa State Park entrén är en halv mil. Kajak, cykel, båt och PWC uthyrning är alla inom tre kvarter. Du kan enkelt parkera din bil i två bil tandem garage och inte använda den igen tills du måste gå hem.

Enheten är fullt utrustad med alla apparater, inklusive en tvättmaskin och torktumlare och platt-TV med kabel och en blu ray DVD-spelare. Det stora sovrummet har en TV med video och DVD. Fullt utrustat kök.

Great location

We loved our stay! Place was clean, kitchen and everything you need and it was the perfect location. The view of the lake was beautiful and it was a quick walk to town. Would love to stay here again.

Great Place to Vacation!

This place had everything we needed and wanted! The building was nice and quiet and easy to locate. On top of that, the location is amazing! It’s right by the lake, and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in town. Plus, it’s located by some great biking/walking trails. We would stay again!

Close to town!

Great condo close to everything. King bed super comfy. Ample space for our family with the triple bedroom. Access to bikes and a huge garage. Would definitely stay again!!

Cozy McCall townhouse

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It’s a very quick walk to the lakeshore where there Is a nice beach and park. The furnishings of the townhouse were very cozy and warm with a pellet stove if you need it. The bed was very comfortable with a good a choice of pillows. The kitchen was very well supplied. We’ll be back.

Best location

The condo was super clean when we arrived. It is so nicely decorated, very comfortable and very well stocked. Especially the kitchen. It was quite hot the first couple days and there are fans that helped tremendously. Great to have a washer and dryer in the unit when staying an extended time. Being able to see the lake is very relaxing even though through the trees. A few short blocks to walk to town. One block to the lake. Brown park is a block down however it was torn up and unusable while we were there. Being on the third floor is great which affords the lake view however keep in mind there are 36 stair steps to climb. If you are seniors, as we are, it's a bit tough to carry belongings up. Overall we loved it there!

Spacious condo, walking distance from downtown with a quiet location!

My friends and I used this condo as our home base for my wedding, and it was perfect for us! It seems very spacious - especially the king bedroom, & the big dining table. Larry & Debbie were great & proactive at communication too, and very responsive when I had questions. The condo is off the main road but still walking distance from Brown park, Legacy beach, and the main strip downtown. But it’s off of a side road with private parking, so we felt tucked out of the way without the busy traffic of downtown (even on a Saturday/weekend in late June). The condo is on the 3rd floor (the ground floor is just a garage), so you get a cute corner view of the lake. One tip if you stay there: the door locks automatically behind you, so don’t forget to bring a key with you every time you leave the house!! Fortunately we didn’t have to figure that out the hard way :)

Trip Saved

Due to last minute plumbing problems we were unable to stay in planned unit. The owner, Larry, was very available and scrambled to find a different place for us to stay on Christmas Eve, it had been looking like we were going to have to return home. Larry’s kindness and work saved our much anticipated family trip. Despite problems, we would book with them again!

Home away from Home!

The location of this property is fantastic. Quiet, beautiful view. We were off and gone playing in the snow most of the time but when we needed to prepare a meal, shower and sleep it was perfect. Clean, cozy and everything we needed. Parking is great! Thank you for opening your home!

Beautiful mt town on lake

This is a beautiful little mt town on the lake, condo was very cute, no air conditioning for the 95 degree weather so a bit hot mid day. We were able to open windows and use fans at night so it cooled off nicely. Other than that a nice view thru tree of lake and a short block walk to beach area, Very convenient . Would stay again. Condo was not ready at checkin but was due to prior tenants not leaving on time so no fault of renters

Fantastic location

We had a great stay in McCall. The owners were very helpful with ensuring everything went smoothly and provided great suggestions for biking and exploring the area. The condo is ideally situated very close to town and the marina and a couple of blocks from a wonderful park on the water. We hope to return to McCall next Summer and would love to rent the condo again.

Fun Stay

Our family had a great time staying in this very clean condo. What we loved the most about Larry and Debbie’s condo is the great location to downtown McCall. The kitchen had everything one could want or need to use. We loved our family game nights by the fire.

Great condo for a ski vacation!

Everything was as advertised. The owner was very helpful in contacting me and making sure the stay was excellent. Really enjoyed the pellet stove in the living room after a full day skiing.

Great location

This condo was clean, well stocked, and close to everything. Be aware, though, that there is no air conditioning. There are several fans in the condo, which help, but when it’s 100 degrees outside it’s hard to get to sleep at night. From what I understand, not having AC is typical of the homes in the area, and the weather is far beyond the homeowners control.

We are avid outdoorsmen and love the hiking, backpacking, fishing, swimming, flyfishing, skiing, cycling, ski touring, rafting ski touring, and many other activities that McCall has to offer.

I am a retired engineer in Florida and my wife is a psychotherapist (still working part time). Our grown children also love McCall and the time we spend there together is priceless.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We purchased this condominium because of the great lake view and because it is centrally located to town, the lake, Ponderosa Park, and the golf course. It is off the beaten path and away from the traffic but still close to town. We love that deer are comfortable enough to graze in and around our property and we often see them first thing in the morning or at dusk.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Upon arrival, we park the car in the garage and don't have to drive much at all. We really enjoy walking to town or to one of the nearby parks. It is a great pleasure to sit on the balcony and watch the sun set over the lake and mountains.
