Beautiful views

The property was just like the pictures. The staff from check in to the housekeepers and landscapers we kind and very helpful. Our family had a blast and will be back next year.

Broken bed

One side of the king bed in one of the master bedrooms was broken. You could not sleep on that side. Maintenance could not fix. No shelves in refrigerator door. Hard to get everything in the fridge. Floors filthy.

Great Place to Stay

Overall, we had a great experience with our rental property for the week. The condo had plates but no bowls. I would suggest to have bowls available in the kitchen - we needed some on a daily basis for the food we brought. We would stay here again!

Clean and comfortable!

I enjoyed staying in this condo. I’ve stayed in many other condos at Paloma and this may be one of the best ones I’ve stayed in. I especially enjoyed the movie selection left by owner... gave me a nostalgic feeling. The only downside that I would say is the lack of furniture in the extended balcony area. The balcony wrapped around and I wouldn’t wished there was couches... to lay out. There was a table and 4 chairs.. one of the chairs was damaged. Overall, I would definitely rent this condo again.

The condo was clean but the kitchen was very sparsely stocked. A drawer was broken in refrigerator and drawer of oven was broken. There is a large wrap around porch but what little furniture there was, was in really bad shape. Many of the blinds in living area were not in good shape. I was afraid to close them. We love Las Palomas but this particular rental needs some TLC.

Lovely!

We enjoyed this property. When we arrived, there was a leak in one of the sinks and the maintenance crew fixed it very quickly. The unit had everything we needed. I would recommend the owner to get a larger patio table. We had a group of 8 and we all couldn’t eat dinner on the patio together. We would stay again!

Beautiful condo with amazing views!

This was our family’s third trip to Puerto Penasco and also the third time staying at this wonderful resort. We had an amazing time staying in this condo. It was clean and beautifully decorated. It was everything the description said it was. We loved that there were 3 king beds and they were all very comfortable! The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing. Booking was fast and very easy and the people I spoke to were extremely nice. I would definitely book this condo again and recommend it to anyone with a family.
