Denna rustika två våningar nyrenoverade stuga ligger precis vid en bäck med täckt bro och vattenhjul. Det finns ett nytt mini split system för uppvärmning och luftkonditionering med fjärrkontroll termostater. Du kan sitta på den överbyggda verandan och lyssna på bäcken eller vada i bäcken och stänk av vattenhjulet. Beläget bara 15 minuter från Harrahs Valley River Casino eller vackra centrum Murphy och bara en kort bilresa till John C. Campbell Folkeskolan. Det finns en propangrill ute med bord och stolar för uteservering och även Adirondack stolar att sitta och njuta av bäcken. Det finns en eldstaden med trä så att du kan njuta av en trevlig eld och grillad marshmallows. Du kan till och med placera Adirondack stolarna i bäcken och låt vattnet svalna dig på en varm sommardag. Från nedre vardagsrummet kan du titta ut genom fönstren och njuta av utsikten över bäcken och vattenhjulet. Det finns ett fotbollsspel, PS3 med några spel, ROKU och WIFI. Magnificent Stay

Would give 10 stars if I could. Clean, thoughtful accommodations, convenient, reasonably priced. Not one bad thing to say. Listening to the creek and waterwheel was just the relaxing reset we needed.

True Relax

The photos of this property do not do it justice! We loved everything about this place (my bad knee disagrees after the steps for a few days lol). We had rain the first night, and the sound of all of that rain on the water wheel was the most relaxing sound to sleep to. We also had a lot of fun playing Foosball during the rain! The hosts provide everything you will need, and they even left us a sweet treat to enjoy during our stay! Definitely a great experience. We hope to be back soon!!

Perfect spot for a mountain getaway!

Check in was easy and the cabin had everything we needed. The stream and water wheel were a big hit with the kids.

Stay at The cabin

We had a great time at The Cabin. It sits next to a creek and we were able to take chairs and put them in the creek and sit with water flowing over our feet. Great hiking trails, a good fire pit and a lot of wildlife nearby. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would recommend this place.

Birthday Get Away

I found this very relaxing cabin when searching for a house to stay for my husbands birthday. We enjoyed the peacefully area and the waterwheel was fun to see and listen to. Access was very easy and the cabin was clean and welcoming with all of the essentials. Local restaurants and grocery stores were within 30 minutes.

Awesome Cabin

Loved this cabin! It had everything you might need. Super clean & the wheel was the best. Great location & quite. They left us fire wood for the firepit & a surprise of a Smores kit! Great hosts.

Summer visit

We visited our son, who odds working at a local summer camp. This was a lovely base for our exploration of the area. The host was very prompt in communication and had many special tickets throughout the house. The creek, waterwheel, and landscaping around the property were wonderful.

We both grew up in Murphy and attended Murphy High School together which is where we met and dated for a while, later to meet up again, marry and so far live happily ever after. We enjoy working on projects, spending time with family, spoiling our two grandboys, ages 15 and 11, and keeping up with all the ballgames and events they are involved in.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We would like you to come enjoy our cabin. We have so much love for the cabin as we call it; from the beginning of construction by our father/father-n-law, when he was developing the property in the late 1980's up to present day after our renovating. We love the location by the creek and enjoy walking over and listening to the water wheel while we sit on the covered porch at times when it is vacant. We lived in the cabin for almost ten years until one day the property across the road was in foreclosure and we were able to purchase that piece of land and later build our new home. The cabin holds many dear memories for us and our families and we hope you enjoy your time here.
