Inte din typiska stuga! Modernt hem, 12 sovplatser, med fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Beläget i ett lugnt område bara 10 minuter från Sunset Marina, den största på sjön. Ta en lugn promenad från nästan Eden till vattenkanten för att fiska, simma eller bara njuta av lugnet i vackra Dale Hollow.

Nästan Eden är det rätta valet för vila, avkoppling och återanslutning. Den öppna planlösningen och många fönster ger en bekväm men hemtrevlig atmosfär. Befälhavaren svit har en kung madrass med kudde med lyxiga sängkläder, tillgång till däck och bifogat badrum. Gäst sovrummet har en queen size-säng, gott om förvaring och ett bifogat badrum. Loftet sviten har två dubbla rullar (sover fyra) och gränsar till ett rymligt gemensamt område med två soffor, TV / DVD och en annan fantastisk sjöutsikt. Walkout-källaren har två bekväma futons, tv / dvd samt tillgång till däck och ett halvt badkar. I källaren finns också Air Hockey, Fooseball, Ping Pong och brädspel som gör det till tonåringens favoritplats. Det rymliga köket har alla rostfria vitvaror och tillbehör för tolv gäster. Oavsett om du vill sätta ihop en snabb måltid efter en dag med båtliv eller ta dig tid att låta din inre kock skina, hittar du vad du behöver! Tvättmaskin / torktumlare, intill köket, innehåller förvaring för dina livsmedelsartiklar. Matsalen har sex med fyra extra platser i frukostbaren. En favorit matplats är på däck där det finns plats för 8. Däck inkluderar också en rostfri gasgrill och de vackraste solnedgångarna på sjön!

Perfect for a large family

We absolutely loved staying here. With a family of 7, there was plenty of space to spread out, beautiful sunsets & a very well stocked kitchen to prepare meals. We were travelling with a 25 ft. Boat & had no trouble having it at the property when needed.

My family has stayed at Almost Eden for several Dale Hollow vacations. It is always very comfortable, clean, and a beautiful view! Everything you need to keep your family happy on their lake vacation. The owners are wonderful to work with.

Love almost Eden

We have stayed here multiple times and have enjoyed our stay each time. Close to sunset dock, great view of the lake, and house is clean and well kept. Owner is pleasant to work with.

Another great visit

This house is very good for multiple age groups/families. The kitchen has everything you might need, the furnishings are comfortable, great beds, nice linens. The air hockey table and ping pong table kept the kids engaged throughout our stay. The communication with the owner was timely, clear, and helpful. Highly recommend.

Nice place with great views!

Property is conveniently located in a quiet lake neighborhood but located close enough to where you want to be. Plenty of sleeping arrangements and living areas for your family. Most everything you may need was provided with the house. Great Lake views off the deck! We enjoyed our time.

Perfect!

The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and a perfect location! Short drive to town and also to Sunset Marina. The view of the lake from the back porch, living room and loft was so beautiful. Christie was very helpful and quick to respond when I had questions. Our family cannot wait to return!

Home away from Home

We just had the most amazing time at this property. Was perfect for our family vacation with Grandma and Grandpa. The home had everything we needed. This was the cleanest home we have ever stayed in. Room to park our boat trailer on site and a close drive to Sunset Marina. We enjoyed our time both at this home and on the beautiful Dale Hollow Lake. The owner was so quick to respond to all of our questions. We will be back.

Wonderful experience!!

Spacious and well-appointed home nestled in the hills with gorgeous views of Dale Hollow Lake from the back decks. The home was squeaky clean with up-to-date interior and furnishings, including a comfy couch for lounging in 3 built-in recliners. With 3 full levels, our family of 11 had plenty of space to spread out, and enough hot water for everyone to shower. There is plenty of parking in front, and a garage space available for a car or storage. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets every night in the quiet neighborhood, and fresh coffee outside on the deck watching the lake come to life in the morning.

Great location and wonderful views

Our family of six were very pleased with this home. The kitchen was very well equipped (except for ice). The main floor was very spacious and the two kids (could accommodate more) enjoyed the upstairs loft and adjoining bedroom. The lower floor had fun games and provided a “hangout” space for those that wanted to stay up later than the grandparents. My only caution would be related to the steps getting into the house. We had no trouble but be advised to read the description and understand there are multiple steps to enter the home. Overall I highly recommend this rental. Lovely interior and wonderful decks.

Awesome fall break

The house was great. We not only enjoyed coffee on the deck but evening cocktails with the wonderful view. Lots of room for all Of us. We had a minor issue while we were there and the host was very prompt to take care of the issue. We will definitely stay here again.

Great house and experience

Everyone in my family was well-pleased with the comfort, cleanliness, and amenities of this home. Youngsters enjoyed the ping pong, air hockey and foosball tables. Bedding was very nice, towels thick and absorbent. My bed (master) was so comfy, and everyone else said they slept well. We were in for a family reunion so just a short stay but family is discussing a weeklong visit next summer, in order to fully enjoy the house and views. Having two living rooms worked well for adults and kids. One bit of advice for future renters . . . Take a hair dryer if you need one. 16 y.o. Granddaughter was the only one who noticed the lack 😉 and she managed to survive, but we will make a note for future visits.

Great Cabin!

This place was amazing, we were here for a long weekend for a friends wedding and it was the perfect space. There are plenty of bathrooms, towels and everything was super clean! The balcony and view were spectacular.

Annual Trip

The house was perfect for our large group. We all were able to sleep well after our long days on the water. The kitchen is well stocked, making it easy to prepare our home cooked dinners. We enjoyed the ping pong table for some friendly competitions and the back deck to watch a couple evening storms roll in. We will definitely stay at Almost Eden again!

5th summer at Almost Eden!

We love this home, the location and the ease of the entire rental process. It is actually more space than we have needed the last few summers, but we just don’t want to risk staying somewhere else when we love this home. And the sunset view is amazing! We hope to return for summer number 6!

Almosteden was fantastic!

The house, both condition and amenities were great! Not to far from Sunset Marina and has a beautiful view of the lake from both the upper and lower decks. Our family loved it! Not our first stay and won't be the last!

Our favorite house we have stayed in.

This was the second time that we stayed in this house. It is a beautiful place, very clean and is stocked with everything you need. There was 11 of us and we had 4 family members staying in a house nearby. We had plenty of room to come back to the house and all of us have dinner together. The ping pong table was the highlight of the evenings, we played almost every night..

Hi! We are Joel and Christie Puckett! We love to travel and spend time with our family and enjoy the outdoors! We are owners of a small concrete construction company and Christie drives a school bus for elementary and junior high students. We are very active in our local church serving in a number of ministries! Joel has been involved with a local jail ministry for many, many years.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We both grew up visiting Dale Hollow. Our trips together began while were were dating and have continued on throughout our marriage. Our boys have been brought up coming to Dale Hollow and are now bringing their own families to enjoy it's beauty and fun! We have rented everything from houseboats to cabins to homes. When we made the decision to purchase a home for ourselves Almost Eden was an easy choice. The house has a gorgeous view and is laid out to accommodate two families very easily which was a bonus for us since we have a large extended family and lots of friends who love the lake! We purchased it from the builder and have truly enjoyed making a perfect get-a-way for everyone to enjoy!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

One of our favorite things to do is have coffee on the main deck and enjoy the wide variety of birds that bustle in the tree tops just a few feet from the deck! Relaxing and catching sunset is also a highlight as each evening brings it's own unique gift for us to enjoy! The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. A morning walk will bring you into contact with many of the 'year rounders' as they are out strolling with their pets and keeping a watchful eye on the goings on! The house is only a ten minute drive to town and Sunset Marina so any needs that arise can easily be met by a short trip. We especially enjoy New Smyrna Church right across from the Dairy Queen. Good old fashioned preaching and singing!
