This condo is perfect! You cannot get any closer to the ocean and the views are spectacular. We had four adults and 2 teenage children and never felt cramped or crowded. More than adequately stocked. There were beach chairs and snorkel equipment, beach towels, board games, box fans for each room, air mattresses, and all of the kitchen equipment you would need. Everything is clean and well kept. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great condo, everything you could ask for. In the beginning the refrigerator wasn't cold enough however the 2nd day it was better. I texted this concern as well and to notify of a chipped bowl and broken sand chair but no response. All in all, great stay!!

Perfection in Maui

Whales, sunsets, private beach, walking distance to Maui Brewing and the general store for poke

Awesome view

Our family stayed 10 days at the Kahana Outrigger. Everyday, we were awestruck by the view. Our first morning we saw the whales, a turtle, birds, geckos, and a rainbow. How do you beat that? We had a great stay and the managers were very helpful and quick to respond. Mahalo

A great place to stay

The property was perfect for our friends and family. The location was excellent. Having a beach just below us allowed us great snorkeling swimming. The whales, sea turtles, and sunsets were right out front for us to enjoy. A few glitches with the property, no big deal. Notified the property manager just so he / she would be aware that a couple of things needed to be repaired. Recommend it for families!

Convenient, Comfortable and Gorgeous Setting

Well maintained property. Low rise units (4 per building) right on the beach and fairly private. We vacationed for two weeks with our three adult children and really enjoyed morning coffee on the deck watching whales, rainbows and a random seal and sitting down on the beach in the evening watching the sunset. Appreciated and took advantage of the well stocked kitchen and the outdoor grills. Basically moved in and made ourselves at home and we were more than comfortable. Will be returning.

Beautiful spot. We’ll kept condo.

We had a great time staying in 2B1. The couch was the most comfortable of any place we have ever stayed. We never contacted the owner or property management company because everything was functioning properly. The only things you could add to the kitchen are pot holders and a cookie sheet. Otherwise it was fully stocked. The air conditioning was great, although we rarely used it in any of the rooms. Nice place.

Fabulous location, perfect view, extremely comfortable for our group

.Fabulous location, perfect view, plenty of comfortable seating for our group, and a lovely, sandy beach. One thing we found annoying; there were no beach towels, even though they are listed as one of the amenities. That should be removed from the amenities list. There was also an issue with flickering lights in the entire building, but that was something new, and the property manager was letting the building’s maintenance people know.

Magnificent Location & Great Layout

Location and Layout deserve 5 stars but maintenance definitely needs improvement (hence 4 star rating). Layout fits any occasion or group type. Your balcony is almost over the water with magnificent views of Molokai/Lanai in addition to whales and turtles. The wonderful sandy beach feels almost private and also provides good snorkeling experience. Unfortunately the screen on screen door was broken (I fixed it), the cooktop has a big crack (but is functional), nails sticking out of baseboards and the glass dinning room table has shipped corners
.with a little more maintenance this will be your 5 start stay.

The ideal spot for a Hawaiian getaway in Maui

Sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean roll in, capturing beautiful sunsets, and watching whales jump around is incredible. Just below you is a grassy patch to toss a ball around, exercise, and scrape the sand from your feet. Then, use the shower by the pool to not carry any sand with you. The home itself is perfect with all the space you need-rooms, beds, bathrooms, and a big ol couch to watch TV or relax with a book. There’s a breakfast bar, a dining table, and a 4-seater on the balcony for your morning mug of coffee. You can escape the chaos in your private room or join the fun once you’re rested. We did laundry so be we could come home and just unpack. The host even helped us out with a last minute change in our flight itinerary that saved us hundreds of dollars and hours of time. Thank you again. Loved every moment.

We had an incredible stay at the Kahana Outrigger. It was perfection and had every amenity possible! Wish we could have stayed longer. We loved every moment and incredible family memories! This unit was clean and so beautiful. Ocean front views were so amazing. Can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommend! 5star accom!

Lots of space, amazing view, beautiful grounds

This unit was one of our favorite things about our stay in Maui. It was a little far from some of our activities, but we always were excited about spending time back at the house. It was so comfortable & the views were amazing. We could let the kids/teens play on the beach with us watching from the balcony just yards away, but still within voice range. Our only mistake was not bringing a pair of binoculars. We ended up buying some on day 4. There were so many turtles and whales to watch from the balcony.

Amazing Location, Views, and Space

This was an awesome 3-bedroom condo that was perfect for our family of 7. The views from the balcony were fantastic and we enjoyed watching the whales splash in the distance. The pool and the beach were great to have right in your backyard. Each of the rooms had its own AC which was nice and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we found the unit to be very clean. We would definitely stay here again and can't wait to return to Maui.

Fantastic location

On a busy whale hangout - we saw whales breaching right in front of the condo. Morning and evening were the most active times - perfect with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Located near several excellent restaurants but be sure to make reservations well in advance as they fill up very quickly. The condo was perfect for my family of three and would easily hold a family of six or two couples and two children. Peter communicated everything we needed to know even before we asked. Easy to access, although there is a flight of stairs so pack light (we didn’t).

We had a beautiful beachfront location. The views from the deck are spectacular. The unit itself could use some TLC. The carpet was dirty & areas throughout the unit could benefit with some updating.

Wonderful Location!

We had a great time staying at this property with our family. We were 6 adults and two babies under two. The place was well big enough for all of us, and lots of floor space.

Maui vaca

This property is generally above the norm, however, not "newly renovated" as advertised. Toilet was unsteady and leaking downstairs and a window in downstair bedroom inoperable. For the price and fees paid, I expect a higher standard of care.

Beautiful views

This unit was perfect for our girls trip. We loved that we had direct access to the beach. We were able to watch the whales right from our unit. We also seen turtles and a Monk Seal on the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed.

Wow- TRULY ocean front with unobstructed ocean views! We have recently remodeled this property to be one of the very nicest 3 bedroom units of its kind. You cannot get any closer to the beach than this without being in the water!
