Välkommen till Granny Kent Cottage, som ligger på vackra, orörda Granny Kent Pond. Det öppna köket och vardagsrummet har gott om utrymme för din familj eller vänner och erbjuder en fantastisk utsikt över det 70 tunnland stora dammen. Koppla av i vardagsrummet och titta på 50 "Smart TV och dra nytta av TV-apparna Nexflix, Hulu, YouTube, Disney-kanal, Disney jr., Etc. (ingen kabel). Sänglinne / handdukar tillhandahålls och njuta av gratis WiFi också! tvättmaskin / torktumlare finns också för din bekvämlighet.

Sovrummet på första våningen har en dubbelsäng. På första våningen finns också badrummet (inget badkar, bara en dusch). Det finns två sovrum på andra våningen. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng med gott om utrymme i garderoben och underbar utsikt över dammet. Det tredje sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och en fullstor säng. En barnsäng tillhandahålls också för en extra gäst.

Den färdiga källaren har ett bordtennisbord, ett andra kyl / frys och ett halvt badrum, med enkel åtkomst till och från trädgården och dammet.

Grilla din middag på den medföljande propangrillen (startad propan ingår, om du springer ut finns det en påfyllningsstation i den lokala butiken i närheten) och koppla av runt eldstaden, steka marshmallows, berätta historier och sluta ner för kvällen.

Summer Family Vacation Week! House was absolutely perfect for a family of 4 with 2 small dogs and room to spare. Really nice neighbors and neighborhood… we had plenty to do around Maine for the week and having fun in the lake with ALL of the water activities including paddle boards, kayaks, a row boat, tubes, and more. We enjoyed fishing in the lake and our nightly fires too. It was exactly the stay we wanted and the house has everything you need. Great house, great owners, great price. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property! The house was cozy, clean, and incredibly well-stocked with kitchen supplies, which made cooking all our meals a breeze. We enjoyed eating outside at the picnic tables, taking in the peaceful surroundings.The pond was the highlight of our trip—so serene and perfect for swimming and kayaking. The shallow areas are great for little ones to splash around safely. Evenings were enjoyed by the fire pit, where we roasted marshmallows and made s'mores.The owners were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to return in the future. Highly recommend this gem for families or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Everything we expected, house was fully stocked with all the essentials, like plenty of towels! Only our family of 4 slept here but the house could absolutely hold a handful more and still be very comfortable! We had guest visit for the day to celebrate fathers day and had plenty of room. My only suggestion for the house is to possibly add a small TV to each of the bedrooms upstairs. The basement also has so much potential maybe add a rug and card table. Host was amazing quick with replies, and very helpful with all my questions. Thank you! René, Dustin, Emma, Zachary

Great cabin by lake

We really enjoyed our stay. The location right on the lake was amazing. The host provided kayaks, floaties, and a paddleboard. The interior was pretty cozy. The view from the 1st floor was amazing.

Our stay over Thanksgiving included family members from New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. The large fully stocked kitchen worked out very well for us.

Autumn Trip

Perfect Getaway

We spent a few days at this lake home to relax and celebrate my birthday. We had a wonderful time and we were so happy to be able to bring my dog along with us. The house is clean and very well equipped. The beds are super comfortable. The yard has all the comforts of home and more. The neighbors are close by but they are very nice and pleasant to chat with. I'd love to see the hammock restrung, but other than that everything was perfect. I highly recommend this property.

Our family and dog had a wonderful time on the Pond. The foliage was so beautiful!

This home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. We enjoyed the kayaks and rowboat, and evenings by the fire pit were so much fun! We were only an hours drive to Portland so we enjoyed the best of both worlds. What a great time and a great place to stay for our family. Our bulldog Winston loved it too. It was his first road trip with us. We appreciated being able to bring him along.

Nice place!

The place was clean, nice, cute. Even a little welcome gift was waiting for us. The bathroom is very tiny but worked well. It’s too bad one can’t access the lower bathroom from the outside. It would have helped as my brother has bad knees. But, if that’s all I can say about improvement possibilities that’s pretty darn good!

Another great stay!

The house is so comfortable and clean! Kitchen supplies have been updated since last year. It has everything you need to feel at home. One thing you can never control is the weather and we were not able to have too much outdoor time. We’re hoping for more sun next year!

Perfect place

My adult children and I all came to gather at this wonderful place for a 2nd time and we couldn’t be more pleased. We traveled from 5 different states and were able to enjoy the water, kayaks, paddle board, fires every night, visits with friends, time together and time for rest and reading. Out of town wedding

This cottage is right on the water! So beautiful waking up to the serene beauty of Granny Kent Pond! How is well equipped with everything you need. Bathroom is small but manageable. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t find much to locally but we were there for a wedding. We went out on the peddle boat and enjoyed a fire in the fire pit. Might want to keep some wood covered so it stays dry. It rained the day we came. Highly recommend this cottage. Owners very responsive.

Wonderful weekend at Granny Kent Pond....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Granny Kent Cottage......The cottage was clean and comfortable...Lots of toys to use on the lake which was nice....Heidi is wonderful to work with, very prompt on getting back to you.....The neighbors are close but very nice and friendly.....We would definitely rent again....thank you for a wonderful Labor Day weekend....Allyson

Fantastic get away

I rented the house with a group of moms for a weekend. The house was perfect. It was very clean and organized. It had everything we needed. The open kitchen/living room area gave us enough room to congregate inside. We didn’t even turn on the TV because we spent our days outside in the beautiful weather. The gas grill and fire pit were great. Heidi was very responsive with messages. We plan to rent it again next year. Thank you.
