Save yourself. Book from another host and property. This listing isn't taken care.

Impression: Terrible There are numerous safety concerns, and inconsistencies for the online posting on nearly every aspect of the rental. Missing rooms, missing amenities, etc. It would be easier to isolate the good things than to carry on about the bad. I'm going to leave it short and sweet. Rent from a different host. You'll thank me. This host is barely communicative, and the listing is not as advertised.I have an investigation ongoing with VRBO for this property. There are so many issues that VRBO already refunded us their fees.

Host only available through VRBO messenger. You cannot contact by phone or email, otherwise. Not easy to work with. Property clean. VRBO also not helpful on this reservation.

Great Place

Our family and friends found this house to be very nice. It was clean. They owners were quick to respond to questions and were helpful with information regarding NJ and NYC. The only downfall was a place for everyone to sit and talk. There is no living room and the kitchen was too small to gather. We did not spend a lot of time in the house so it was no big deal to us. However, if you are coming together to socialize before going out there will be no place to do this. We would stay at this house again.

Space but no privacy for family

NO! Oddest home away/ vacay home I have ever used. We came back from NYC at like 4 am anf the front door was wide open. With fresh mop marks on the floor. There were signs stating they would br cleaning but to come in at 3 am and leave our door open? 4 people traveling with Louis Vuitton luggage and ir was left available for the neighborhood to grab. I Was receieving emails when we would even leave a water cup in the sink. Yes there are 5 beds.. That about sums up the best part. No tv, cable , roku, hulu, etc. There is NO living room. We bougbt a tv at wal mart and made one room a sitting area then returned the tv. No shoes in the house. And half of the house stays freezing in winter. Theres a locked door. Thats to the person that lives downstairs. Alltogether a creepy experience. Felt more like a hostel with someone coming in yout space every single night when we would leave. They nevet once cam by between 9am and 9pm. Normal hours..

Hillside Home

Good property, conveniently located near airport and New York. Catch the bust to New York on the same block. Good communication with property manager. Property Manager made sure the home was what we needed. Thanks!

This place is a joke

The owner / property manager is evasive and does not communicate effectively. There was a leak in the kitchen ceiling, the sink in the bathroom downstairs stopped working, and the faucet in the kitchen has a motion detection sensor on it that is very annoying. The hot tub is very old and not worth the extra money. The bedding and towels are very low quality. There is zero privacy in the backyard. The house is functional but is not worth the premium price the owner is charging. The profile online is misleading and does not accurately describe the house.

Not my first choice but a good choice

Vrbo made the reservation for me, but it was a good choice for me and my group. Walgreens across the street is a great perk for forgotten items, outside of that the property was cool.

Felt Just Like Home

It's an excellent property, clean and well furnished in a nice neighborhood where everything is within reach. Comfy beds, big kitchen, plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a Walgreens just across the street. Had a very relaxing stay. Thanks abt!!
