Välkommen till Laurel Reef, ett härligt fritidshus, redo och väntar på att välkomna dig till stranden! Detta förtjusande hem har blivit uppdaterat och dekorerat med en modern, beachy känsla. Beläget i norra änden av Tybee i en lugn bostadsområde ligger du inom 4 kvarter till närmaste stranden och gångavstånd till Tybee Oaks shopping och restauranger.

De tre sovrummen, två badrumshus är byggda av marken och alla bostadsområden är på en nivå. Den öppna planlösningen inuti har höga katedraltak och bekväma avslappnade möbler. I vardagsrumssektionen finns en mysig vardagsrum med stor platt-TV och elektrisk spis. Matplatsen har gott om sittplatser för 6 vid matbordet och 4 i frukostbaren. Köket är fullt utrustat och har rostfria vitvaror och charmigt öppet skåp. Den främre täckta wrap runt veranda kan nås från vardagsrummet. Däcket har bekväma sittplatser och är en utmärkt plats att njuta av morgonkaffe och Tybee-vindarna på kvällarna.

Sovrummet är möblerat med en queen size-säng och har en platt-TV. Massor av naturligt ljus fyller utrymmet, det bifogade Master badrummet har en walk-n-dusch och har uppdaterats med dubbla kärlfat. Det första gästrummet är möblerat med en queen size-säng och har en platt-TV. Det andra sovrummet, perfekt för familjer med barn, är inrett med 2 enkla våningssängar och en platt-TV. Sovrummen delar ett badrum i hallen som har en badkar och dusch kombination med alla nya armaturer. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns också i detta badrum.

Under hemmet finns en bonus avskärmad veranda och täckt breezeway att gästerna kommer att älska att koppla av och njuta av Tybee brisen. Det finns en gasgrill för cookouts och ett picknickbord för al fresco dining. Detta hem är ett utmärkt alternativ för familjer som reser med barn och päls-barn! Hemmet är husdjursvänligt mot en extra avgift. WiFi finns tillgängligt. Närmaste tillgång till stranden är cirka 1/2 mil bort - ca 9 minuters promenad. North Beach har en sandstrand, men ingen stor vågaktivitet. North Beach anses vara en vik, det är där Savannah River möter havet. Du kan titta på delfiner vid lek, räka båtar och de stora containerskipen reser till och från hamnen i Savannah. Det bästa sättet att se Tybee är på cykel. Hemmet ligger strax bak Tim's Bike och Beach Gear, vilket är ditt hem för cykel och stranduthyrning på Tybee Island.

Overall the house was great! We’ll definitely try to book here again. Plenty of towels and extra bedding and was really clean. Just a short walk to beach access. The games down stairs would have been great but the mosquitoes were terrible and we couldn’t be down there. Maybe they could spray for them to make the downstairs usable.

Comfortable, quiet street, convenient location. It was a bit dusty, but overall clean. Perfect house for our family of five and two in-laws. The bunk room was great for the kids. It was too hot to enjoy the downstairs activities, but we did use the hot tub. The porch was peaceful and cool in the mornings. Definitely bring your own beach towels and chairs. Those are not provided. Other than that, it had everything we needed for a restful and fun beach vacation.

Loved it!

The property location was perfect for us. Everything was as expected. The downstairs game area could us a deep clean but it is outside so it's understandable. The games definitely help for a rainy day. The hot tub was clean and ready for us. We would definitely rent it again.

A very nice place to stay

This was an awesome place to stay, with activities for the kids as well as it was in a queit part of town was excellent. Tims bike rentals is literally right behind the house and golf cart rentals not far as well. Its a short walk to the beach but bikes or a golf cart (we rented bikes with a kid trailer on the back) was perfect! We could get to the south end of the island within 15 minutes at a leisurely bike ride. We loved thus property

Loved the our stay at Laurel Reef

We enjoyed our stay at Laurel Reef. The location was great, we rode our bikes every day and walked to eat dinner at several restaurants when we didn't ride. The house was so much fun, so many games to play! We sat on the balcony every evening, it was a perfect vacation. We will be back.

Good house for small groups

Rooms are overall clean, the location is good, but not that close as a walking distance to the beach, but only 4 mins driving. Prices were great for the value.

Short stay for a family of 6

The property is beautiful! So well decorated and kitchen is stocked well! We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor area immensely. You definitely need a car or golf cart to get to north beach so be prepared for that. Communication was great with tybee vacation rentals.

Nice property overall

The property was beautiful and in an easily accessible location and nobody bothered us the whole stay. They did have sand toys there for us which I thought was nice. The only thing I feel that wasn’t made clear enough was the haul to get to the beach. I wish there would have at least been some sort of recommendation as to how to get to the beach access or where to park but once we figured out the process it was fine.

Tybee island visit

Visited the island for the first time and enjoyed the layer back lifestyle. The location was great being on the north side of the island with cool areas to check out close by. North beach was less than a mile from the property and away from the never dull downtown area. Are already planning a return trip

Very Nice Stay

The house worked well for us. It was very clean and we were pleased that it suited our needs very well. The hot tub was a very nice plus. It is close to the beach, though we preferred driving to walking to it. It was conveniently located and easy to get to, and restaurants and shops are a short drive. It's too bad the city hasn't done anything about the abandoned mobile home that is next door - such an eyesore - but it had no effect on our stay. It would improve the property values of the other homes in the neighborhood if the city would do something about getting rid of it, though. Would we stay here again? Absolutely, without hesitation.

Quiet Family Friendly Location

The house was exactly as stated, located on a quiet street, lots of space and nicely decorated. It was a short drive to the hustle and bustle of Tybee. We also found driving to the beach was much easier than trying to walk and carry the beach supplies. The only reason we gave it a four for cleanliness is the house is due for a deep clean. When we were looking for our dogs ball we found some miscellaneous items under the couch. Overall great little house and we enjoyed our stay.

Quiet neighborhood

Property was a far walk to the beach for young children. We had to pay for beach parking daily. It was in a quiet neighborhood and all on one level. It had basic essential for cooking. We had a great time being together .

Cute and clean

The house was perfect for us— we stayed with our kids and their grandparents. Kids loved the bunk beds and the open space was great for spending time together. Not too far to walk to bay beach with a travel stroller for my daughter and scooter for my son, which was less crowded with smaller waves and great for the kids. Saw dolphins every day. Beautiful sunsets. Short trip by car to Atlantic side for waves. Great coffee shot and little shops in walking distance from house. Short trip into Savannah. We had a great time!
