Bra kvarter för promenader, löpning och cykling. Gå till Lake Washington, Colman Park, Jimi Hendrix Museum och park, I-90 tunnel och mycket mer. Två kvarter till busslinjer. Light rail 5 minuters bilresa eller 15 minuters promenad; 20 minuter till flygplatsen och runt Seattle. 3 kvarter till restauranger och kaffebar. Tio minuters bilresa till Columbia City, Capitol Hill och International District och 15 minuter till centrum. Häng ut i Bradner Park precis runt hörnet, vilket har enastående utsikt, massor av ärtor och gratis konserter från tid till annan. Du kommer inte tro att du är rätt i mitten av staden i fredlig och grann Mount Baker.

Sweet guesthouse in great neighborhood.

Excellent experience, Harry met us upon arrival and had great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The apartment is well stocked, tastefully decorated and has all needed amenities. The neighborhood is quiet. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

Great spot in Seattle!

My partner and I were traveling back from Belize heading back to Montana and it was so nice to stay in this clean and comfortable space. Close to some amazing food and a quiet quaint neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

A really lovely place to stay.

Alex actually greeted me and showed me the ropes. The place is cozy, user-friendly and in a great neighborhood. I was in Seattle for a family gathering just five minutes away by car.

Great Basecamp for Exploring Seattle

A lovely place in quiet local neighborhood. Thoughtful attention to detail, from the artwork throughout to the bathroom and kitchen extras. So much close by to do, so little time to explore--this time. We will be back!

Quiet Seattle Spot

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this just right apartment sized place. It is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to downtown and nearby restaurants aplenty. There is even a nice trail down to Lake Washington nearby.

Seattle Fun

This place was great and totally as advertised. The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable if you don't mind a few hills. Close to the train or a short Uber/Lyft to downtown if you prefer. The kitchen was very well stocked and the bed was super comfortable. Alex was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!!

Gardens and Lake Swims

Hi Alex, I really enjoyed exploring the community garden half a block from your house. We also did the 15 min walk to Lake Washington and enjoyed jumping off the dock into the cool water. Our 9 year old loved it. The suite was very clean and the beds were so comfy. Jen

Great rental

Great location and lodging

Stayed the night for a Seahawks game and it was perfect. Close to the stadium and didn’t have to worry about parking at the event. The lodging was very clean and a super comfortable bed and pull out couch. Thank you for hosting my friend and I. Will definitely book with you again for another event.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the guest house. It's actually a portion of the house converted into a morher-in-law suite with everything needed for a comfortable stay. All the essentials were included, which was super great! The place is small but roomy enough for two people. The location is great, and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood.
