Fantastic location

Great corner unit with excellent views. Walking distance to most everything you want to see in Honolulu but far enough away to be quiet at night. Nice spot!

1 year Anniversary Trip

We came to Honolulu for a week to celebrate our one year anniversary. This place was super nice! Free parking, washer and dryer, and great view. Would definitely recommend the place.

A great stay

This is an older building but it has been maintained throughout the years. The views are spectacular. The location is perfect for sightseeing and the parking is a great bonus. I’ve stayed in this building several times and hope to come again.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay. We had a beautiful view of the city lights at night and the ocean during the daytime! Having a washer and dryer was definitely a plus! We were able to go back home not having to worry about doing laundry upon our return. The room wasn’t spotless, but it was decently cleaned. The nights were a bit noisy at times, but as tired as we were each night returning to the room, we weren’t bothered much by it. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo in Waikiki

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The living room could use an air conditioner or screens on the sliding door and louvered windows. Not so much for flying bugs, since you're on the 25th floor, it's for the potential little birds that come up to visit the lanai. We always close the louvers till the opening is too small for the birds, when asleep and out and about.

Incredible Location and View

This condo is spacious, has everything you need--great kitchen and living area, balcony space and the views are stellar. Easy check in and property manager responded immediately to my texted questions. And we could walk to the beach in minutes. We loved this location! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Comfortable, great views, parking and close to restaurants and shops. Only thing is if you plan to cook, you need to buy all condiments. Only salt and pepper here.

Wonderful Stay!

Beach is a short walk — about 2 blocks. The International Market Place is one block away. The condo has plenty of dishes for us to use. It’s great there’s a washer/dryer inside the unit. Though there’s a AC unit in the bedroom, we kept all the windows opened and didn’t use the AC. We were there in September so not sure how hot it gets during the summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Perfect for our needs!

Everything was great including the nice touches of extra linens, beach chairs and toys, washer and dryer, vacuum and broom for the sand! My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. Other than that it was fantastic and check in/out was a breeze and James was great to work with.

Great rental

We have stayed in a dozen different units at Fairway Villa over the last 25 years and this one by far was the best. Great location in the building (corner unit) on a high floor, with great views of Waikiki and the ocean. Comfortable furniture, nice open space, good kitchen. Unit has beach chairs and boards for use and free parking downstairs. Have already reserved return trip next year. Mahalo!
