Oceanfront Condo !! Detta är en andra våningen lägenhet med privat, Ocean Front Balkong och fullt utrustat kök. Det ligger i byggnad C (byggnaden längst bort från bryggan) och är en ENDENHET! Detta är dess mest attraktiva funktion eftersom från balkongen ser du strax ner på stranden !! Denna lägenhet har också uppgraderats med en platt-TV i vardagsrummet och en TV i sovrummet. Denna lägenhet har renoverats från och med mars 2015 för att inkludera köksuppgraderingar, nya golv, möbler, etc. !. Trådlöst internet finns också tillgängligt. Havshyttarna delar en gemensam pool, tvättstuga och har tillgång till en privat fiskebrygga. Beläget precis vid Ocean Blvd, är detta ett utmärkt läge inom gångavstånd till lokala restauranger, mataffär, shopping och County Park! The Sea Cabin Condominiums består av ett tre byggnadskomplex där alla enheter har privata balkonger med utsikt över stranden. Detta är också det enda livräddade området p�� ön
Alla sänglinne, kökshanddukar och badhanddukar ställs för din bekvämlighet !! Du behöver bara ta med eller planera att hyra badhanddukar, stolar, cyklar, paraplyer etc. Det ingår också en förrättssats av toalettartiklar som toalettpapper, bad / diskmedel, pappershanddukar, etc. men var snäll och kom ihåg att du troligtvis kommer att behöva köpa dessa artiklar efter din första ankomst.

Great little condo

First time staying in this location and it did not disappoint. It was our first time to Charleston in this location on the beach was a great place to stay that allowed us to venture out and see all the Charleston had to offer. The condo was clean and well provisioned and showed exactly like the description stated. We would definitely stay there again

Great oceanfront condo

Clean place and easy beach access. Great view of the ocean from the balcony, which is shaded in the afternoon. Condo is within walking distance of restaurants on the main street.

Stay was awesome fishing pier was nice caught 2 ft and 4 ft hammerhead shark pool is nice over all a great place crowded beach wouldnt sugest it during busy summer months great in off season

Great beachfront getaway

This condo was the perfect spot for a quick beach getaway! Great views and the condo was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect to walk to restaurants and shops.

Great location and Stunning View

Communication with the rental company was great. The condo was right on the corner so you have views of the ocean everywhere you look. Pool area was nice. Loved the fishing pier. We saw some large ships and surfers from the balcony. We will be back !

This was a perfect getaway for us. The pool was clean and refreshing with just a short walk to the .

My overall experience was wonderful the only thing they need to do to 247C cabins as replace the couch with a pull out sofa bed it’s time for it to go .

Mother Daughter getaway

This was the perfect spot to watch the water all day!! The unit smelled so clean upon arrival and was perfect to walk to the beach and to many restaurants. We spent most of our time on the balcony just relaxing and watching the ocean.

Great location

This condo is in the perfect place for most of what is going on in Isle of Palms. It's a perfect size for 2 but might be tight for a family of 4 or 6. Rental company went out of their way to answer all my questions. Very nice people. Great view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and nice place

The condo was clean and set up when we got there. Had a little trouble with the access code on check-in, but Carroll Realty got it fixed quickly. Plenty of room with a bedroom, two bunk beds and a couch pullout bed. Easy walk to the beach, plenty of linens and towels.

Great Place

Location , location. Perfect spot at the Isle of Palms. Comfy beds, decent property. Bare bones, bring everything from coffee to any other basic necessities. They did have "starter" packs, including PT, TP and cleaning materials. No beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Prepare to rent or buy. Check out is a hard 10am. Other than those things, very nice property with a fantastic view. Try to rent 2nd floor or above to get the view.

Great Location

We loved this end unit that had a great view of the entire beach! We did have trouble with the code to open our door not working upon check-in. But I was able to call the office and it was opened remotely with no more trouble after that. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the detailed emails regarding check-out procedures such as what to do with the garbage, used towels, and sheets.

Nice stay

We stayed in one of the Sea Cabins. Great location, right on the beach, and walkable to lots of restaurants, a seafood market and the grocery store. The company was very easy to work with. Pro tip - if you like to cook, bring your own knife for chopping things. That’s my only complaint: all the knives were so dull. But overall, a great experience.

A fantastic vacation awaits!

Best unit on the property! Great view. Everything is clean and the plumbing works very well. This is our second time staying here and we love it. The kitchen is modern and clean and has a good set of dishes and cookware for us. Highly recommend! Also the realty office who manages the property sends out very concise and useful emails ahead of the stay to explain checkin, getting around on the property and checkout. The neighborhood coin laundry is clean and works well. We did several loads of laundry and appreciated that it was available. Walking to great restaurants and of course the beautiful beach. We found this to be a perfect place for our vacation.

Cleanliness

My daughter and I come to the sea cabins every year. We chose this condo this year because of the view and to be closer to the ocean. We enjoyed everything about the condo accept I do not believe some of the dishes were washed. Maybe they were the left over dishes from the stay prior that wouldn’t fit in the dishwasher? But there were several spoons and coffee cups that weren’t cleaned. The spoon had streaks on them like they do when you slide your food off and the coffee cups had coffee drips along the outsides of them. It made the place feel a little unclean because of that. Otherwise the stay was great!

Awesome!

Check in was a little bumpy as we got there after hours and the realty company was closed and our packet wasn't in the box as mentioned in the check in instructions BUT they answered my call right away and quickly resolved it so it didn't set us back at all. I was really impressed by how apologetic they were and how fast they responded. Not just with the check in but then a storm (did I mention that the weather was 2 thumbs down?!? Ha!) but they were so responsive and quick to help on that too. The location was amazing, views from 2 sides of the balcony of the ocean were wonderful and just down 2 flights of stairs and a few feet from the condo you could be on the beach. LOVED that part.l. And the Isle of Palms is such a great little island. If only the weather would've cooperated a little more but I'm not sore that's something they can be fixed with a vrbo review! ;) The condo itself was small but cozy and had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. My only suggestion would be to replace the table and chairs with a high top table and chairs so the view out of the window can be enjoyed while eating if the weather isn't conducive to sitting out on the balcony which was our favorite (even when it was raining, windy and cold.) I will definitely be booking this same cabin again for a summer trip.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount.
