Nytt till Arcadian hyra program för 2018, är denna nyrenoverade oceanfront lägenhet bekväm, mysig och ljus med inslag av kustnära inredning hela. Det erbjuder två sovrum, två fulla bad och en nådig 1,175 + kvadratmeter boyta. Gästerna kommer omedelbart att känna sig hemma när de går in och ser vattnet mot havet.
Hallen och matsalarna har gott om sittutrymme, en 50-tums smart-TV och DVD-spelare - perfekt för filmkvällar. Köket är välutrustat med allt du behöver, inklusive apparater i rostfritt stål, mikrovågsugn, mixer, kaffebryggare och Calphalon non-stick kokkärl.
Komplett med en king size-säng, erbjuder sovrummet en 39-tums Smart TV, takfläkt, klädkammare och havsutsikt. Gästrummet har två dubbla sängar och två garderober. Den stora, avkopplande soffan i heden öppnar till en queen size-säng för ytterligare gäster.
Du kommer att njuta av att spendera tid på den rymliga oceanfront balkongen med sin up-close utsikt över poolen och stranden. Njut av en avkopplande och rolig semester i 3-B!

Great location

This was our 6th trip to the area and we really liked the Arcadian. The beach was not crowded, property was very clean, felt safe and quiet.

Perfect Location

Had a wonderful stay at your condo. Perfect size condo, all systems working, felt very safe there, clean pool, friendly staff, and perfect weather. Would definitely stay again.

Great trip

We had a wonderful vacation. The kids loved the pool. It was a quick walk to the beach and the property was well taken care of. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Your website is wonderful. Easy to use svd very detailed. We called in and got a 10% discount for repeat customer. Reserving the room wad very smooth. We arrived a little early and were told we would be texted once the room was ready. So we went shopping and grabbed an early dinner. When we returned our room was ready. Room was very clean, it smelled good, and the beds were very comfortable. It’s on the third floor so it’s high enough to have a nice view but low enough for quick access to the ground floor. The two ladies we spoke to in the office were very friendly, informative, and helpful. It was everything we could’ve asked for. Thank you for helping make our week very memorable.

Peaceful Vacation

The condo was beautiful and view was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. Very peaceful and safe neighborhood. My family and I enjoyed the condo. The only suggestion I would make it maybe a Keurig and some non stick skillets:) Definitely want to stay here again!!

Wonderful and relaxing weekend

Love, love, love, this property! When we checked in the property was clean, the linens were already set up for us, as well as toiletries were in the bathrooms. Definitely special touches that you will not find at most rentals.

The unit hot water had a rotten egg smell I ran all hot water faucets till it ran cold after that the smell was gone Water heater needs anode rod replaced and if unit is not used for months heater should be flushed to avoid smell by the way I am a NYC Plumber , thanks

Nice Place to stay

There is no other unit I would want to rent but 3B at Arcadian 1. Thank you!!

Beautiful furnishings, colorful and tasteful wall hangings. Master bedroom had plenty of drawers and closet space. We always love the view of the beach, so the porch comfortable furniture was a plus.
