Välkommen hem till 10 Rogue Lane! Sunriver, Oregon är ett nav för utomhusäventyr. Oavsett om du ska fiska det kristallklara vattnet i Deschutes River eller hitta färskt pulver på Mt. Bachelor, 10 Rouge har du täckt. 10 Rouge är det perfekta stället att varva ner och få kontakt med familj och vänner efter ett äventyrsfylld dag. Hemmet är varmt och inbjudande och fullt utrustat för alla behov av en stor bortgång.

Utrymmet

Det rymliga stora rummet förenar familjen för aktiviteter och måltider. En gaseldad spis ställer in en mysig känsla i det stora rummet, och det välvda fartyget i taket ger hemmet som traditionella Sunriver-känsla. Två stora däck kan nås genom det stora rumets glasskjutdörrar. Detta är den perfekta platsen för familjens BBQ och njuta av det vackra Sunriver-vädret.

Inbäddat i träden har huset enkel tillgång till cykellederna. Vi ligger inom en enkel cykeltur till Sunriver Nature Center and Observatory, SHARC, Fort Rock Park och Deschutes River. Koppla av i det privata HOT TUB efter en dag i backen eller utmana en vän i en omgång bordtennismatch på vår tävlingskvalitet ping pong bord. Wonderful property! Exceptionally clean, AC and all systems/appliances work great. Check-in was simple, hosts are easy to contact and very cordial. Lots of well-maintained bikes, pool table & games.Highly recommend!

Loved the location

The house was great and we loved the location because there is a nice loop that is the perfect walk for our dog. We enjoyed playing ping pong and playing corn hole too.

Amazing stay again

We came to Sunriver for the Bend Travel Baseball Tournament. We chose to stay here at 10 Rogue for the 2nd year in a row because of how amazing the location is. The owners are great and the price is good.

Fall Getaway

We hiked, road bikes, enjoyed time at the SHARC pool, played ping pong ate, played games, sat in the hot tub and slept. It was an enjoyable relaxing time together.

Nice Sunriver Home

This house has all the amenities anyone would need: lots of bikes, ping pong table, hot tub, and lots of games to play. The location was convenient to the bike trail and Sharc Center. We had a great time!

Spacious and comfortable

We really enjoyed this home. It was spacious, comfortable and located in a perfect place to take advantage of all that was offered in Sun River. The owners included maps and info on activities as well as restaurant menus and directions to various places to visit. Overall, a great time was enjoyed by everyone.

Amazing Stay

My family and I stayed here for the Memorial Weekend Travel Baseball Tournament. It was perfect. Many of our teams' families stayed in the same community. Our house was great, we often had the boys downstairs playing ping pong or riding bikes in the neighborhood. The host were great, checked in with us and were very accomodating. Would love to stay here again next year same weekend.

Comfortable Visit to Sunriver

The house was clean, well organized, and stocked with convenient items. We really enjoyed the ping pong table and hot tub! Our dogs enjoyed the warm gas fireplace. Communication with the owners was quick and efficient. Wonderful visit to Sunriver. We look forward to returning.

Wonderful home in Sunriver!

This is a lovely home in Sunriver that comes with everything you'll need for family fun! The hit for us was the bikes of all sizes (just bring helmets or rent some in the village)! We jumped on the trails right away! We also utilized the SHARC passes you can utilize, hot tub, played ping pong & enjoyed staying cool with air conditioning. We appreciated the nice binder with instructions & the welcome sparkling cider & chocolates. All the touches in this home make it a great place to stay!

Fun Family Vacation

Sunriver is the perfect destination for a busy family who needs a much needed getaway to reconnect and build some special memories. We had a blast- from epic monopoly games, bike rides, relaxing in the hot tub and exploring the nature center- the special treat was all the local wild life we would encounter on a daily basis- so much fun! We will be sure to return!

The Bend and Sunriver area is very special to our family. We have been married for 26 years and have 2 college age boys. Our relationship began in Bend we attended Central Oregon Community College our 1st year of college. We went on to attend OSU and U of O after. We fell in love with this area and came back every chance we could to visit and vacation. We live in the Portland area but we travel to Sunriver 2 to 3 times a year to vacation. We love to ski, hike, spelunking and of course rafting. We are huge fans of skiing and you can see thru out the home there is several references to skiing. We hope you love our home as much as we do. Clark and Gail Zeller P.S. note the ski chairs on the front deck. these are similar to the ski's both Gail and Clark skied on when they met for the 1st time.
Clark was a ski instructor at Timberline and Gail was racing for highschool ski team.

We chose this neighborhood because of its peaceful, serene atmosphere and the unbeatable location. It's the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience—just a short bike ride to the SHARC, the village, grocery store, Starbucks, and the river. The mountain is only 25 minutes away by bike, making it easy to enjoy skiing and other outdoor activities. We love how much there is to do here, from hiking and biking to swimming and nature exploration. The area also offers stunning dark skies for star-gazing. There's truly something for everyone, and we feel so lucky to be surrounded by such beauty and adventure.
