The home is as beautiful as the photos and in a nice neighborhood. Wonderful amenities. We used it for a family gathering (8 people). Everyone had good sleeping space and they all loved the big sofas and chairs to gather and chat. Peg was a star for communication and flexibility. Super host!

The host was kind, informative and most of all, responsive. The house is centrally located and is a beautiful property. It includes a movie room with cozy, comfortable furniture - a great place to watch a movie or even just to sit and read. There is a lovely deck off the living room and a huge, fully equipped, gorgeous kitchen. The master bedroom is also huge with a beautiful bathroom including a double shower! All bedrooms were nicely decorated and comfortable.

Husbands 50th Birthday

Such a great house to hang with family and friends. Large kitchen with plenty of space for eating and watching football. House layout and decor is top notch! Our kids loved the movie room! Close to downtown where we had a nice dinner out! Would recommend for families coming to Nashville!

Upon arriving at this home, 2 things were made very apparent to me. 1. As good as the photos of the house are, they do not do it justice2. This is exactly the type of home that I'm motivated to get nowMy friend group try to do a little bit of traveling to different places each year for each other's birthday. This stay is by far the best one yet so far. Instructions are clear and the host does an exceptional job with recommending places to try out should you need any. I would recommend this home 11 out of 10 times. Thank you again to the host for having us!

Great family vacation

The house was a perfect place for a family get together. The great room which was connected to kitchen was a great area to chat and play games. Excellently stocked with coffee tea and hot chocolate. The bottles of champagne was another added treat 👍👍👍👍👍

Perfect Family Trip House!!!

We could not have been more pleased with the house. The pictures do not do it justice. Beautifully furnished, decorated and equipped!! Peg and Brent responded immediately to any questions and took care of our every need. We were not familiar with this part of Nashville but the location worked well for us and we enjoyed the restaurants, bakeries, and other food establishments in the area. I hesitate to give this property such a glowing review because I fear it will not be available when we want to return in the future. Definitely our top short term rental ever!!

Girl’s weekend

We stayed at this lovely house last weekend for a girl’s weekend. The house was even nicer than it was depicted in the pictures - very clean and spacious. We found the common areas to be very comfortable with plenty of room to gather and visit. The check in /check out process was simple and the owner was very accomodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would stay again without hesitation!

Family Stay

We had a group of 9 and the house was perfect. It was clean, spacious and very well stocked. There was plenty of room for us to enjoy the common areas but still have private space. I would definitely love to visit again.

Perfect Stay

This house is perfection. The beds are more comfortable than our mattresses at home, it is SO CLEAN, so open, the movie room was enjoyed all weekend, etc. I have nothing but wonderful things to say and would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone visiting Nashville.

Still on a natural High from such a great weekend

This house is amazing and beautiful. It is large, with lots of windows, spacious, airy, clean, and comfortable. 12 of us girls stayed here from Ohio, West Virginia, Texas, Colorado, and drum roll.......PARIS, FRANCE. We all loved the house. The neighborhood is a pleasure to walk or jog. The owner had everything stocked perfectly to make us relaxed. We can’t wait to meet at this house next year. ❤️🏡❤️
