Nice place & great location.

Very good location the city center in McCall, on the golf course, and very close to the state park. The management company was very helpful and easy to work with, the condo was well supplied and very clean. The bedroom was a bit cramped but certainly usable for a couple of days. Overall a very good and reasonable option.

Nice property

We would stay there again. The property was clean and had everything we could possibly want except a Keurig machine. We really enjoyed the nice private patio.

Nice condo by the golf course.

This was a great end unit condo in the woods by the golf course. It was well furnished, comfortable, quiet and very clean. It was close to many activities, and restaurants. We enjoyed out stay here.

Let's start with the good: well stocked, excellent location, great patio, nice bathroom! Only criticism would be the mattress was super soft (heads up to anyone with a bad back).

Perfect getaway!

Clean, updated and charming condo. Loved the location on the fairway. Absolutely loved that a deer walked right up to the patio while having my coffee in the morning- “being from Idaho I did not feed the deer, tempting though. Friendly neighborhood, perfect little getaway!

The condo was so clean and well stocked. It was accessible for all the activities and restaurants. Yet, it was far enough away from the people pressure to be restful. It was a perfect getaway.

Great Golf Vacation

The condo/townhouse is beautifully located next to the McCall Golf Course 4th tee box. If you’re not a golfer, that’s okay, there are beautiful trees that provide complete privacy. The condo itself is very quaint, perfect for two people. It had almost everything you need. This was my second year at this condo and I plan to book it next year as well!

Perfect snowy getaway

My fiancĂ© and I had the most perfect getaway here. The space was perfect for the two of us, with a fully stocked kitchen and everything we may need to be comfortable. My favorite part was the beautiful view of the snowy backyard—we even had a deer visitor come right up to the window. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

Nice, clean, comfortable, close

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was complete with more cooking paraphernalia than we used. Comfortable couch and TV that was good for one of us who got hammered by sickness upon arrival. Close to town, easy to access, wood for the wood stove.

We loved this little place. We couldn’t figure out how to get local channels but that was not a big deal. The remote for the bedroom tv has corroded batteries.

Excellent rental in McCall!

On the tee birch #4 was an excellent rental in McCall for a winter weekend! It was clean with a nice open layout in the kitchen/living/dining area. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, although I would recommend a medium sized frying pan and a large mixing bowl be added. The bathroom and shower are better than the pictures and bedroom setup was perfect for us. I’ve seen other reviews say the bed was too soft but we didn’t think that was issue, very comfortable! Definitely recommend!

Great location!

The size of the place was just right for my husband and I while celebrating our anniversary in McCall. We left our vehicle and got into town and Ponderosa State Park on our bikes. We saw quite a few deer right outside the door! The directions we received from Vacasa did not take into account that a large portion of Davis Rd. is closed for repair. Fortunately, we know McCall well enough to find our own way.

Great place - a new mattress brings it to 5 stars

So much potential. Loved the location, large bathroom and shower, basics in the kitchen were there, good parking. The bed was the downfall - the mattress needs replacing. When momma doesn't sleep, ain't nobody happy. Uncomfortable, but do-able for one person; next to impossible for two people to sleep comfortably due to sagging and softness. A new mattress brings the review to 5 stars.

Cozy condo once we had hot water

It started out rough with a whole day without hot water. Coming to the condo after a day of skiing, looking forward to a hot shower and only having cold water was a huge disappointment. The following day it was fixed and the rest of the stay was fine. According to the property manager, this was not the first time the water heater has been an issue. Also disappointed that no compensation was offered for this huge inconvenience.

Vacasa Response Poor

When we arrived at the property, the smoke detector was emitting a high pitched chirp every 40 seconds. I called Vacasa to alert to the issue. An hour later I called back for a status update on when someone would be arriving to resolve and was told they were having difficulty connecting with the local property mgr. Around 9pm local time the property mgr called to tell me they didn't have anyone who could resolve that evening and asked that I close the bedroom door in order to sleep. It was a ridiculous response. Closing a door does not mute a high pitched sound like that and no one should be asked to endure that kind of disruptive noise during sleeping or waking hours but especially sleeping hours. I asked them to find us another accommodation for the evening. They told me that they didn't have anything and could not get us a hotel room. It was nearly 10pm when they told me they could not help. I found another location for my daughter and I to sleep that night and due to the lateness in the evening the room was double the amount we paid for this rental unit. Vacasa refunded one night due to the inconvenience and denied my request for refund the second night due to amount of money we had to spend in order to find other accommodations where we could sleep without the noisy disturbance. In good faith, I paid for this rental accommodation and did everything that was asked of me. Vacasa on the other hand did not fulfill their obligation for a pleasant experience.
