VÄrt nyligen renoverade och uppdaterade tre sovrum hus har vardagsrum, den med flatscreen tv, ett badrum, fullt utrustat kök, stor mudroom och hemtrevlig veranda. Huset har wifi och gott om tillgÀnglig parkering, liksom gÄngavstÄnd till centrala Holland - bara 7 kvarter bort!

We had a great stay at the Hollander for our son’s local wedding. Robert was very responsive and helpful. Location was perfect (close to venue and downtown hotels). Plenty of parking, which was great! Lots of amenities inside and out, including comfy beds, great kitchen, and convenient laundry room/mudroom. We didn’t have time (or good weather) to enjoy the outdoors, but that was nice too! Overall great stay!

Great location and house

The location is great, an easy walk to downtown. Plenty of room to sleep 4 adults in separate rooms. Nice little backyard with grill and fire pit that we put to good use. Would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

Perfect Place to Stay in Holland

The house is in the perfect location for visiting downtown Holland. The hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Check in/out was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again!

Great Location!

We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect so that we could walk downtown for the festivities. The beds are really comfortable. We really enjoyed the backyard and even had a bonfire. Thanks!

So Close to Downtown!

My family and I stayed here and the location was perfect! It was easy to check in and everything went great. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. Rob even shoveled the walkway before we arrived.

Hope College Graduation Weekend

Our family stayed at The Hollander to be close to our daughter who graduated from Hope College, it was the perfect location for us to be able to help with moving her out of her house and to be able to attend the graduation ceremony as well as walk to downtown to take part of some of the Tulip Festival activities.

We had a great time at this property. We appreciated that there were games in the closet already for the kids to play. The place was clean and easily accessible. We were able to communicate with the owner very easily and he was very pleasant to work with.

Great Place to Stay For a Long Weekend!

This property is a nicely renovated two-story home in a great neighborhood only a few blocks from 8th St - the main drag in Holland. It's a perfect location - not too close to hustle and bustle but close enough to quickly walk there. It is also located right on the architectural tour route - which was very convenient! All of the appliances and utilities worked perfectly and we had everything we needed during our stay. The owners were very communicative and helpful. We had absolutely no issues before, during or after our stay. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be to add a second bathroom. With so many bedrooms/couches/beds, you could easily accommodate eight people. Even with just four of us, it would have been nice to have another bathroom. Just a suggestion; not a complaint. All the rooms are large and perfectly furnished. The kitchen is quite roomy - very nice! The washer and dryer are newer and work very well - actually, all of the appliances are top-notch and worked very well! Over-all, this was a wonderful place to stay and we appreciated everything about it!

Probably the most well stocked house I’ve ever stayed in. Owner was very helpful & responsive. This house was great for our family! Only thing to bring up is that little kids could have trouble with the steep stairs.

This was the perfect house for our stay in Holland. The house is older, but well-maintained and updated, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space was awesome, and the indoor space was great for having meals as well as having a separate TV room from the living room to allow people space as they needed. The location was absolutely perfect. It is a half mile walk to downtown. The neighborhood was awesome to be able to walk and run. Getting to the beach was an easy 15 minute drive.We could not be more pleased with our trip and plan on renting this home again on our next trip to Holland
