Bekvämt beläget mindre än 4 miles från restaurangerna och butikerna i historiska centrum Pagosa Springs, 30 minuter till några av de bästa skidåkningen i Colorado, och 10 minuter till livsmedel och Walmart.

The Lodge sover upp till 14 i 3 sovrum och ett bonusrum med 4 extra långa två våningssängar. Det finns en king size-mästare på bottenvåningen, 2 sovrum på övervåningen med drottning sängar och en tvilling rulla under varje. En fullstor Futon på loftet slutför sovarrangemangen. 1 badrum med jacuzzi och en 55 ”TV gör Master Suite till en reträtt. Övervåningen sovrum delar ett badrum med dusch, och nedre våningen Bunk rum har ett 3/4 badrum det egna.

Legacy Mountain Lodge erbjuder ett komplett spektrum av kul och avkoppling för alla åldrar. Familjerummet har en 55 ”TV, monterad över den vackra stenpisen och en otrolig utsikt över bergen, vilket ger en lugn tillflyktsort. Enkel åtkomst till däck, med gungstolar, 14 person picknickbord och grill, skapar ett perfekt sätt att njuta av vår fantastiska utsikt!

Det finns ett spelbord och spel på loftet, som också ger tillgång till utsikt över bergen, familjerum-TV och öppen spis.

Nedervåningen erbjuder tillgång till underhållning med en 65 ”TV, fotbollsbord, minikyl och mikrovågsugn för snacks, en öppen spis och en skjutdörr i glas som leder till badtunnan och en vacker utsikt över bergen.

För att genomföra rolan kan du njuta av ett spel eller två i poolen i "The Shed" bakom the Lodge.

Familjerna kommer att uppskatta det nya moderna köket, från gasspis med grillpanna, till våfflatillverkare, och den breda serveringsbaren i granit möjliggör extra sittplatser och ger en öppen utsikt över vardagsrummet, TV och bergen i bakgrunden. Det är enkelt att underhålla vänner och familj med den öppna planlösningen.

Wonderful property. Everything you could possibly need was made available with phone numbers to call if anything was needed. The back door entrance was great. Mud, ski gear…a place for everything. The grandsons thoroughly enjoyed the downstairs bunk room with full amenities. The dining table with Mountain View’s was our favorite spot. Everyone scrunched in each evening for supper, stories from the slopes, dominos, cards and no electronics. The ambiance of the home made being together everything we had hoped for. WONDERFUL

Weekend hot springs getaway

We have never been to Pagosa and it was the perfect time to have a small staycation and relax! Can not speak highly enough about this location and property! It was perfect. And the property managers were communicative and great to work with from the start! If we ever go back to Pagosa Springs, we know where we are staying!

Family vacation

This is, by far, the best equipped kitchen in any house we have ever rented. Everything we needed was there. I had called ahead to see if there was a single serve coffee pot. I was first told yes. Then later the host sent me a email to update me that it was broken and replaced with a standard coffee maker. Great communication!

Very nice property with great amenities

Very nice experience with family at this property. We had a mouse or 2 at the house which they tried to take care of ASAP and a small issue with the dishwasher . We appreciated the quick action. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Best Home in Pagosa Springs

Beautiful home, perfect location. Excellent owner who communicates and is there to answer any questions. Of all the places we have stayed (annual trip for our family) this one settled in as #1 on our list. You will not be disappointed. This home has everything you need and plenty of room for everyone.

Best vacation ever

We had a great trip & a huge part of that was the home. Everything you could want was in the home. We especially loved the basement. Our 2 sons & a friend stayed down there & they loved having their own space. We couldn’t hear them & since they stay up later than us it was perfect. The view from balcony is beautiful & the shed provided games in evening after a day of exploring. Highly recommend!!

3rd stay @ this amazing place

This is the third time our families have stayed at this property. The house is absolutely perfect for time together and has enough space for time apart. The kitchen has all the items we needed to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The beds are super comfy. We love the location of the house. Short drive into town. About 20-30 min drive up to Wolf Creek. Book it.. you will not be disappointed!

Easy Access with a view to die for

This cabin was easy in, easy out. Perfect location for heading into town, or to San Juan or Rio Grande National Forests, and on a quiet street with fantastic views looking North at the San Juan Mountains. The view couldn't get much better. As for the property itself...perfect set up for our family of 4, with plenty of room for even more. You can tell the owners take pride in their property, and many of the finishing touches and furniture seem to be custom built by the owners. The basement floor is perfect for kids of all ages...beds for 6 with its own living area. Our 5 and e year olds slept upstairs, and even though it is open to the main living area, the bedrooms are fair enough away that we could watch TV at night without disturbing them. And of all the properties we've rented from HomeAway, this has to have been the best appointed kitchen we've ever had (with the exception of no pizza cutter) :) 4G service is less than spotty in Pagosa...couldn't get web pages to load until after 10pm, so plan accordingly when looking things up like routes and drive times. WiFi wasn't working at the cabin at all either, owners left a note so we knew they were addressing, but we didn't have service at all during our stay. Lastly...the gameroom garage was a very pleasant surprise. Not sure if I missed the pictures, but it was great to have a covered space outside to hang out with the family! We're talking about a return trip next year with some extended family.

Amazing property!

This property was everything as advertised. The spectacular view every morning was just awesome. Plenty of room, great layout and a really cool game barn! Close to town but far enough to really enjoy the scenery and wildlife (deer and chipmunks!). Loyce, Kate, and Matt were great to answer all questions. Hope to be back someday!
