Välkommen till "ShoreBreak på Saulsbury." Denna 3 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet sitter på översta våningen i en strand, sex enhet bostadsrätt. Byggnaden är tiered / steg tillbaka från havet, med tre översta våningen lägenheter med direkt strandutsikt. ShoreBreak ligger på andra / övre våningen, på nordvästra änden av byggnaden, och erbjuder havsutsikt från vardagsrummet, matsalen, veranda och in-kitchen bar. Lyssna på vågorna från verandaen gör att du aldrig vill lämna! Det öppna köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver för en trevlig, stressfri vistelse. Nya apparater och graniträknare komplimanger de djupa valnötgolv. Det finns en härlig bar område som sveper runt köket mot verandan och havet som är en perfekt plats för sen eftermiddag Margarita happy hour eller tidigt på morgonen kaffe. Två stora fönster öppnas från baren fram till veranda och skapar ett speciellt utrymme där du kan njuta av gästerna samlade på verandan och det är en bra krog för att se delfinerna, stranden eller bara titta på människor. De levande och matsalområdena är vackert möblerade och båda har fantastisk utsikt över havet. Det finns en 42 "platt-TV och djupa valnöt trägolv hela. Den överdimensionerade 10 fotskyddsglasdörren öppnas från vardagsrummet till veranda för maximal havsutsikt. Den stora verandaen är möblerad med en soffa i full storlek, cafébord och bekväma solstolar. De två fulla badmen är vackert renoverade med utsökta brickor / badkar. Det finns en stapel tvättmaskin / torktumlare i hallen garderoben. De tre sovrummen har stora garderober och nya, bekväma sängar, som inkluderar drottningssängar i två rum, och 1 dubbelrum och två tvillingar i det tredje rummet. Höghastighets trådlöst internet, Central luft / värme, Hundvänlig w / extra avgift. Observera att vi köpte den här lägenheten den 6/22/18 och på de få lördagar som vi har haft tillgång till har vi bytt ut alla sängkläder, mattor, kuddar och veranda kök. Köket har återställts och vi har lagt till spel, böcker och basartiklar som pappersvaror och tvål.

Great Beach house with great amenities

We had a lovely stay at the house for our annual family vacation. The house had everything you could have needed and we felt right at home. We loved the location to the beach and it was only a short walk to the main strip in Dewey.

Dewey Beach Family Vacation

Great house and location for a family vacation at the beach. 3 blocks from the beach, around the corner from a wonderful local fresh produce/sandwich shop, and a short 5 minute drive from downtown Rehoboth (boardwalk and great restaurants). House has everything you need for the week - we’ll be back!

This home was so beautiful and clean. The location is unbeatable as it is steps away from the beach and many restaurant's! Lyn made the check in and check out process so easy and she was always quick to reply. I recommend staying in this house and i will definitely be back!

Great Weekend Stay

The first thing we noticed upon arrival was how clean the house was! It was perfect for our weekend getaway from the spacious rooms to the heated pool. Lyn was super informative and responded to all of our questions during our stay. We had such a comfortable weekend and loved the decor and location of the house. If you are looking for a place to vacation look no further! We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect for family vacation

My family stayed here for Christmas and it was perfect! It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Lyn was a fantastic host and so easy to communicate with. Best of all, the house was just two blocks away from the beach! We are so grateful for the relaxing getaway.

Great house. Pool really made it for my 2 grandsons. Couldn’t get them out. House was updated in 2021 and was very well appointed. Close to beach. Property manager was extremely responsive and attentive. Would consider again!

Baby Proofing

The house was wonderful! Loved the downstairs bedroom with sliding glass doors to the outside, so I could slip out to the beach for the sunrise. The kids and adults adored the heated pool! Loved that the beach and Starboard Restaurant / Shoips were within walking distance to the beach. Everyone loved the Boardwalk, and the beach was family friendly. Our only problem was the house wasn't toddler friendly. One of the little guys took a tumble down the stairs when we arrived, and my daughter immediately went to Walmart for baby gates and child proofing items (plug protectors, cabinet locks). We had to move the furniture to block the kitchen doors to the pool also. Just thought it would be something future families with small children should be aware of so they can pack accordingly. Otherwise we enjoyed our visit very much, and the place was amazing!! Thank you.

The whole experience was great!

This condo is sitting right on the beach with amazing views from the patio! Its location is so perfect to the Dewey Beach area within walking distance to anything you would need. The entire condo is completely amazing with beautiful upgrades and everything is so Tastefully decorated and well thought out. You can open the giant patio doors to expose the full view and air from the ocean into the living room. I can't imagine a more perfect place to stay in Dewey Beach. And the dogs are welcome to! Our host and Hostess reached out several times from beginning to end to make sure we were having a good experience and couldn't have been more welcoming. It was so hard to leave, we decided to stay an extra day and Lyn couldn't have been more amenable to helping us make that happen! We will be going back every year!! Rich and Chris

My Favorite Vacation house

I took my family and dog with us to Dewey beach. This was the best place that we have rented in a long time! The house is beautiful and bright. the curtains and blinds keep light out when needed. the house has been lovingly renovated. There were plenty of rooms. the kitchen is lovely and bright and overlooks the backyard pool. Both front and back porches are amazing for reading, having coffee and visiting. Just a quick walk to the beach, we were loving the convenience. I am a walker so I would walk to Rehoboth beach shops every morning for coffee. I highly recommend. Lyn was always just a text or phone call away and very accommodating, an excellent host. We hope to revisit next fall with the family and pups. I forgot to mention the backyard. An amazing spot with a pool, grill and two outdoor showers and plenty of seating to lunch or dine al fresco as well. It was a bit warm to take advantage of the fire pit , but there is a nice fire pit for a fun campfire in the evening. If I could give 6 stars if I would!

Excellent property for our family stay.

Exactly as advertised! We were a 3 generation family and this home suited our needs perfectly. We used the outdoor grill and ate outside a few nights in the back pool area - just a perfect setting. The kitchen is well equipped, the outdoor pool area is spacious, and the owners have very clearly and thoughtfully furnished this unit with attention to detail - nothing is overlooked. The beach is two blocks away - a short 5-7 minute walk. We rented chairs/umbrellas for the week from the staff on the beach as suggested by the owner, and it was a smart idea. The owners were available by text or phone immediately, and were incredibly kind when we had an illness during the week - even offering to go to the grocery store or drug store for us if needed! We will rent from them again, either this home or others that they own. We spent more time in Rehobeth (five minute car ride) than Dewey, but that’s because we had grandchildren with us who wanted to go to the boardwalk/Fun Land. There is a little store just a two minute walk away which has fruits/vegetables/water/milk/cider donuts/coffee/breakfast sandwiches and is open breakfast-lunch hours. Very convenient! Five stars!

Perfect House & Stay in Every Way!

We have rented many houses over the years in Rehoboth & Dewey but none as wonderful as this one! The location was ideal - a short walk to the beach and a quick trip by car or bike or a nice walk by foot into downtown Rehoboth or Dewey. Lovely, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Very clean & well-decorated home with fun touches and decor. Very comfortable bedrooms with every convenience, including charging stations on each bedside table. Lovely bathrooms with good water pressure in all showers. Great common spaces indoors and out - including the back porch overlooking the pool, which we made good use of and was heated to the perfect temperature, as well as the hanging bed on the front porch- a lovely spot to read a book. A perfectly outfitted and nice size kitchen - every appliance or utensil we needed was there and in very good shape. Great A/C - we have stayed in houses before where we could not get it cool enough, but even on the hottest days, the A/C units kept up with the heat outside and made it possible to sleep so well. We especially liked that each bedroom could control its own temperature. Lyn was incredibly easy to work with - so friendly and knowledgeable and responsive - she answered every question we had ahead of time, as well as during our stay. The guide to the house and the area she prepared was so helpful - including restaurant suggestions for dining out and take in, nearby markets, and suggested activities and shops. We will be back! Can't wait!

Perfect

House is uber clean, pool and backyard was a hit for everyone, facilities are updated with good water pressure, in unit laundry/dryer, and kitchen was well stocked with al you can need for cooking. However location was the best part: quiet but easy walk to beach and we biked everyday to the boardwalk. We would defo otwly stay again

Great vacation!

Perfect little house for our family of 12! With 5 children, 4 under 7 yrs, having a pool was a Godsend! We spent mornings at the beach and afternoons in the pool, which kept the children very busy. The handbook asks to keep the noise down in the pool because there’s an ‘anti pool sentiment amongst the neighbors’. We seemed to be the only house with one! Truth be told, it is SUPER hard keeping the noise down with 5 crazy kids swimming, so it was a bit stressful. There were 2 outdoor showers to rinse off the beach sand before we jumped in, which were 100% necessary! The kitchen was super clean and was stocked with everything we needed! One bedroom did not have a TV, which didn’t thrill those staying there, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker: they lived! The proximity to the beach and restaurants was great with everything within walking distance. We would totally come back!

Fantastic rental!

Everything here is top notch! Our family had a great experience-from the pool, Smores by the fire, games on the deck, short walk to the beach and lovely kitchen. By far the best property we've ever stayed in. We loved riding the trolley into Rehoboth Boardwalk and the stop was very close by. Great choices to eat out in Dewey as well. The owners were excellent - very responsive to any questions we had. I almost want to keep this gem to myself, but wanted to share so everyone can enjoy!

Pool and Beach the best of both

Something for everyone at this property. Great fun at the fire pit making s’mores. Pool was refreshing. With kids be sure to bring your favorite pool toys. Great little deli/farm market close by. Trolley was an easy ride into Rehobeth boardwalk. House guide book was very helpful. Beach was an easy walk and both house and beach are dog friendly. If you book early in the season be sure to bring your beach umbrella snd chairs the beach shack wasn’t open early in the week. We’d book again if returning to this beach for vacation.

Memorial Day 2022

I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in Dewey Beach! It was clean, well decorated, and great location. Walking distance to many things and just a couple of blocks to the beach. We loved the pool especially for the couple of days with less than great weather and in the evenings!

Private Oasis

Beautiful place for our family to meet and spend time together. Close to the ocean, shopping and Restaurants. We walked to all! Backyard pool area is truly a relaxing oasis.

We raised 3 kids in Dewey, spending summers here on St. Louis Street, and in 2016, we packed-up the family and moved to town full-time. The Dew-Plex is my 9th and final project in Dewey, and I have poured everything I know into this one-of-a kind home.

We have studied the industry standards for hotels and short-term rentals, and are implementing all applicable recommendations, surpassing many. Although there is hard science showing that the virus does not live on surfaces, we are taking precautions to limit the “touchable” surfaces in our homes. Some examples include: Removing most throw blankets and decorative pillows from the home; Removing many countertop decorative items; Disinfecting books and games, and storing in cabinets or closets; Limiting bedding to pillows with zippered covers, freshly laundered mattress pads, and one simple bed covering per bed. Removing all beach chairs and umbrellas, where applicable.
