Lovely property with great access

Amazing Vacation Home

The whole property was 10/10! Perfect for families. It was spotless when we showed up, and stocked with all of the pool toys and amenities you could need. We will be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale. The house was very clean and the back yard was very nice and peaceful. It was close to Kierland Commons and the Marriott which we went to for a week conference. There were lots of close shops and restaurants and also a movie theater which worked well on Halloween. We most definitely would stay again. Thanks N and J

Location and amenities are perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Very comfortable home base for my family during our mini vacation visiting relatives. The back yard is spectacular. Highly recommended!

Family Getaway

We certainly enjoyed our stay at this great property. It was clean and well equipped to handle our family. Lots to enjoy. My only sadness was the pool. We paid a lot to have it heated and it was cold when we arrived. They did get the heat going for us but the hot tub never got hot enough to really relax and enjoy and the pool heat only ran at night and it cooled off during the day. Perhaps if the weather outside would have been warmer then it would have been great but we still found both the hot tubs be the pool a little to cool to enjoy.Other than that a great experience.

Clean and Fun Property

The house was overall very clean. There was plenty of entertainment inside and outside the house. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. The backyard was beautiful with plenty of entertainment space and pool floats. The pool was the perfect temperature in June.

Pictures don't do it justice!

The pool and spa are amazing, fire pits and features and outdoor kitchen were just what we needed this trip. Location close to everything and well set up house. Showers, beds and kitchen with garage to keep the rental in. Couldn't of asked for anything more!

We didn't want to leave.

Absolutely amazing stay! The location is perfect, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood in Scottsdale. The home is immaculate and had everything we needed to never want to leave. It’s big, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to feel right at home. We loved cooking in the large kitchen and BBQing, and with fans in every room, it was a dreamy place to relax. The ledge in the pool was perfect for our toodler. Highly recommend this gem for a perfect family getaway!

Villa Tranquila

Second time staying at this location. Great house with many amenities for all ages. Good safe location and many restaurants and shopping choices close by. Pool was well maintained. Contacted Vacasa for multiple issues that needed addressing. No response received from local management team. Found this disappointing as this is such a nice home.

Wonderful!

This place was above and beyond what we expected. The beds were all so comfy, house super clean and well appointed. Lots of little perks like games, floaties, outdoor fridge, well labeled remote controls and light switches throughout. Kitchen had a great inventory of pots/ pans/ cooking utensils. Good spice selection. Outdoor space was great. Couldnt ask for much more. Heated pool and hottub worked seamlessly, this was important to us as we were visiting from Canada to warm up. Thanks for a lovely stay! Would come back and recommend.

Villa Tranquila

My friends and i enjoyed this home immensely. The inside of the home is clean and spacious, plenty of room for the four of us. The outdoor living space is paradise and is just as gorgeous as the photos. How to heat the pool/spa and turn on the fire features was not entirely clear but we managed. There are floaties in the shed by the putting green, dusty but useable. The ice maker in the fridge did have a challenge keeping up with us with the heatwave while there. There are all kids of appliances, dishes and utensils for cooking. Plenty of towels for the pool and bathing. There were box fans in each room as well as the ceiling fan for anyone that was hot or need to sleep with the fan on. It was an excellent trip with an excellent stay.

Fine but not great

Beware - if you want to use the heat the pool or use hot tub, you need to give them several days advance notice, which is in the fine print. Customer service is outsourced to what seems like a call center and while the agents try, they are not very helpful. Overall, meh. Property was technically clean, but it did not have a clean feeling.

Nice place but property many unresponsive

Nice house looks like it does online. We reached out for early check in - no response, even though on the phone they told us no one in house 4 days prior so likely we would get early check- in. We reached out during our stay because grill igniter did not work and there was a very large coachroach in the house - zero response. Also need to amp up the supplies in the kitchen. Other than that we had a very nice stay.

Backyard Fun

There was lots about this house to like. The backyard was very inviting and even though the weather during our entire stay wasn't great, rain almost every day, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, outdoor fire, seating area and TV's. The layout inside the house was great. A few things to note; 1) when we google Paradise Valley, this is definitely not the part of PV you see. While the neighborhood was safe and convenient to getting around, it isn't anything like the PV pics we saw. 2) House is definitely a rental and while the aesthetic is casual and comfortable, there were several things that didn't quite work. Trim in master shower coming off the shower, faucet and door handles not quite working or falling off, and a few other minor issues. Again, we enjoyed our time and our family of 4 adults had plenty of room to move around without getting in each others way.

Villa Tranquilla was a joy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The backyard pool, hot tub, gas fire pit, putting green, grill, bar, etc … was outstanding. Our weather was cool, but the heated pool was worth the cost and we enjoyed the hot tub every day. The kitchen was well appointed and easy to use. A couple suggestions … some instructions for using the TV remotes and gas fire pit and pots. Some towel racks in the master bath are needed. A clock on the side of the house facing the pool area would be nice too. There were only 4 beach towels which was fine for us, but not enough if more than 4 people were staying here. We were told there was only a drip coffee maker, but it did have a beautiful Keurig coffee maker. The second bedroom with queen size bed could use a night stand on both sides, not just one. The arcade game was a bust, very difficult to understand how to use and lousy games on it from what we could tell. The board game selection was well worn and not very interesting, but as long as the weather is nice who needs board games with that backyard! Overall we were very happy with the house and would stay here again if returning to the Scottsdale area.
