Ligger ned Fort Morgan Road, ligger detta två sovrums lägenhet vid Gulf Shores Plantation på golfbanan vid Kiva Dunes, ett klubbhus och närliggande restauranger.

Denna lägenhet ligger på sjätte våningen. Komplexet har två bubbelbad inomhus, bastu, ångbastu, ett bibliotek på plats för att låna en bok, grill, tennisbanor, putting green, utomhuspooler, tvättmöjligheter och en restaurang på plats för att ta en snabb mellanmål eller dryck. Inom några minuter hittar du Tacky Jacks Fort Morgan och The Beach Clubs restauranger också.

När du går in i lägenheten ligger master sovrummet till höger och matsalen är till vänster. Sovrummet svit har en king size-säng, tillgång till balkong, platt-tv och ett badrum. Badrummet har en badkar / dusch kombination.

Matsalen har gott om sittplatser och öppnar upp till vardagsrummet och ett fullt utrustat kök på höger sida. Köket har allt du behöver för att laga mat eller baka en måltid under din vistelse. Wonderful Condo

I loved the layout of the condo. It’s adorably decorated. The view is great. It was missing a blanket on the bed in the master. We always bring a blanket from home but if we hadn’t, we would have only had a sheet. I’m not sure if the blanket for the bed got stolen but I don’t feel like that’s the owners fault. They may not even know. However the condo is wonderful. I would definitely stay again

Great location

Condo was very spacious and comfortable however the tv remotes did not work so we had no tv the entire time also the cleanliness was Less than stellar other than that we enjoyed our stay

Decent place to stay

We love Plantation Dunes. Great facilities and beach access. Love the pool options. Great view of the beach. This condo was not the nicest we've stayed in, but also not the worst. It was clean and decently maintained. Very family friendly and didn't have tons of crap everywhere that you worry your kids will break. There was a bit of a lingering funky smell. Towels, bedding, and furniture were okay, but definitely on the cheaper side. The beds were quite comfortable. Vacasa was really responsive to an issue we had and great to work with. Overall it was a comfy place to stay and we loved the location.

Great location and quiet condo. Some issues with one bathroom shower turning it on and off. I did not get any information from Cacasa or VRBO on the site about the unit. I did not know where to go or who to ask about the lock box that had information about the condo.

The ocean, beach and pool areas we Amazing! I am only giving it a 3 due to cleanliness of our condo. There was someone’s hair stuck to the bathroom wall, balcony was disgusting your feet were black immediately from walking out on it. The only carpet in the place needs to be vacuumed badly!! Also, no one can deliver to the property and it’s hard to find what location to call to see if they deliver there. But, if it were cleaner it would totally be a 5! Beach was AMAZING, it was soft white sand instead of the shell beach we stayed by last year. A mile or 2 makes a huge difference in the sand quality.

Not very pleased

We went 5 days without television, the couch was very worn out and had dried food on it. One of the recliners has a large hole in it, looks like a cigarette burn. The master bathtub was so clogged up that the water was standing while showering. I took it apart and cleaned it. Huge wads of hair in the drain. It works great now, but it needs to be checked on a regular basis. Messaged them multiple times about not having television service. We went from Saturday to 2pm on Thursday without television. That’s ridiculous.

Clean, isolated, poor sleeping, intrusions

The condo was very clean. Unfortunately the condo is very isolated. Good if you want that. Not so much if you enjoy eating out. The only restaurant there typically closed early (did not follow their posted hours) typically leaving you without a dinner option other then a 30 min drive back to Gulf Shores. The room stated 2 queens and one twin. But was actually 1queen and two twins. Leaving me to sleep on the sofa bed. Unfortunately it was in terrible condition. Unable to be laid on. The mattress was thin with no padding, springs only and no underneath support so it sagged through the rails. There also was no blankets for the sofa bed. I called the receptionist (very sweet and as helpful as she could be). She got me extra blankets but had no air mattress or foam pad. Since I’m longer then the sofa was, I had to just pull off the sofa cushions to sleep on them (makes for a very rough vacation when your getting no sleep). There was also no offer by Vacasa to reimburse a small amount for our difficulties. (I will repost if they try to make things right and show expected customer service) Another issue was a maintenance employee came to work on an outside door while me and the kids were there (it was cold and storming) and was not something we had called in. It was from a former tenant. It would have been appropriate to wait till the room was empty or to at least call us ahead of time to schedule or warn us he was coming. He was nice, but we still had to entertain a stranger for issues we had no problems with.

Great experience just a couple of issues

Overall everything we great just a couple of comments. The linens and blankets were definitely showing their age. Pull out sleeper not bad but far from "comfortable" Biggest issue was on the morning of checkout we were still in the room @ 9am when housekeeping comes in without even knocking. Checkout is listed as 10am. This scared my granddaughter.

Attention Needed

Master king bed did not have sheets on it and only found twin sheets in closet. No blankets for beds. Guest bedroom fan needs cleaning badly. Screen door off track. No beach chairs in storage cabinet on balcony.

The community was great. Great Ocean views and easy access to the beach. The security gate workers did not offer information on where you were to be and the buildings are not numbered, so it was confusing which was ours.

Beach trip

Walking in the condo was nice. I later discovered that the guests before us has an accident in the master bed and it wasn’t fully cleaned or dried prior to new sheets being put on. After trying to clean it myself and spending a couple hours washing sheets it still didn’t help. Faye with Vacasa was very understating and made it right by us. The furniture is a bit outdated and uncomfortable especially in the other bedroom and living room. There was only one remote for both living room and master tv to share and I do wish there were more eating utensils and cups better suited for kids. Other than that we were pretty close to the beach and pool where we spent majority of our time anyway.

Size was fine, but a lot of other issues

When we arrived at condo there was only one badge in a lanyard hanging on wall. Sheets were dirty and didn’t get changed till following day. Unit was filthy and didn’t have items it said it would have. Refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed. Also after service staff left, our door wouldn’t lock when leaving for remainder of our stay, and couldn’t get anyone to fix it. Very dangerous for a vacation rental to not lock when occupants are gone.

Great Location

Spring Break

We loved the location. Small town feel but close to Gulf Shores so anything we needed would be accessible. The view was beautiful. Couple of issues. The place looked clean but did not smell clean. Would have loved to have walked into a place that smelled like someone had just cleaned it. The floors were bad so I did reach out to Vacasa to let them know and they sent someone over the next day to redo that. There were no extra pillows for the pull out sofa but Vacasa resolved that as well. The beach chairs mentioned in the listing are no longer there & there was no remote for the Master Bed TV but the living room remote would operate both TVs so we made do. Not Vacasa’s fault but the indoor hot tub was out of order and for some reason the indoor and outdoor pools were closed 2 or the 3 days we were there.

Condo

The condo was nice. Loved the ocean view! The fans in the bathroom looked as if they had never been clean. Black mildew around bathtub fixtures. Tub needed cleaned. Damp mop in closet emitted a sour odor.

Very disappointed in cleaniness of room.....not cleaned by professionals!!

I loved using Vacasa!! They answered all questions,sent emails and texts staying in touch and checkin was super easy and fast. I give them as a company 5 stars!! However the room was totally gross and we were very disappointed. I am a vacation rental cleaner at a lakehouse 5 bedroom 2 bath 2 story home and i have a 5 star rating for 4 years now. This room was not swept,mopped,kitchen counters were dirty,there was sand in kitchen sink about half a glass full just dumped out,toilets were not cleaned had hair floating in one,there was bloodspots on floor,throw up running down side of chest of drawer onto floor,sand all over furniture and lemon spray in stove set off fire alarm 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️i had to clean oven to use it. Basically cleaners just sprayed lemon scent in oven and changed sheets. Left set of twin sheets for pullout sofa and its a full size mattress. I did not notify Vacasa about the cleaning issue because as a house,office and vacation cleaner if thats what cleaners consider clean i sure didnt want them coming back!!!! I was looking forward to having the feeling of what its like to have a clean place one that i didnt clean and it was disgusting!!! I cleaned it myself. 5 star for Vacasa and 0 for room!!!
