Len went above and beyond for being the most gracious host. We had even a great round of golf with him. If we needed anything he was there getting it for us. The bird sanctuary right beside the house was a beautiful touch for people who want tranquility.

Beautiful Summerland

Great Convenience if you have family or friends staying at Peach Orchard Campground, Ceiling is a little low as it’s a basement apartment, my husband is 6’1 and he was fine, but any taller might be a issue lol! Len was very welcoming.Quiet and close to everything, A great stay!

Nice Place In Summerland

Sensational Summerland Stay

My wife and I had an awesome experience staying at Len & Heather’s. It started with them allowing us to check in early. We forgot to bring a couple of items which they brought to us. Their living accommodation were perfect and we loved the comfortable bed. The setting outside where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening bbq was beautiful and peaceful with trees and a bird sanctuary to enjoy and brook running through the back. My wife saw a doe walking through the yard. Outstanding time - we’ll be back and recommend to others - thank you Len & Heather

Quiet oasis

A comfortable and well appointed suite in a quiet natural setting just a short walk from the beach and right beside a bird sanctuary made this home away from home a perfect getaway. Host is friendly, responsive, helpful and provides good local information. Highly recommend.

Tranquil, quiet, starry nights.

Len and Heather were great hosts, thank you. The Blaze King fireplace is excellent, as are the heated floors on cooler nights. During the day, the number of different types of songbirds was incredible. Beautiful place to relax and recharge.

Excellent vacation home

Wow! The rental had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The rugs in the bedroom and front room were a real bonus. The front room furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. I didn’t think I would use the washing machine and dryer but I quickly found out after a day at the beach were much needed and appreciated. The yard is outstanding and of course you can’t beat the location. The owner’s are very responsive to all inquiries. This is a must place to stay.

Amazing spot!

This is a beautiful, spacious property with a lovely backyard to BBQ and play lawn games etc. Location is perfect being walking distance to the water. Len and Heather were very accommodating and responded immediately when we had any concerns or requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Summerland Gem

We stayed for 4 nights while we were waiting to move into our new home. It suited our needs to the tee! The location would be perfect for anyone hoping to enjoy the area. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. The only concern for someone might be ceiling height in certain areas of the apartment. We are both 5’6” and had no issues.

Excellent Quiet Getaway

We recently stayed at Quail's roost. The location is excellent, the oroperty is very well kept, quiet and serene. Plenty of outdoor space. Being a family of four with two small kids it was great to get outside when necessary as the accommodations were a little tight for two active kids, but overall we had a wonderful time. Len was an excellent host and I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet, convenient Okanagan getaway!

A bit short

Nice place. Very clean and well appointed. Near the beach. Unfortunately the ceiling height in the living room, bedroom and bathroom are barely 6 feet. Very inconvenient. Would have been nice to be aware. Should be in the listing

Pleasant for shorter stay

Good experience in general. Property manager responded quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed the quietness as we had no-one above during our stay. Everything supplied and comfortable accommodation. Would have enjoyed a queen bed rather than double. Nice location near beach.

Lovely apartment with everything you need and a great garden to enjoy the sun and bbq. Comfortable bed and very quiet location although close to the beach. Len and Heather and dog Archie are all great!

Lovely Location, Comfortable Suite.

This propery has everything you need to be comfortable. A fully stock kitchen a BBQ, lawn chairs to enjoy the backyard that backs onto the Adams Bird Sanctuary. Enjoyed our evening walks to the Lake.

Just across the the street is Pickle ball courts, bike paths and running paths, Volleyball courts at the beach, free boat launch, Kids waterpark, Doggie Beach, Yacht club, Shaughnessy's Cove Restaurant (now open), Fish Hatchery, Resort boat rentals and tennis courts. The above mentioned amenities are just a walk away .
Summerland and surrounding area offer many Wineries, reservations are required for tastings.
