Vi har hyrt den här charmiga lägenheten på denna webbplats sedan 2008.
Vi har varit glada över att våra gäster har älskat det lika mycket som vi gör. Vi har uppgraderat det regelbundet och inbjuder dig till
njut av detta mycket rymliga vackert presenterade 3 sovrum (ett sovrum är en "caveroom" en favorit hos barn!)
trädgårdslägenhet. Vårt stora vardagsrum har dörrar till Sunroom och en privat innergård med grill, som blir en annan matsal på sommaren.

wow. we had a wonderful holiday in your beautiful apartment or should i say villa, it was so spacious and spotless clean.We all loved the swimming pool and we had it all to ourselves. It was like a home away from home. The apartment is close to everything and in a lovely quiet area.We dined out every evening as there is a lot of really nice restaurants and bars close by.Brian was very helpful to us.Mojacar is such a lovely place and you are so lucky to own such a beautiful apartment.We hope to go again later in the year. Hemos pasado una semana en este apartamento y nos ha encantado. Iverna die.pre accesible por mail y WhatsApp. Se puede ir caminando a la playa y zona de restaurantes pero estás apartado del bullicio de la zona de ocio. Aparcamiento en la misma puerta, casa súper fresquita en verano, piscina comunitaria casi siempre vacía o muy poca gente. La casa muy cómoda, nos hemos sentido muy bien en ella. Sin duda repetiremos.

Hemos estado alojados 1 semana, el apartamento es grande, planta baja y con dos terrazas, tiene aire acondicionado que nos ha ido perfecto ya que ha hecho mucha calor. La piscina de la comunidad está justo delante, un verdadero placer. Muchas tranquilidad en la zona. Estamos encantados.

A gem indeed, home from home.

I can honestly say that this apartment was the most comfortable i have ever stayed in. Myself and family found the place beautifuly kept, and absoulutly spotless. The homliness and attention to detail is really lovely and every extra you can think of is there for just in case you need it..The pool is so private and quiet its perfect .we found this apartment to be a gem among the rest. Mojacar holiday apartment

Had a wonderful holiday at this apartment it was what we expected and more ,great location, beautiful pool which we had to ourselfs most days , I would recommend this apartment to anyone holidaying in mojacar you won't be disappointed . Excellent position for everything!!!

We found the apartment very comfortable, everything we could possibly have was there, clean, nice spot to sunbathe in the garden, pool was good, everything was good!!! Marie helped us out with the television when we were there as my husband couldn't figure out how to work it properly and then she came back again when it seemed to go off line ( very windy for a couple of days) with her partner who kindly got it up and working again!!! Thank you to them again. Will be back I'm sure as we are still on the look out for our own property!!!!

A Family must

I recently took a vacation to Mojacar with my family directly after I had been to France for the euro's. I only bring this up because it was one of the most relaxing holiday's I ever had. The apartment was up to an extremely high standard and there was someone on the ground who could be there within 10 minutes if there was any issue with the property. Prior to the vacation, Iverna (The lady who owns the Apartment) had sent me detailed directions to the apartment which I found with no hassle and an excellent document outlining all the restaurants and local bars she recommended. Mojacar itself is a picturesque town amazingly suited for young and old families. I had an amazing time there and will certainly go back in the future. The property was in impeccable condition and there was the added bonus of having an extremely private pool there which is great for the kids and English cable was an additional bonus for the kids to watch a bit of T.V in the morning while we made our plans for the day. I would highly recommend it!

A very enjoyable stay.

The apartment was exactly as described. The facilities were all clean and the linen was changed weekly. The apartment was comfortable and big enough for us, two adults and two dogs. The location was good, the "campo" was convenient for walking our dogs and we were close to all the restaurants, cafes and bars. The feral cats in the area are a nuisance. We had difficulty watching the TV some evenings because of the poor reception. Overall we enjoyed our month long stay very much.

Wonderful time in Mojacar

We had a wonderful stay at your apartment in Mojacar. Apartment was pristine - everythig we needed was there - customer service was excellent. Ideal location. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend /relative. This was our first time to visit this part of Spain. Mojacar was a very good base to explore the area - particularly the Parque Natural Cabo de Gata-Nijar. We enjoyed the beaches at Mojacar, Playa de los Muertos and around Las Negras & San Jose. We also enjoyed some hill and coastsl walking particularly the La Mena - Macenas Loop Walk from Mojacar Playa and the circuit of Mojacar Pueblo. All in all a wonderful week. Plenty more to do & see. Muy buen apartamento de vacaciones

Somos una familia de 6 personas que hemos alquilado una semana este apartamento. El apartamento tiene espacio suficiente para 6. Las tres habitaciones son amplias. Totalmente equipado y limpio para pasar una semana. En verano son imprescindibles el aire acondicionado y la piscina Es fantástico y facilita mucho las vacaciones que el apartamento disponga de toallas de playa, sillas de playa y parasol. El wifi funciona perfectamente. Dispone de un patio exterior y de barbacoa, que hubiésemos utilizado si hubiese hecho menos calor. Está a 300 metros de la playa y de la zona más turística. No hay ruido por la noche. Aparcamiento en la puerta. La comunicación con la propietaria ha sido por correo electrónico y todo muy fácil. F Blanch

A lovely, airy and comfortable place to stay

We stayed as a family, grandparents, parents and two children and had a wonderful time. The apartment was exactly as described and more. It was obvious that the owner stays at the apartment on occasions because there were lots of extra little touches. The layout flowed well and the location was spot on. Just a five minute walk to bars, restaurants and the beach. The communal pool was lovely and there were a number of beach chairs in the apartment for use by the pool. We had excellent customer service from the owner when we did need it, her response was extremely efficient and professional. We would certainly recommend the apartment to family and friends and in fact, we are thinking, as a family of booking it again for next year. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Justo lo que buscábamos

Hemos estado una semana en esta casa y ha sido perfecta. Desde el primer momento ha resultado todo muy sencillo: la comunicación con la propiedad ha sido por correo electrónico, todo muy cómodo y práctico. La casa está muy bien, espaciosa, muy limpia y muy bien equipada. Hemos aprovechado la tv en inglés para ponernos al día con el idioma. Los aparatos de aire acondicionado funcionan a la perfección, hemos estado muy a gusto y fresquitos. La piscina fantástica, casi siempre estábamos solos. El lugar es muy tranquilo pero está muy cerca de la avenida del mediterráneo que es el lugar donde está todo el comercio, los bares, restaurantes, supermercados y las playas de Mojácar. Gracias Iverna por todo, especialmente por haber hecho tan sencillo poder disfrutar de su fabulosa casa.

Fantastic villa rental

Stayed here for 18 nights and can't rate the villa highly enough. It's in a great location, near the beach and local cafés. We found it very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The property has a nice little pool for cooling off in the heat of the summer. Iverna was very good at communicating, informative and very friendly. Definitely recommend this property to family's or groups of friends who want a nice relaxing holiday.

Wonderful holiday home

My husband and I just spent three months in this lovely apartment in Mojacar Playa. It is nicely furnished with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. The owner arranged to have Internet installed since it was a requirement for us. It enabled me to work from Spain. It was too cool to eat on the sweet little terrace or sun room but my husband was able to spend many happy hours painting in the sun room on warm afternoons. The beach is right at the foot of the street, a short walk, however it wasn't beach weather so we only watched the water from the small bar where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Although we did not have a car most of that time, it was easy to catch the bus at the bottom of the street to get to the Pueblo, or the next town of Garrucha. There are several small markets nearby and two supermarket that are an easy walk, or better, accessible by bus. There is also a bus from/to Almeria. There are many more restaurants than we could ever try but we found a few favorites that I've noted in the visitor's book. The one thing that my husband was disappointed about was being unable to access football from the television. A sports channel is not included. He was able to watch games at a pub just down the street so it was not a major problem. A local person was available if we needed assistance with anything but the owner was also always available by email. We could not have been more pleased with our winter in Mojacar Playa at Pueblo del Cantal.

Could not have asked for more

I can't praise the all round communications from Iverna and the apartment enough, all apartments have minor niggles, but I can honestly say anyone staying here will love it. The apartment itself had everything you would be used to at home, even the smallest things had been provided in good quantity like dish washer tablets, washing machine liquid and so on. It's the first holiday I have had, where we came home with more clean clothes than dirty. As for the pool, it was big, very well kept and empty most of the time and although the pool had strict rules regarding inflatables and balls etc, it's worth noting again the word "empty". Staying with the pool, the provision of many beach towels was another huge surprise and very appreciated. As for the surrounding area, shops, walk to the main part of town and the beach - all perfect. We had a great holiday and would highly recommend anyone to this lovely part of Spain and great apartment. We will be coming back. We felt at home

The apartment was exactly as described, and had a pleasant homely feel to it. Iverna was exceptionally helpful right through the process of booking, paying, and travelling from UK. We stayed for nearly two weeks in September and were very lucky with the weather; we used the ceiling fans a little but did not use the air conditioning as the nights were cool. It was great to sleep in the main bedroom which opens on to the garden room and so gets fresh air. The garden room was one of the best features in my opinion - it has openings to the outside air but with insect nets and security grills - very pleasant to use at all times. The pool was as described, a good size, well maintained, and not too busy because it was the low season. We ate out some of the time and found a good range of restaurants within walking distance, or a short car ride if you're feeling lazy. The whole experience was enjoyable - we wanted a quiet holiday, out of season, not too many people, with freedom to come and go as we pleased, and that's what we got! We would do it again.

Perfect Relaxation

I spent a week in June in the aprtment in Mojacca with my wife and daughter. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and spacious. Nice touch with the welcome biscuits and basic groceries. Provision of beach towels was great as it cut down on luggage weight. Directions were spot on and we had no trouble finfding the apartment or getting around in general. The aprtment very close to ,all amenities, shops, restaurants and beaches within easy walking distance but we had hired a car which allowed us to do some touring. Highly recommended.

Great time at Pueblo de Cantal apartment

We had a great time in this apartment and Mojacar and surrounds. The apartment was comfortable and we were very pleased that it was very well equipped. Having a washing machine was really useful to cut down on luggage. Having swim towels too was great. We cooked a few meals and everything to make this do-able was there, which was nice. All the bedrooms were fine though the cave room without AC was not as comfortable as the other two. The pool was lovely and empty most days. We would go there for an hour or two at in he morning or evening. We were 6 people - 2 19 YO, 1 16 YO, 1 12 YO and two 40 somethings. The walk to the local beach is fine though we drove to some lovely beaches between 20 mins and an hour away which were fab. Our favourite was Playa de Muertas where the snorkling is great. Plenty of restaurants and while there are quite a lot catering to foreigners, quite a lot cater to Spanish tourists. So you can get everything from local Andalucian food to good fresh fish, pizza, ribs, to curry. Happily the Brits haven't completely taken over Mojacar and ruined it yet (I am a Brit BTW !) - it's got its share of tourist shops but quite nice Cabo de Gata national park was worth a visit. Good supermarket only 5 mins drive. Mojacar is a nice place for the 19YO as there are lots of bars that only come alive from around 11pm. Finally Iverna was very helpful with comms and info before we went - thanks

Golfing Holiday Destination

We would like to rate this property very highly. My wife and I along with another couple stayed in this large apartment for ten days last September. We played golf in the following golf courses: Cortijo Grande which was a local, very unpretentious nine hole golf course; Desert Springs which is an excellent, professional eighteen hole golf course and Valle del Este which is another good eighteen hole golf course. We hired a car from Carjet which was very reasonable and were therefore in a position to try out different golf courses. The apartment was centrally located to enable us to get to our destination easily and quickly. Because of the large sunroom and the cave room we had plenty of space to store our golf clubs which meant that the apartment wasn't in any way cluttered. We tried out a number of restaurants in the area including: the restaurant in Desert Springs, Casablanca in Paseo Mediterráneo, Restaurante El Palacio in Plaza del Caño and Restaurante Hotel Felipe San Bernabe on Mojacar Playa. The Property Owner provided us with written instructions as to how to get to and from Alicante Airport which were very easy to follow and the apartment itself was clean, bright and well equipped. Pueblo del Cantal is a smart, residential area so we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time sitting on the terrace or by the pool in the evenings. As this was a golf holiday for two couples, this property served our needs very well.

One of our best holidays

We stayed in this very spacious apartment for two weeks in June. When we arrived we were very surprised at how big the apartment really was and also how clean and tidy it was. The two younger children were so excited when they saw the cave room. We didn't have any trouble getting them to bed for the whole holiday! My teenage daughter and her friend took the twin room which was right beside the main bathroom and my husband and I had the double bedroom which was ensuite. The layout of the apartment meant there were no rows over hogging the bathroom. We went to the beach early every single morning and stayed for the day. Some days we brought a picnic but most times we had lunch in the lovely seaside bars and restaurants. There were small huts on the beach selling ice cream and cold drinks which was very handy and there were lots of litter bins so that the beach stayed clean. At night we ate out in Osteria, Au Bistro Breton, Smugglers, an excellent Chinese restaurant called "La Gran Muralla" and one or two restaurants up in Mojacar Pueblo. There was an internet cafe at the bottom of the road for my daughter and her friend to check their facebook pages and emails whenever they liked. We really enjoyed this holiday because there was something for everyone. We found the people in the bars, restaurants and shops to be very friendly and our children made lots of friends on the beach. We would recommend this apartment to everyone.

Holiday Mojacar 2010

Delightful accomodation,very spacious with the much needed and used air con. Well maintained and very tidy on arrival. Fully equiped kitchen with fridge/freezer tumble dryer oven etc. lovely sun room where you can eat your breakfast or tea. Two main bedrooms a good size with plenty of wardrobe space and useful inbuilt safe for valuables. Swimming pool a 2minute walk which was always clean and tidy. Kimrick hotel directly opposite the accomodation provides lunchtime snacks plus formal evening meals at a reasonable cost. Just be aware there is a small incline from the main playa to reach the accomodation but it is not too onerous. Car not really required as the local bus service is perfectly adequate. Plenty of shops and bars within walking distance

WAY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!!

This spacious, very clean apartment was like a well designed house. It was beautifully decordated and had absolutely everything you'd find in your own home. It is situated in a lovely, smart, residential area yet it only took us five minutes to walk to the beach. On the days we didn't fancy spending the day on the beach we sat by the shared pool which was never busy. Even when the other guests or owners did arrive to use it we found them very friendly and polite. There was an excellent restaurant just across the road where we had the best steaks and sticky toffee pudding ever. and the other restaurants along the playa served a variety of foods from Chinese, Indian, Italian, Spanish, etc. We're not golfers but with the amount of gorgeous golf courses in the area we are seriously thinking about taking it up for next year when we come back. Although we wanted a relaxing break for just the two of us I also recommended this apartment to my sister and her three children because of the access to the beach, children's activities as well as snorkling for her husband. We feel completely refreshed after our break - it was one of the best holidays we've had in ages.

A True Find

We would very much like to recommend this well appointed, spacious and beautifully decorated apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing, peaceful and stress free holiday in this popular area of Almeria. The beach is an easy stroll down the road and takes approximately five minutes to get to a long stretch of sandy beaches, clear seas and a range of beach bars and restaurants. Although we weren't in Mojacar during peak season nearly all the bars and restaurants were open so we had an excellent choice of different types of food. The standard of food and hygiene in all the places we visited was second to none. The pool area is perfect for family fun as well as for simply reading and relaxing around this well maintained area. There is quite a large space so even if you are joined by other people, it never gets over crowded. We particularly liked spending time by the pool so that we could nip in doors (which is only seconds away) and have some lunch or reapply suntan lotion or get a cold drink. It was like having our own pool. A car is not essential because everything is within walking distance and if we wanted to go up to Mojacar Pueblo (which is certainly worth a visit) we just took the bus which ran very frequently. The pueblo has spectacular views and is like stepping back in time. We also found the people there to be very friendly. As we are both avid readers we ran out of reading material half way through the holiday and were delighted to find a lovely book shop and stationers that sold a good selection of books written in English. We expected them to be expensive but in fact they were cheaper than at the airport. In summary, this apartment was a true find. It was modern, clean and well equipped. It was well located in a quiet residential area and the agent, who was also from Cork, couldn't have been any more helpful.

We fell in love with Mojacar both for its beauty and wonderfully relaxed atmosphere the first time we visited . It was like Marbella had been 40 years ago ..before it became a crowded city!
We decided to add Mojacar to our portfolio as we knew we would enjoy staying here ourselves .

The previous owners , from the UK , had lived here for 7 years. So we knew it would be suitable for both Summer and Winter time...it can be chilly at night without insulation !
We have had lots of extremely happy guests. We have enjoyed our holidays here and enjoy making improvements and upgrades each year .

Mojacar is an historic 'White Village' in the Province of Almería overlooking the Mediterranean Sea with seven kilometres of beaches. Throughout Spain Mojacar is known as El Rincón del Embrujo (Corner of Enchantment), enjoying Europe's healthiest climate, providing a quality of life that most people seek but rarely ever find.

Our location has to be one of the best in Mojacar, it in a quiet residential area. Just a gentle stroll to the Playa without any of the steep hills which are such a feature of Mojacar!

We are situated near the Pueblo Indalo and Red Cross roundabout a very central area . So there is a huge selection of restaurants whether you turn left or right at the end of our short road.

I rarely have to use a car when we are staying.
A trip to to the gorgeous Pueblo as it is essential to experience the quaint winding streets and breathtaking views!
