Location was good. Some walkability. Nice dog park nearby. It’s a decent place, especially if you have a pet or larger group.Host/owner needs to trim back the landscaping so that there are not so many mosquitoes.

Beautiful and very comfortable home and back yard in a nice and conveniently located neighborhood. The owner thought of every convenience in this home and responded so nicely to our needs. Nice mountain view while walking the neighborhood. Best sleep Ive gotten in a while and I don't get that in any hotel. So glad I booked this property! I will book it again. Thank you Jake!

The home was well supplied, clean, lovely patio with grape vines and the grapes were delicious. Quite neighborhood close to freeway and stores- very convenient. Very nice all around.

Kid-friendly and Comfy

Lovely spot for our family of 5, with three kids under 11yo, for spring break. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds are comfy, and the house was well-stocked with paper products, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and games and books for the kiddos. Even had a nightlight in the bathroom. Check in and check out we’re both a breeze!

Great home base for our adventures

The location worked great for our travels around ABQ and Santa Fe. The house was very spacious and we enjoyed having games for nights we kicked our feet up. We had everything we needed and would return if we visit ABQ in the future. We didn’t walk around the neighborhood much and drove anywhere we needed to go.

Balloon fiesta fun!

It was a really wonderful stay, there was 7 of us and was very cozy and comfortable. Was close to the balloon park, casino, restaurants, shopping. Was great!!

Ladies trip for Balloon Fiesta

The property was wonderful. Communication with the owner was great, he was very helpful and responded quickly to any question. The house was just as described and the owner provided many extras to make the stay more comfortable. Location could not have been better for the Balloon Fiesta and close to other attractions around the area. Would definitely recommend this property. We were here for a week.

Perfect Home and Location for Fiesta Balloon Park

The home was as advertised. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was centrally located to Fiesta Balloon Park, grocery stores, and restaurants. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Nice gas range for cooking. Outdoor grill was a plus. Nice outdoor, private patio. Jake, the owner, was pleasant to speak with. Overall, great experience and will definitely be staying here again when returning to Albuquerque.

Jake was extremely attentive and quick to respond to any and all inquiries. He was sincere and nothing was ever guess work with him. Check in was super easy and the house was stocked with all amenities +! Even after checking out he called to be sure an extra pillow found by the cleaning lady didn’t belong to our group. Everything was perfect!

I have lived in Albuquerque most of my life and love it because of the wide open spaces. I am a retired retail manager that spent 27 years working for a major retailer. In those 27 years, I really learned how to take care of my guests! I am now doing something I love in providing great experiences for my guests that stay in our home. I have been married to my lovely wife for going on 24 years and have two girls ages 19 and 14. I love to spend most of my free time traveling with my family. We love exploring or spending time at the lake, river, or beach. I pride myself on being available for my guests any time by responding quickly to calls, texts, and emails. I understand how I want to be treated when traveling and know that I have the same standards with my guests.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This was my first and still favorite short term home in this neighborhood. I absolutely love this neighborhood because it is the neighborhood I live in, and choose to raise my family in. It is one of the safest and most desired neighborhoods in Albuquerque. I also love it because it is convenient to every single thing Albuquerque has to offer. It is only 5 minutes from Balloon Fiesta park, so it is amazing to stay at for the Fiesta! The Hot Air Balloons fly right over the house! The home is also convenient to I-25 (less than a mile) which will take you to Santa Fe or anywhere else you want to visit.

Whether you are in town for business or pleasure, this house is perfect for anyone! This home is also located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Albuquerque.

-Absolutely amazing for Balloon Fiesta. Balloons fly right over the home and land nearby.
-Convenient to I-25. 30 min from Santa Fe, Cochiti Lake, Jemez mountains, scenic Sandia Mountain Drive.
-Amazing Brewery, restaurant, entertainment, indoor climbing gym venue walking distance from the home.
-Restaurants, Bars, Breweries, Zoo, Museums, hiking, biking, parks, dog park, and escape room all within a 10 minute drive.
-Sandia Casino, Resort, Spa, and golf course only 5 minutes away.
-Sandia foothills hiking and biking trails and the world Famous Tramway only 10 minutes away.

Absolutely too much to mention that makes this home great!
