The home was well supplied, clean, lovely patio with grape vines and the grapes were delicious. Quite neighborhood close to freeway and stores- very convenient. Very nice all around.

Kid-friendly and Comfy

Lovely spot for our family of 5, with three kids under 11yo, for spring break. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds are comfy, and the house was well-stocked with paper products, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and games and books for the kiddos. Even had a nightlight in the bathroom. Check in and check out we’re both a breeze!

House near Balloon Fiesta A+

My mom and I had a great and comfortable stay in Jake's home! It was so close to the Fiesta park of the balloon festival! We highly recommend!

Cozy, Clean and Convenient

We had a wonderful stay in this home! The location was excellent, close to a fantastic park for the kids, plenty of shopping nearby. The house is well stocked and has a good floor plan that worked well for our family. The back yard was nice for entertaining and the owner was great. Overall a great stay!

Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stayed at Jake's! It was very clean and from the beds to the living room, everything was comfortable and cozy! The sun room in the back was my favorite place to enjoy the morning sun. The kitchen was well equipped as well. We will stay here again :)

Ladies trip for Balloon Fiesta

The property was wonderful. Communication with the owner was great, he was very helpful and responded quickly to any question. The house was just as described and the owner provided many extras to make the stay more comfortable. Location could not have been better for the Balloon Fiesta and close to other attractions around the area. Would definitely recommend this property. We were here for a week.

Great location for Vacation

This house was perfect for our vacation in New Mexico. We have visited the Albuquerque area at least once a year for the last 10 years and loved this location. Hiking, biking, restaurants, site seeing were all close by. The property had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, we enjoyed cooking meals and for a wonderful surprise, there is a fantastic park within walking distance. Our host, Jake, made the process very easy and checked on us to make sure we were doing well.

Nice House, Responsive Host

We needed a place to stay on short notice due to a breakdown with our RV that we were travelling in. Our host responded to our inquiry right away and we were checked in within a few hours. The house was clean and the living room couch and love seat were very comfortable. Internet service was good. The back yard was small but fenced and it was perfect for our dog. We thought it was a good value and well located for exploring the area. We would stay here again if visiting Albuquerque.

Lives up to all the five star reviews ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jake was extraordinarily responsive and helpful. House was just as described. All the check in and check out details were clearly outlined. I appreciate all the attention to detail! The backyard oasis and sunroom are very nice. The backyard has beautiful plants and lots of bird visitors we enjoyed! Plenty of linens, bath mats, kitchenware provided. Highly recommend for a stopover in Albuquerque.

Nice place on North side

Property very nice and in convenient location. Host was very responsive. Pictures accurate but house is really a 3 bedroom not 4 - the "forth" bedroom is a sunroom off the master bedroom with a trundle bed - it's in detailed description but I missed that. Grill was not usable but host did agree to come by and clean quickly when notified. Hopefully this will be added to cleaners checklist. A few other minor maintenance issues. Note that balloons pictured are only during balloon fiesta in October.

Beautiful and very comfortable home and back yard in a nice and conveniently located neighborhood. The owner thought of every convenience in this home and responded so nicely to our needs. Nice mountain view while walking the neighborhood. Best sleep Ive gotten in a while and I don't get that in any hotel. So glad I booked this property! I will book it again. Thank you Jake!

Great home base for our adventures

The location worked great for our travels around ABQ and Santa Fe. The house was very spacious and we enjoyed having games for nights we kicked our feet up. We had everything we needed and would return if we visit ABQ in the future. We didn’t walk around the neighborhood much and drove anywhere we needed to go.

I have lived in Albuquerque most of my life and love it because of the wide open spaces. I am a retired retail manager that spent 27 years working for a major retailer. In those 27 years, I really learned how to take care of my guests! I am now doing something I love in providing great experiences for my guests that stay in our home. I have been married to my lovely wife for going on 24 years and have two girls ages 19 and 14. I love to spend most of my free time traveling with my family. We love exploring or spending time at the lake, river, or beach. I pride myself on being available for my guests any time by responding quickly to calls, texts, and emails. I understand how I want to be treated when traveling and know that I have the same standards with my guests.

This was my first and still favorite short term home in this neighborhood. I absolutely love this neighborhood because it is the neighborhood I live in, and choose to raise my family in. It is one of the safest and most desired neighborhoods in Albuquerque. I also love it because it is convenient to every single thing Albuquerque has to offer. It is only 5 minutes from Balloon Fiesta park, so it is amazing to stay at for the Fiesta! The Hot Air Balloons fly right over the house! The home is also convenient to I-25 (less than a mile) which will take you to Santa Fe or anywhere else you want to visit.

Whether you are in town for business or pleasure, this house is perfect for anyone! This home is also located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Albuquerque.

-Absolutely amazing for Balloon Fiesta. Balloons fly right over the home and land nearby.
-Convenient to I-25. 30 min from Santa Fe, Cochiti Lake, Jemez mountains, scenic Sandia Mountain Drive.
-Amazing Brewery, restaurant, entertainment, indoor climbing gym venue walking distance from the home.
-Restaurants, Bars, Breweries, Zoo, Museums, hiking, biking, parks, dog park, and escape room all within a 10 minute drive.
-Sandia Casino, Resort, Spa, and golf course only 5 minutes away.
-Sandia foothills hiking and biking trails and the world Famous Tramway only 10 minutes away.

Absolutely too much to mention that makes this home great!
