Detta snyggt inredda och nyligen uppdaterade hus med tre sovrum, tre badrum, är den perfekta berget för en samling av familj och vänner. Den öppna och rymliga huvudnivån består av vardagsrummet med en öppen spis, matsal och kök. Det finns också ett stort, privat däck som har en ny 5-personers badtunna! Enheten har en stor matsal med plats för sex och frukostbar med extra plats för 4. Köket erbjuder gott om diskutrymme och den öppna designen är perfekt för att underhålla gäster och familjesammanträden. På övervåningen finns en stor master-svit med en himmelssäng, eget master-bad och privat balkong. Den nedre spaken har två sovrum, ett med en uppsättning av två sängar och badrum och det andra sovrummet har en drottning och badrum. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.

Stadshemmet är bekvämt beläget bara tre kvarter från staden, ligger på stadens gratis bussrutt och bara 3 kvarter från Quicksilver-stolen. Den här enheten har ett bilgarage och ytterligare en parkeringsplats utomhus, ingen ytterligare parkering finns på Village Point.

Great location, everything was walkable. Very well equipped for everything except grilling. Would be nice to have screens on the windows as there is no air conditioning. Overall a very nice property.

The property was very clean and its proximity to downtown was excellent. It was also very well-equipped with everything needed for cooking meals.The only issue I encountered was with the front door lock. It was consistently difficult to both unlock when entering and lock when leaving. The lock mechanism seemed to turn continuously without catching, requiring multiple attempts to enter the code and turn the lock until it engaged properly.

MUST STAY for Breck!

The property was very clean, quiet area and neighborhood, and close to all the action without the noise. I highly recommend this location and this management company! So very friendly and helpful!

Perfect location, beautiful well stocked home!

We were a group of 6 (2 kids, 4 adults) and this home was perfect for us. Excellent location. Quick 10 min walk to peak 9, or a convenient free bus stop 2 minutes from the house. We could also walk to Main Street. House was clean and kitchen well stocked with lots of dishes etc. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed

Our stay was negatively affected by two problems. The heater was not working properly and the cable and internet went out several times a day for hours. The rental agency did react to solve the problems but unfortunately they were not successfully solved. The property description didn’t include that the single garage doesn’t connect to the house. This was very inconvenient in unloading the car for our stay. Overall, the significant problems would prevent me from recommending this property to others.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

Wonderful location, room for the whole family! Enjoyed the hot tub every night. The 3 bathrooms are a plus! Our only complaint were the mattresses on the beds were subpar. The king size bed in the Master bedroom was on a box spring with a small foam topper. It was uncomfortable and made the experience a little disappointing. I would return if I knew they upgraded their mattresses, otherwise a great place!

Great location and set up for our group

We (family of parents and 3 adult "kids") stayed in the Village Point property for a week. We've stayed in this neighborhood before (different condo) and really like the location as we could walk to Main Street easily as well as access hiking trails etc. This unit was well laid-out and had been recently refreshed. Everything was tasteful. We were very comfortable. The hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of hiking, mountain biking, or even just Main Street shopping. I only had a few minor issues based on my own preferences. 1) It would be nice to have screens on the bedroom windows/entrance to balcony so we could enjoy a nice breeze. 2) The linens were a bit scratchy. All in all, we had a wonderful stay here in this unit and would love to come back. The property management company was very quick to deal with our minor issue (key not working).

Wonderful place

We had a great week in Breckenridge and loved this condo. It’s within walking distance to Main Street and lots of hiking trails. The house was clean and we loved the hot tub. It was perfect for a week away from the Texas heat.

Retire the blankets

Overall the experience was pretty good. It's close to main street and has plenty of room. However, the sheets and blankets that were provided are less the desirable. The amount of piling on the sheets tells me it is time to retire some of the sheets or just get rid of them altogether. The sheets in the main room on the top floor had so much piling that they were uncomfortable to lie on. There was also a dried blood stain on the top sheet...not sure if they didn't notice it had been stained with blood or not, but that sheet should have been trashed. Also, there was a light green blanket that we had pulled out of the closet in the living room which was torn up on one side and should also be retired.

A great place

We had a great time and the place was perfect. A short walk across the street for a shuttle and you are on the mountain. The hot tub was amazing and the place was just amazing.

Great location, older hot tub

Overall great location and experience it’s close to Quicksilver and peak 9 base. Close to Breck Brewery and main street. Great having your own garage for gear and parking. Hot tub could use some repairs or an update it’s old. Jets panel is distorted and waterfall feature didn’t work. The temperature display read 95 when the water felt 104+ at 104 on the display it was dangerously hot. Rest of the house had typical wear you’d expect from its age being a rental mountain house but all around looked in great shape. Kitchens well stocked with everything you’d need to cook meals and entertain. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Winter Stay Before Christmas

Convenient

Great townhouse with everything you need. Walking distance to town or bus system. The only complaint I have is there is no bathroom on the main floor. You have to go to one of the bedrooms. Clean and the hot tub was amazing too. Will hope to come back.
