Steg av däcket till miles av strandvandring, klamring och några av de bästa Dungeness crabbing i regionen. Bara 8 miles away är staden Anacortes, porten till San Juan Islands via Washington State Ferry systemet och kan skryta med många pittoreska butiker och högt rankade restauranger. Den historiska staden La Connor är en annan måste-se, med bra restauranger, charmiga affärer och spännande evenemang, såsom Skagit Valley Tulip Festival. Deception Pass State Park och Bowman Bay (minuter bort) med fantastisk utsikt över Deception Pass Bridge och otroliga vandring, mountainbike spår och sötvatten sjöar får inte missa.

Great stay in beautiful Anacortes

Lovely property with lots of space and an impossible-to-beat location. We had one minor issue with a leak from the refrigerator and Chris was very responsive and came up to fix the problem right away. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Beach Get Away

The home has stunning views. I hosted my family that all live in the area, the kitchen and home is perfectly equipped to have large family dinners. This home is very welcoming and would highly recommended this property.

Anniversary birthday trip

Views are absolutely stunning. Enjoyed cooking, walking the beach and doing puzzles. Even went to see a band at the brewery down the road.

Fantastic spot to enjoy marine wildlife

We stayed with our 2 dogs and just loved it. The location is very unusual, right on the bay with all the local marine life on your doorstep. The beach is walkable for miles at low tide affording plenty of close encounters with herons, eagles, oyster eaters, otters and the local shellfish (clams, muscles, oysters...).

family getaway

Great space for family vacay. beautiful water views and outside deck with fire table for nice evenings. Great kitchen with plenty of equipment and serve ware. We had 4 generations and eveyone loved it.

This is an exceptional property. Close to Seattle and Vancouver, this beachfront home is a perfect place to stay. Comfortable and with a great kitchen and lovely deck. Everyday, the low tide sets up a scenario where you can walk on the beach forever. Anacortes is close by, with really good grocery and other shopping.

Stunning Location and Home

My parents live at the top of the hill in this area and with wanting a place for my dogs and I to enjoy the beach this was the perfect location. The home is so comfortable, the views are stunning. The beds were very comfortable and the house is extremely equipped. I put on a dinner for all my family in the area and it was so wonderful to fell like you were in a home and not worried if you would be able to entertain. I would love to come back to this home it was a little slice of heaven.

Fabulous getaway

We had a wonderful time staying here! The owner was communicative and worked hard to make our stay all that we hoped for. The location is perfect: quiet beachfront, but also close to both Anacortes and Deception Pass. The kitchen is great and well-stocked with everything you could need. The lap pool is great fun for both the kids and adults. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back!

Another wonderful stay

This was our second time at this property. We love the pool, hot tub (especially I appreciate how clean the hot tub is) and location. This trip we explored Deception Pass State Park. The kids enjoyed exploring the beach in front of the house. Great getaway!

Perfect for all ages.

Ideal location to access hiking trails, Deception Pass and Anacortes. The beach house easily accommodates 10. The owner was always available by text. The view from the beach house is stunning.

Great home!

We picked this home for the view and the heated lap pool; but the thing I appreciated the most was how helpful and communicative the owner, Chris was. We've stayed at places that were run by a property management firm, and had a fine time, but the extra attention Chris put into making sure we were well cared for really made a difference.

Perfect staycation

It was time for our family to rest and reboot. This was the perfect place for all our family to come together. Home was just as I remembered with a few updates. Beautiful home and amazing views!!

This home is right on the water (two sets of stairs going down to the beach) and the views are breathtaking! The home is very clean and the kitchen is stocked very well. We (5 of us) celebrated my brother’s 75th birthday and he said it was the best yet. In the evening we enjoyed the deck with the fire table. The owner, Chris, is wonderful to work with!

Comfortable Lake Property

Our family vacation was wonderful. This location was wonderful for sitting on the deck and enjoying the lake scenery. We spent a few days on the San Juan Islands and we were just 12 minutes from the Anacortes Ferry! The Kitchen had a great assortment of pans and containers so we could spend our evenings at home cooking and enjoying each others company. The outdoor hot tub and shower were utilized after a long days hiking, biking and kayaking. Chris was wonderful to work with. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful, well-stocked home with great owners!

This is our third time staying at this beautiful home in Anacortes, and it's become my family's happy place! The home itself is beautiful and well cared for, with an unbeatable waterfront location. The kids in our family think the lap pool is the greatest thing ever. This home is also the best stocked rental I've ever been to. They have every kitchen appliance/tool you could hope for, including storage containers for leftovers (which is one of those things I always end up wishing I'd brought on a trip). There are extension cords with both regular outlets and USBs in all the bedrooms, so no struggling to get to an inaccessible outlet to plug in your phone. Lots of nice extras like puzzles, games, binoculars, and night lights. I especially want to shout out Chris, who is an excellent communicator and so helpful with any issue that might arise. We will be back!

Wonderful winter weekend

This house was all it is advertised to be. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and everything was well-stocked. The only thing we missed were wine glasses; there was only one stemmed glass. Our family enjoyed the beach, pool, hot tub, and gas fireplace on the deck. There was adequate parking for our 3 cars. Although the weather was classic PNW (cool, cloudy, rainy), we still enjoyed a wonderful view and the property's peaceful ambiance.

Thanks for the great memories

Our long-put-off family reunion happened here, and the site met our needs well. Great indoor/outdoor areas and views, flexibility for sleeping arrangements and different activities and schedules. Bedrooms were mostly quiet and separated enough for uninterrupted naps. Private location but minutes from Anacortes downtown and Mt. Vernon train station and groceries. But the best of all is the view: such a gorgeous PNW scene! Stairs from house to the beach level might be hard for elders and others, so being able to move straight from the home's public areas to the deck with almost 180 degree views of the bay, beach, and wildlife was satisfying and calming. This unique home is not polished, but is homey and accommodating for 7 people. We cooked and shared many meals, had plentiful conversations, and celebrated our father's 85th birthday. And he couldn't have been happier. Our two little dogs loved the place, too, and walking the neighborhood was their highlight! Note that the property outside the house doesn't allow for much walking; you have to walk up the little lane to get to flat roads. It's a nice, friendly, quiet neighborhood. Thanks for the great memories.

Great Pool and hot tub

We had a great stay. Very nice waterfront. The pool and hot tub were the highlights for our kids. However, upon getting home, everyone who had been in the hot tub and pool had rashes over their swim suit covered areas. Diagnosed as hot tub folliculitis which is basically from sitting in dirty hot tub water. There weren't any directions on how to treat the water in the hot tub or test the water daily. We have stayed at other places with a hot tub and they had little baggies of pre portioned chemicals to put in the hot tub daily and we never had this rash as a result. It would probably be good to have a way your guests could treat the water so that it was a cleaner environment especially for people renting for many days. Other than this post trip rash we enjoyed the house and the location!

Relaxing beach house

Quiet neighborhood with beautiful view and beach combing. Updated house well balanced with rustic, vintage decor that gives a homey feel. We enjoyed all the extras: hot tub, our son played in the small pool, beach combing, a boat row, and the fire pit. Washer and dryer, nice kitchen appliances, propane grill and little things like ziplock bags were available and organized. Made for a wonderful family trip. The view and the beach awesome!

Roomy Home with Wonderful Beach

Large, clean, single level home with wonderful character!! Great for kids as well as older adults!! Wonderful beach access and beach!! Great fire pit!! The children loved the pool! Would love to take my family for another stay in the future!! A wonderful spot for making beach memories!!
