Great location and neighborhood!

Perfect for our trip over to watch our son play in a soccer tournment. The neighborhood is close to wonderful local restaurants and lovely walks in the neighborhood. Comfortable and easy.

Great spot

Quick Trip to Downtown Raleigh

The “Modern Backyard Studio” is perfect for a quick weekend away! The owner, David, was amazing, ensuring we were able to check in early as we had an event later that evening. Would absolutely recommend this cute and affordable studio for your next getaway!

Quick mother/daughter trip

My daughter and I came to Raleigh for a concert and quick mother/daughter trip. This little studio is ideally located in Raleigh with easy access to Durham as well. Convenient Accommodation

What an easy place to stay while in Raleigh! While small, the Backyard Studio had everything we needed for our short stay - convenient location, easy check-in/check-out, necessary amenities, adequate parking. We would definitely stay again when visiting Raleigh.

Seamless Stay

Great location and host

This is a great property in a prime location near Downtown Raleigh. I had a minor issue with the AC unit running out of refrigerant but the host fixed the issue promptly and prorated me for the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend this host and property to friends.
