Denna takvåning har en utomhusbeläggning på 280 kvadratmeter med balkong och solstolar som är fullt utrustade för att njuta av ditt morgonkaffe och frukost och kvällscoctailar innan du tar dig till staden till ditt val av över ett dussin utestående restauranger. Denna enhet är också fullt utrustad för en romantisk middag i. Det kompletta köket har en spis i full storlek, kylskåp och diskmaskin samt en grill utanför. Du kan alltid ha enheten fylld med din favoritmat och dryck innan du anländer.

Denna enhet är också utrustad med en reserverad parkeringsplats för att göra det lättare att tillbringa dina dagar på en av öns 17 stränder och utforska allt som ön har att erbjuda. First time in St. John

Close to all the shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance. The pool area was great, with a fantastic view. Plenty to see and do !

Perfect Cruz Bay Getaway

Excellent property for two! The owner is top notch and communicative. The condo is in great shape and well stocked for two people. It is in a perfect location for access to restaurants, shops and boat excursions. This is our second stay in this unit and we just love it!!

Penthouse getaway

We loved staying at the penthouse. It had everything we needed. It is an easy walk to downtown. The deck is a great place to watch the coming and going of the bay. We will be returning!!!

Great Location and Condo

We had a great stay at Grande Bay Resort. Our unit had everything we needed, was clean and in close proximity to everything we needed. Get a rental car so you can truly appreciate the beauty of the island.

Very nice property with perfect walkable access to everything Cruz Bay. Walked easily to ferry dock on morning of leaving. very well stocked with everything you may need for your stay with the exception of food/drinks. We will be booking again soo! Highly recommend!

Love City Penthouse Studio was absolutely perfect for us. The size was ideal and offered the convenience of amenities that made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was convenient and walkable to town, which made exploring easy. The jeep rental available from the owners was straightforward and added to the flexibility of our trip. Communication with the management group was seamless, making the entire process stress-free. The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking — you’ll never want to leave! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. John."

Amazing location!

Loved the location of this condo, right next to everything in Cruz Bay - no need to take a car, just walk... The outdoor patio is huge and has a great view of Cruz Bay & beyond. Check in was easy & very accommodating. VERY convenient garage parking right under your building & the owner provides beach chairs, etc. Definitely recommend this one!!!

Great Location

Great location! Room was smaller than anticipated, as there no living room/sitting area. You have the kitchen, bedroom and bath. Outside balcony was nice! Overall, great stay!

Best view in Grande Bay!

This penthouse level condo has an amazing view and the large outdoor area makes it a fabulous place to enjoy coffee or wine or just the fresh air. You can hear the sounds of Cruz Bay (including the roosters!) from the outside, but inside is quiet. Very convenient to walk to town for dinner, or stay in when we wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Wonderful balcony space. Great view and we had the best seats for a live concert yet when the slider was closed we had complete quiet. Convenient to the ferry and all restaurants. Very handy to have washer/dryer for long stay. Kitchen was well equipped.

Loved Love City Penthouse

We stayed in the one BR. We also have previously stayed in the Penthouse studio. The outdoor space and views were great. Super in-town location. Very clean and well decorated. All the necessities were provided. Perfect for the two of us!

Pefect as the pictures

We've stayed in Grande bay resort before and the location in Cruz bay cant be any more perfect. The view was amazing and the rooms, balcony/patio were exactly as pictured. Communication with the property and check in was flawless. Didn't need a car bc everything we wanted was walking distance or the taxi safaris were always available right in Cruz bay.

Great location for a weeks vacation!

the property was just as listed. We have stayed in houses throughout St. John with larger groups, but for the two of us, this was PERFECT! Easy to park and the owner is wonderful to work with. You cannot beat the location and luxurious feel of the condo. The view from the balcony was a favorite. We hope to come back.

Paradise Revisited

This was our, now, annual trip to St John to get out of the winter cold and our 2nd stay at Grande Bay Resort. This unit has a beautiful view and a comfortable porch/balcony. Bed/bedding very comfortable; we fixed several meals in the kitchen which had what we needed. The owner, Pam, is delightful and communication with her was easy. As usual, St John did not disappoint….. it’s so relaxing!!!

Perfection

Perfect view of Cruz bay, perfect location. Clean and has everything you need for a beach day (chairs, towels, backpack cooler). A greeter picks you up at the ferry and shows you to your condo. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We enjoyed the restaurants within walking distance and renting a boat out of Low Key located right next door.

We bought this property to continue bringing ourselves, our children, family and friends to the island. We love the USVIs and BVIs....it has always felt like home to us! We cannot say enough about not only the beauty and serenity St. John oozes, but of the FUN that we have. The people are as beautiful as the views, and we rent our property with the motivation to bring you, your family and friends that same love and fun.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

These units provide unobstructed views clear from power lines (lower building views can be obstructed by power lines) and panoramic views of both St. Thomas (not visible in the far right units in Grande Bay) and Cruz Bay. Our family loves spending time on the balcony, and we would argue it has one of the best views there is :)
