Stugan är utformad för att tillåta åtkomst och rörlighet för personer har nedsatt rörlighet.

Inför kalksten sluttningar Wavrans sur l'Aa och i hjärtat av den regionala parken av Marais Caps och Opal är stugan idealiskt beläget för att besöka regionen (en timme från Lille, halv timme från Boulogne och Calais 1/4 timme från Saint-Omer).
Inlämnandet av miljön garanterar lugn och ro: en liten by med utsikt över Aa Valley.
Namnet "hus vacker utsikt" valdes för att framkalla den exceptionella panorama som man kan beundra: en klar bild av flera kilometer som kan se ner Aa Saint-Omer Golf Club i Lumbres Golf ligger.

Lovely stay

Nice property with breathtaking views, in the middle of the French countryside. Very friendly and helpful owner, who even gave us some freshly laid eggs! Property was well-maintained and clean, ready to receive us. Note that there isn't an EV charger on site: there was instead an outside wall socket - we managed to charge our car (with the help of a socket adapter), but it was of course slow.

Comfortable cosy gite with everything you need for a lovely relaxing stay. Friendly helpful hosts, great views, great amenities, even a Christmas tree ready on our arrival. Would happily book again.

Hidden Gem

We highly recommend Gite "La Belle Vue". Set in beautiful countryside and tranquil garden, it lives up to its name. Our children loved playing in the garden with swings, slide, wooden built Wendy house filled with toy treasures, secret treehouse and ping pong table. They loved all the animals too (chickens, ducks, geese, cows in the field). The host was lovely, very attentive and generous going out if her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The gite was lovely and charming and showers were hot and powerful. It’s in a great location for exploring the area with bikes, country walks or driving to sites. We recommend to others and hope to come back.

"La Belle Vue" truly magnificent

Property was immaculately presented with a cosy warm feel on arrival.The owners gave us a very warm and friendly reception with a guided tour of the property. No shortage of kitchen equipment cutlery, glasses,etc.This making full use of the dishwasher possible. We spent lots of time in the dining area, looking out over the wonderful countryside and especially the owners garden which is gorgeous. The property is ideally situated for all attractions in the area.(we visited vimy ridge and la coupoleand several restaurants in the area) The location of the property is ideal for anyone wanting peace and tranquility with the knowledge that everything needed is just a short trip away. I would recommend this cottage to anyone it is beautiful. M et Mme Dubois keep up the good work and good luck for 2016 From the Premier Anglaise

2 semaines merveilleuses

Nous avons passés 2 semaines merveilleuses à l'appartement "La belle Vue", qu' est très calme et bien équipé. Notre hôtes étaient très sympathiques et géneréux: nous avons pu profiter des fruits du jardin!

Bienfaisant

Quel bel endroit ! Ici tout est agréable. Une jolie maison très confortable et très propre, parfaitement équipée. Tout ça dans un cadre superbe, dans un calme absolu. Une vue imprenable sur la campagne et surtout sur le magnifique jardin où légumes, fleurs et arbres sont harmonieux. Le tout est bienfaisant. Et que dire des propriétaires ? Accueillants et discrets, ils partagent généreusement leur espace, leur jardin et ses productions. Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans ces lieux.

Excellent séjour à la campagne

Un petit coin de paradis au calme entouré d'animaux. Le gite est très propre et bien équipé (bonne literie, équipements bébé, jeux extérieurs et intérieurs). Les propriétaires sont serviables et prévenants. Une mention spéciale pour la cabane dans les arbres un petit paradis pour enfants.

Week-end parfait

Nous étions là pour un EVG, nous sommes arrivés dans une résidence isolée, dans un état irréprochable et un accueil vraiment cordial dans le respect des règles sanitaires. Les propriétaires sont voisins du gîte mais ne sont pas intrusifs, ils font en sorte que le séjour soit le mieux possible merci à eux pour ce superbe accueil dans ce superbe endroit, je recommande cette destination pour n'importe quel événement.

1 over night stay

Easy to rent and found it cheaper than two hotel rooms as we were travelling with five people and one with limited mobility. Very welcoming and the place is more beautiful than the pitches show. Lovely to wake up with such beautiful veiws amd made our weekend to France even more special. Would love to come back and stay for more than one night.

A beautiful gite in a beautiful location

A thoroughly enjoyable stay at a truly lovely gite - a peaceful rural location but not too far away from the bright lights, and an exceptionally pleasant and welcoming host/owner who was (discretely) on hand if needed. We couldn't have wished for a better stay to completely re-charge our batteries!!

Very nice house to relax

It feels like home, the house perfectly stuffed, the host is very nice and friendly! It was a perfect week to enjoy with our 2 kids (3y and 4y) who could play inside and around the house absolutely safe.

Une grande maison de vacances avec de très bons propriétaires

Merci pour ces très belles vacances! Nous avons été reçus très hospitaliers. La propriétaire nous a fourni des friandises de leur propre jardin. Notre fils s'est beaucoup amusé avec les nombreux équipements de jeu. Si vous recherchez un endroit calme pour vous détendre, profitez d'une vue imprenable sur la campagne!

Holiday

An excellent gite for a relaxing holiday, the gardens are a credit to Mr & Mrs Dubois, the house was spotless clean on arrival,the beds are comfortable. Overall a lovely Gite, our only (small) constructive criticism was that there's not enough clothes hangers for four adults spending a week holiday together.

Calme et très belle vue

Le gîte porte très bien son nom. Très confortable et bien équipé. Propreté irréprochable et literie de qualité. Propriétaire agréable, sympathique et discret. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et bien pensés même si sans intérêt pour nous, idéal pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants. Nous saluons le travail des proprietaires pour faire de cet endroit un lieu de séjour idéal.

Gîte charmant à la campagne

On a passé 5 jours relaxants à ce gîte à pleine campagne. Comme sugère le nom, les vues sont magnifiques et le gîte est très bien équipé. Madame Dubois était très aimable et nous a donné un accueil chaleureux.

Great gite. Great view. Great area. Mme Dubois was extremely friendly and helpful.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the gite. It was in a lovely area with many places to visit in the vicinity, e.g. Ypres and the Menin Gate, the coast, Lille, La Coupole (St Omer). Being a bungalow, there were no stairs but there were two toilets. At the beginning of our week the heating failed and it was fixed very quickly. It was a bit too cold to eat in the garden very much but it's a lovely gite to eat al fresco. All in all, a great gite.
