Seychelles Condo

The owners were very accessible and congenial. The condo was perfect and well-appointed! The only glitch we had was with cable TV in the guest bedroom. We were having guests and wanted them to be able to watch TV from bed. It was addressed quickly by the owner when he got the cable company there the next day. The walk from the huge patio around to the pool got you in the sun! We saw two space launches from the pool area. The location on A1A offered quick access north through Daytona Beach Shores and Daytona Beach (Tour the International Speedway) and south to Ponce Inlet and the tallest Lighthouse in Florida. The location offers easy 1 1/4-hour access to the Kennedy Space Center and St. Augustine and 25 minutes to New Smyrna Beach, a real neat beach town. The only other glitch we had was the January weather which prevented Seychelles from heating the pool. Their condo on the ground floor offers quick and convenient access from the garage to the unit, especially with a luggage or grocery cart without needing an elevator. We highly recommend this condo!

An absolute slice of paradise.

This gorgeous upscale condo is well stocked and has a huge ground floor balcony steps away from the ocean and pool you will love. It is spacious , clean, convenient, and the washer and dryer are an added bonus. The owners are an awesome couple, who respond within minutes. Hated to leave this place.

Beautiful condo steps from the beach!

Our stay at this Seychelles ground floor condo could not have been better and we hope to rent again. The condo itself is extremely well appointed from the linens to the kitchen supplies and is located in, what I would consider, one of the best condos in the building. It features a huge outdoor patio with plenty of chairs and tables and direct access to the pool and beach...no elevator needed. Everything was clean and sanitized upon arrival. The owners are great and so easy to work with. You will not be disappointed! Thanks for a great vacation, Greg and Cathy!

Beautiful Oceanfront Property

Our stay at Greg and Cathy's Seychelles condo was wonderful. The location, directly on Daytona Beach Shores no drive beach, was beautiful. We were on the ground floor with a very large patio directly on the Ocean. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable, long term stay. The Owners were always accessible if we needed them. The grounds of the condo were well-kept, clean and secure. If you love to fall asleep to the crushing waves of the Ocean then you will thoroughly enjoy this beautiful condo. We went in the winter during Covid-19 so it was relatively quiet at the property and did not seem fully occupied. We were quite happy with being able to walk down to our Unit. There was no need to use the elevator. Daytona Beach Shores is a great place to stay and Seychelles is a really beautiful property. Quiet and close to everything. Thank you for a wonderful Winter we loved our stay!

We have taken pride in providing a more international look to our apartment, which we use as our 2nd home. State of the art lighting systems, dimmers on EVERY light, high-tech LED accent lighting, hi-end audio system with Sonos speakers. Check out the photos.......we think you will agree!
