En välutrustad, enstaka, 1,300 kvm stuga lite över 100 meter från lugn tillgång till stranden. Detta öppna, 3 sovrum, 2 badrum hem ligger på en pittoresk och lugn sidogata kantad av gamla ekar. Bostadsens trädbevuxna omgivning ger stora möjligheter att se rävar, grodor, etc. många månader av året. Du är tillräckligt långt bort från vägen för att inte höra bilar som reser upp och ner på ön. De flesta gånger hörs bara ljudet av vågor som slår på stranden. Mycket litet omgivande ljus från massor av hus och gatljus också, så mycket bra stjärna visning.

Strandområdet framför åtkomstpunkten är inte trångt på grund av bristen på närliggande "husdensitet". Det är ett lugnt område med massor av familjer. Bara 1. 5 miles från centrum Surf City och piren.

Köket är fullt utrustat med massor av bestick för att servera massor av bra måltider. Inkluderar en kaffebryggare, matberedare, brödrostugn, mixer och en myriad av krukor med kokkärl för att laga en underbar måltid. Det finns bar sittplatser på köksdisken för 4 och ett massivt ekmatbord som sitter 6.

This property was amazing. It had everything that we looked for. The kitchen had so many frying pans and pots. Every gadget that you could imagine. Very close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Love, love love, Sandy Crack. This was our fifth year and everything is just like it should be relaxing, easy enjoyable convenient I can hear the waves and hear the birds. Great location, Easy walk to beach

Place was great and just as described! Was only my husband and our 2 lil' dogs, and it rained, but the deck sure looked inviting! Has a giant couch perfect for lots of people to hang out at once - many rentals don't have this great feature.

Wonderful Beach House

Awesome spot for a beach getaway

Overall this was an excellent property for a quick trip to the beach. While it isn’t on the beachfront, the location was super close and convenient. I appreciated so many small details, that really go into making a rental feel comfortable—from the ease of the door code entry, to the clean fresh scent upon entering, the charging port outlets, to the comfortable back deck seating. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely book again.

Everything we could have asked for

My wife and I stayed here for a week and everything was perfect. The walk to the private access to the beach is a breeze and everything was as advertised. Being able to bring our dog with us was a huge plus. The island is very dog friendly.

ECU Grad trip!

Home was perfect for my family of 5 and our English bulldog puppy. The walk to the beach was closer than expected. Storage had lots of beach accessories to use on the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

One of the best!

My family and I recently spent a relaxing week at this property. The house is clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for anyone’s vacation. It’s located on a private lane with only a very short walk to the beach. Perfect vacation spot for my small family. Just delightful!

We are a family of outdoor enthusiasts that love being outside and active, whenever possible. Surf City/Topsail has been a favorite of ours since we moved to NC in 2004. We love the low-key, family-oriented nature of the island and really like the lack of commercialization. We are also a family of surfers and really like the miles of uncrowded beach breaks, right out front.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Off the beaten path on an oak tree lined street. Quiet and tranquil. Topsail Island and Surf City are one of a handful of remaining NC beach towns that commercialization has not caught up to. You won't find miles of neon signs, fast food restaurants, arcades, loud bars or nightclubs. Wilmington has all of those things and more and is under 30 mins away.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Only 100 yards from deeded beach access. Because of the lack of building density at and around the house, the beach never gets crowded. The back deck of the house looks out onto a wooded buffer between neighboring street. The sound is only 100 yards away as well. You could easily launch a kayak from there. Beach/Sound. Has it all!
A sidewalk parallel to Route 50 is 100 yards away. If you don't want to run on the beach, you can run south on a sidewalk all the way into the town of Topsail Beach, 5 miles away. A bike path on the road shoulder starts about 3/4 miles from the house and runs 10 miles north, to the town of North Topsail. Really nice for a great, fast road ride spin.
