Stort hus på Patuxent floden med nytt kök, måla, utomhusdäck och badrum. Tillgång till kajaker och paddleboards om det behövs. House har också sin egen strand (se bilder) och har en närbutik för alla sundries bara 2 miles away. Ett bra året runt hus med unik utsikt och upplevelser under hela året. Också en utmärkt plats att se alla de vilda djur som Patuxent River har att erbjuda.

Quiet, peaceful, relaxing.. the perfect getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was a great location for access to local parks, beaches, and attractions. We most enjoyed the views from the house, both inside and on the upper and lower outdoor patios. House was clean and well represented in the listing.

Weekend getaway

Despite the wet weather, we had a great time celebrating our anniversary. The indoor fireplace was so cozy and we were able to have a great “beach” day with some fishing! The place was a good proximity to downtown Solomon’s Island and plenty of markets & restaurants!

Weekend Gem

We enjoyed the comfy atmosphere and location to the water. There is nothing better than a fireplace fire, family, board games and great good to relax. Communication was easy with the owner and he was able to resolve a few issues we had. Such a nice weekend away.

Summer getaway

This property is wonderful. My family and I enjoyed the everything inside and out. Made sandcastles and rowed in the kayak. We were able to make short trips to Solomons for the Calvert Marine Museum on a rainy day and ice cream on a sunny one. Great stay.

Coco's vacation

The property is pet-friendly (Coco) that's what caught my eyes. Also, the location of the house, is on a riverfront. I loved the layout of the house. Beautiful. To wakeup in the morning, having coffee on the porch, to appreciate the beauty of the scenic views and watching the birds.

Best little getaway!

We had a wonderful 4 days at this beautiful property. It was comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Beds are very comfortable. The grounds are very pretty. The icing on the cake is the private beach. We couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable visit. Thank you!

Family Time at the Beach

We stayed for 6 days as a family (my wife and I and our 2 adult kids). The home was very well kept, very clean, and had items for us to use down at the waterfront. We had a great time, the neighbors were extremely nice and the area is 100% authentic Eastern Shore living. Thank you for a wonderful start to our Summer!

We loved this little house on the water . The house is spacious with a stocked kitchen .

The house is so spacious and we loved all the amenities, like the kayak , paddle board and the deck with the water view . Highly recommend this property for a peaceful weekend of fun in the sun or just a short drive to Solomons Island .

Paradise truly found

This home is simply beautiful, and was just what I was looking for. I was searching for a place that would have amazing views, was in a peaceful location, where I would be able to recover from a major surgery. This home simply did not disappoint. The owner was amazing to deal with, very helpful and thoughtful also. Definitely a five star experience!

We are coming back

The house is clean, nicely decorated. The kitchen has a big pantry and fully stocked. It has more than enough room for seven of us. The view of the river is unbeatable. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and SUP board very much, and we found the outdoor shower is the best feature after a day in the water and sand. We are coming back again for sure.

Grandchildren getaway

We took our 2 granddaughters to this property for a school break vacation and we all loved it! The house is even nicer than the photos show and it was so peaceful we never left until checkout day. I would note that the grocery and one of the pizza places closed at 8 on a Sat. so be mindful if you are a late dinner eater. We are already thinking of staying again next year!

Beautiful home in tranquil settings

My family (1 yo to 81 yo) had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. The property was very clean and very well decorated. The views of the river are fantastic (whether you are enjoying them from inside of the house or from the deck or from the master bedroom balcony). Everyone enjoyed sandy beach. Older boys (9,7 and 5) and parents enjoyed kayaking and biking around the neighborhood;1 year old was delighted to observe neighbor's chickens. Beautiful house, tranquil settings, this was the perfect vacation before the school year. Thank you for hosting us.
