Det ligger vid sjön Sakakawea i Douglas Bay, som ligger 20 minuters bilresa från Garrison, ND. Detta vackra hem ligger precis vid strandlinjen för vacker utsikt och enkel tillgång till vattnet.

Den har 3 000 kvadratmeter färdig bostadsyta. På bottenvåningen finns ett lerrum / ingång med gott om plats för rockar, stövlar, kylare etc. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare är belägna på bottenvåningen och är tillgängliga för användning - vänligen ta med din egen tvätt tvål om du planerar att använda den. Den har också ett vackert kök med alla nödvändiga apparater, grytor och stekpannor, diskar etc., en disk med 2 avföringar och ett matbord med plats för 6. En eldstad finns i köket / matplatsen. På bottenvåningen finns också ett stort familjerum och ett litet TV-rum. Det finns också 1 sovrum med en dubbelsäng och 1 badrum i full storlek på bottenvåningen.

På övervåningen finns ett badrum i full storlek och ytterligare två sovrum. Ett sovrum har en king size-säng och det andra har en drottning.

Den nedre våningen familjerum har förvandlats till en familj stil sovrum med en king size-säng, en queen size-säng och en dubbelsäng. Det finns ett badrum i bottenvåningen samt ett icke-egress sovrum med en queen size-säng.

Utanför bottenvåningen finns ett ytterdäck med uteservering och en skärmad veranda. Den visade verandan har 2 stora utomhusbord med plats för 12. Gasgrillen är placerad vid uteplatsen och är tillgänglig för användning. En utomhus eldstad med sittplatser finns också att använda.

Detta är ett rökfritt hem och det finns inga husdjur tillåtna i hemmet.

WiFi finns i långsammare hastigheter. Det finns två platt-TV i hemmet. Det ena ligger i sovrummet på andra våningen och det andra i TV-rummet på bottenvåningen. Tv: n är båda utrustade med DVD-spelare för att få åtkomst till ditt eget Netflix-konto.

På sommaren är en privat brygga tillgänglig för användning direkt framför hemmet.

Spring Getaway

Spacious house for large groups. Easy access to shoreline. Parking can get tight if everyone drives seperate but it worked. Overall worked good for our fishing weekend.

Nice family vacation

Beautiful views

We had a team work retreat and enjoyed our stay. A lot of space to spread out. Great communication with owner. Two of us put air mattresses on the screened-in porch and enjoyed falling asleep and waking up to the sound of nature. We enjoyed both patios the whole time for meeting space and relaxing. Our complaints would be the main floor bedroom has no door (just a curtain) and the walls do not go to the ceiling (all sounds and light go into the bedroom), there was no schedule given for the sprinklers (they disrupted a sound bath at one point), and the skewers in the garage were dirty (caked in marshmallows), but had brought our own just in case so we were fine. Overall, we enjoyed it and would stay again.

Amazing view! The lake is beautiful, we swim every morning, paddle board, fish… the house has everything u need, the owners were incredible… love it! We will come back!

Fall Fishing Trip

We loved the location…being on the water with plenty of space. The home had all we needed to be comfortable and able to prepare our own meals. Too bad the weather was not cooperative, as we did not get to enjoy the fire pit or deck furniture. We would stay again!

Wonderful Lake House

Our family ranging from 5 - 75 years old thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful lake house. The spaciousness provided ample space for us to be together or separate throughout our visit. The view of the sunset on the lake was spectacular. So much space inside and out to just have fun and enjoy our time together. Location to grocery market was reasonable and communication with owner was outstanding throughout the entire process. We hope to return in the years to come!

Quick trip

Everything was awesome. The only thing that I can suggest is an upgrade on the grill available for guest use. It is the same one we used in 2020 and it needs a new grate ( it was rusty). The house is comfortable, deck great, view to die for. So we will definitely return.

Great Property

It was a perfect property for our group of hunters. We had a place to come "home" to after a long day in the outdoors where we could eat and socialize all together. It was nice not having to eat out at a restaurant every night and not being confined to a small hotel room.

First, Mike was an extraordinary host. He was very accommodating and went way above and beyond any expectations for a typical host. The actual property was fantastic. Beautiful sunsets over the mountains/lake every night. Close to the Garrison town. House had everything needed for a great week(laundry machines, stocked kitchen pots/pans/utensils, etc etc). Highly recommended

Beautiful property

10 of us rented this property for a duck hunting trip. It is fantastic, has all the imenities needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room for a group setting or privacy. Great view of the lake, lots of parking, will definitely book again. The owners were polite, helpful and responsive to all inquiries. A+++

Great Location

Five siblings and spouses (from WY, MN, ND) met up here for a long weekend. The home was large and comfortable enough for the ten of us. The view was beautiful. We enjoyed talking around the fire pit and playing yard games. Even though there are neighbors, it felt very private. The hosts were accommodating to our needs and promptly responded to our questions.
