Kom undan allt med en flykt till denna vackra stadsbostad. Fyra sovrum på tre nivåer vardera med en lyxig king size-säng och eget badrum. Rymmer åtta. 6 personer badtunna på balkongen. Utsikten över Byers Peak och några delvis utsikt över Winter Park Resort är verkligen spektakulära i de vackra Rocky Mountains.

Beläget i vackra nordvästra Colorado, inbäddat bland vintergröna träd, har du gott om tillgång till skidbackar på vintern och stigar på sommaren.

Semester i lyx med toppmodern inredning och alla bekvämligheter du någonsin behöver, inklusive strålande golvvärme, sex man badtunna och en bil garage.

På nedre våningen finns ett sovrum med king size-säng, badrum med dubbla handfat och en fristående kakeldusch. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare på denna nivå förutom cubbies för alla dina redskap och garaget.

Huvudnivån är där du hittar det underbara vardagsrummet och matplatsen och köket. Välvda tak med gula väggar och mörka träkonton, och en golv till tak-sten spis gör den här känslan speciellt varm och mysig. HD-TV och surroundljud slutför detta område. WiFi är gratis!

Köket är varmt och inbjudande med träskåp, klinkergolv och rostfria vitvaror. Gasgrill ligger på däck ligger utanför köket.

Sommartid är spektakulärt för vandring, cykling och fiske.

Amazing condo

We have a great stay at this condo. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super spacious and so comfy. We had 8 people stay and no one felt cramped. The winter park lift is such an easy walk from this location. I would highly recommend this place and plan to come back in the future.

Great rental

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The management company was quick to address any needs. Parking was easy. Hot tub was perfect after a long day. Will consider staying here again.

The whole family really enjoyed our stay. Location is amazing. Easy 10 minute drive to the mountain. We love the hot tub, lots of space and everyone has a king bed! Well stocked and appreciate having access to the garage.

Christmas 2022

Our family so enjoyed this beautiful home with four king suites - perfect! The open concept of the family, dining and kitchen was great for all to be together while some cooked, some played games, and some watched tv.

Perfect Mountain and Ski Get Away

This place is exactly what you think of when you think mountain and ski get away. 4 bedrooms with 4 king beds and 4 bathrooms is SOOOOO hard to find but this place has it all. Everyone was so comfortable with their own space. The place is spotless clean, has everything you need and more. The hot tub is incredible and its so close to both Grocery store and the ski resort. We will be back many times in the near future.

The perfect winter park house for families and friends

Traci was very responsive and easy to work with. This house is fantastic! Every single bedroom fees like a master bedroom, I've stayed in the winter park area many times and never found a better house for all parties to feel equal with king sized beds and double vanities in every bedroom! The location is fantastic, less than 15 minutes from winter park and it has a convenient bus stop right outside to avoid parking during ski season, we even had a moose walk through the neighborhood!

Birthday Retreat

My son turned 21 and this was EXACTLY what we were looking for! We are not the bar scene/party type of crew. We were looking for relaxation, space and quality family time, that’s exactly what we found. Space to spread out, yet gather for meals, close to town, yet in the mountains and something that was comfortable for my daughter to relax with a brand new baby. There were 8 adults and one infant. The benefit of huge rooms with king size beds and private bathrooms with each made everyone feel comfortable. Though, we only used the hot tub once it was so clean and relaxing. After checkout, my daughter realized she had forgot her Boppy(nursing pillow) the owner was quick to respond and help remotely to get this back to us immediately. I can say the WHOLE experience was just what we needed to create memories that we will cherish forever. Thank you

Amazing home!

Great location, layout worked well for our family of 7 and kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. Only critique is only one TV in home. With kids it was tough not being able to send to their room to watch their shows to rest after a day of skiing. Humidifiers in each room was a nice touch and got used nightly…thanks!

perfect mountain escape

Family Christmas Vacation

We rented Traci’s beautiful home for our Christmas vacation! Our adult children/spouses and our grandchild! We each had our own amazing room and bathroom attached ! The views were amazing! We were across highway to tubing, supermarket and restaurants! We went snowmobiling only 15 minutes away as well as Winter park resort for ski/snowboarding lessons! Absolutely wonderful home and location! Traci is a joy to work with! We would recommend this property to all! Thank you Traci for a wonderful experience! 😊

Barbecue grill and balconies

Great bedrooms but balconies very small for the number of folks we had. The barbecue grill needs to be replace and we were disappointed because we couldn’t figure out how to light it and with the gas turned on and with the gas fumes we gave up. We were looking forward to grilling out on the Fourth of July and that didn’t happen. Other then this everything was very nice and great location.

Fantastic Retreat Location

We had four couples that stayed at this beautiful home. With four master bedrooms and separate bathrooms for each, this was perfect. We cooked our meals in and had everything needed for making some fantastic meals. The hot tub while the snow was coming down was just the icing on the cake. The location was an easy drive to Winterpark, easy drive to Fraser and very close to the grocery store. Oh and the sledding hill right across the highway from the grocery store was a blast as well. All of the logistics were very simple and communications with Traci was easy. Thanks for a fantastic stay!!
