This is a scam of the most impudent kind!
Wow Thomas, your review is ridiculous, drastic and unfair!
It's also ridiculous, that you didn't want to talk to me on the phone, (as you blocked my number) it would be good if you could show me the damages in real time. Then we both wouldn't waste time writing mean reviews and I would have paid for the damages without argument!
But ok, let's begin:
Excuse me, but when you rent out an accommodation as a holiday home, you get upset about sand that stays on the floor? I also have a lot of sand in my bag, that is hard to get out, what to do? I often tried to clean with your great hoover, but it was full to the top - I wrote to you about that, that it's impossible to clean properly. You didn't do anything about it, i.e. you didn't bring any hoover bags to replace. You didn't seem to care...
You presented me with your washing machine, but you didn't provide any washing powder. At the beginning, the hand soap was missing in one of the bathrooms and you offered me to buy it myself. What kind of hospitality is that? Toilet paper is also an issue (I can hardly believe I am wasting my life-time on such miserable little things): For 11 days & 3 people there were max. 4 paper rolls available. When we were out, I bought some more (because I didn't want to approach the host for another small thing) and maybe put them in the other place - clean, of course!!!!! - than in the drawer, so what?
Why are you so bitter because it took you a few hours more to clean? Unbelievable - then why are you renting out the flat for an incredible amount of money???
There was no fat/grease left on the cooker, no poop in the toilet, no food left on the table. I even washed some towels and bed linen I changed, folded it and put it in the commode, something I wasn't obliged to do. Exactly - I hung the beach towel outside, like you're supposed to do when they're wet, so they don't get mouldy. By the way, it's exactly how they smelled the first time I used them (that was the reason I had to use the washing machine).
And you are upset about unwashed dishes (only from the last 2 days and not weeks) in the sink, if I had done all that, what else would you have had to do?
What mixer are you talking about anyway???
As I kindly asked you this morning 20.08.2022, before you blocked my number, provide the documenting photos, which are up-to-date, in order to prove which damages you want to claim for 100âŹ.
P.S.: I can't praise the cleanliness of the two bathrooms around either!
