Vårt nybyggda hem är en pärla! Vackert dekorerad med allt du behöver för en fantastisk vistelse. Bayside är en oöverträffad prisbelönad stadsdel med en imponerande lista med bekvämligheter - en vacker Jack Nicklaus signaturgolfbana, tre utomhuspooler och plaskområden, tennis, basket, lekplats, naturstigar, inomhuspool i åretvattensvattenscentrum, fitness och välbefinnande klasser, många fiskdammar, brygga med kajak och SUP, crabbing, två restauranger, juice bar, konsertplats och promenader / cykel / joggingstigar. 4 sovrum plus kontor sovrum plus loft sover 10 bekvämt, Serta madrasser, tre 4K HD plattskärms-TV med kabel, WiFi, välfylld kök, skärmad i veranda och däck, grill, Bluetooth-högtalare, brädspel, cyklar, fiskespön, golfklubbar , parasoller och stolar, boogiebrädor och sandleksaker, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, hårtork etc. En perfekt tillflyktsort för familjer, firande, golfutflykter, vänner tillflyktsort, romantisk tillflyktsort etc. Bara 10 minuters bilresa till närmaste strand för att njuta av solen, rida på vågorna, andas in havsluften och koppla av. Great Place

We had an amazing time. The location and amenities were more than we expected. The house is well stocked. The location is close to all the beaches. Our family enjoyed themselves. If there was a question the host was quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing

We had a great stay here. Enough of everything for the beach. Bikes were wonderful. We had 7 people- 5 kids and it worked wonderfully. Bayside is also awesome. So many fun things to do there.

Home was as pictured. The screened in porch was a plus. The additional upstairs space for TV and quiet time was used often. I did not appreciate having to wash all bedding and towels the morning of departure which is why we left a day early.

Wonderful!

This was our family's 3rd stay in a Bayside property, and it was BY FAR the best one we've been to. Every detail is accounted for, and then some. To top it off, Catherina is a great host and was so easy to communicate with before AND during the stay. The kids loved the area upstairs for them to play/watch television, and the grownups loved the kitchen and screened-in porch. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful vacation spot

We were very lucky to have located this beautiful home in a community designed to make vacations fun and easy for families with young children. We loved the community pools, bike paths, athletic center, splash pad, accessible smoothie/coffee/drinks/snack bars, etc. Many activities for all ages -- kids really loved live music at pools in the afternoon. We were able to walk to almost everything. A well stocked Harris Teeter is literally 4 minutes away and a concert venue is also an easy walk from the house. The house is exactly as described in text and photos. The owner, Catherina Lyu, could not have been more responsive, helpful and kind from the first inquiry to the last day of our vacation. We had one glitch -- the AC stopped working and she immediately found a repair person to fix it within a few hours. To me, that is the mark of a exceptional VRBO host. As mentioned, the house has tons of kitchen supplies that made meals easy, along with a gas grill. There was all sorts of equipment in the garage from bikes to sand toys to buggy boards. Plenty of towels for home and beach use. The house supplies bed linens although we were glad we brought our own. Appliances all work well with a huge washer and dryer. Wifi worked well. There is a key board in a wonderful open area on the second floor which was a lot of fun for the kids. We were a multigenerational group - grandparents, parents, and toddlers and the vacation spot was perfect for us. We would gladly return.

Incredible beach stay

We enjoyed a beautiful week at this clean and spacious house. The kitchen had every tool we could desire and the garage was full of equipment for a wide range of activities: beach play, cruising the neighborhood by bike, or crabbing at The Point. The Bayside community had so much to offer for everyone in our family (ages 2-68): pools, playgrounds, arts & crafts, live music…. Definitely come here and have a relaxing and memorable vacation!

Wonderful family getaway

This property was beautiful, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation with extended family. It's perfectly located to access all of the amenities Bayside has to offer. We all had a wonderful time! We especially loved the bikes - I'm not usually a biker, but I biked all over the resort.

Bayside gem

We had the opportunity to rent this beautiful property for a week. It is very clean and spacious with charming coastal decorations. My family of 10 stayed with room to spare. The owners thought of everything for their upcoming guests including a well stocked kitchen to an extra gas tank for the grill in the garage “just in case”. They were very welcoming. The owners have an amazing system for checking in and out. They quickly responded to communication. The entire rental process was extremely organized and not stressful at all. They take much pride in their property and it shows. There was also a book on the island with extra notes to assist with our stay stating “Welcome to our Bayside gem”! This is exactly how to describe it! We visited during a busier beach week over the fourth so it was nice to retreat back to the property after a busy day. I am so thankful for a wonderful week and to have found this amazing rental property. It you are looking for a place to rent in Bayside you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic property!

This is a fantastic property with lots of room and an excellent location. 10 minutes from Ocean Highway and the house is brand new so everything works perfect. There is also lots to do within the community including golf, swimming, dining and outdoor sports like fishing, crabbing, kayaking, SUP, etc. Really great property - highly recommended and we will be back!

MORE THAN A BAYSIDE GEM!

This beautiful villa in Bayside Resort was an absolute wonderful vacation home in Selbyville, DE! The home had everything we needed with extras added. The resort itself was amazing with it's amenities including beautiful pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, pool bar, gym, restaurant, shuttle to the beach, etc. And only 10 minutes from Fenwick Beach! You name it! It had everything for making our summer vacation a wonderful experience! And to the owners, Chris and Catherina Lyu, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We appreciate your kindness and always quick responses to any questions we may have had. We enjoyed it all and hope to come back again! Thanks for making our vacation an amazing one! This is a place that made us feel home....

Our family was very fortunate to find this property for our vacation. This home is very spacious, lovely decor and has all our family needed to make our stay a true vacation. Our kids enjoyed the pool (as parent we enjoy the bar :), kayaking , bike rides, crabbing and fishing activities, if you like to run or walk this is the place for you and the beach is minutes away (this is a exclusive community that you will enjoy) . We truly wished we had more time to stay here. And Catherina the owner is outstanding, she is always available (text or call) and goes out of her way to make you feel like family.
