Två våningar stan hem med 3 sovrum / 3 fulla bad, komplett kök, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, A / C i varje rum, TV med Wifi / kabel i alla sovrum och vardagsrum. Två privata däck utanför andra våningen sovrummet (bay front) och sovrum (street view) med café sittplatser för två för att njuta av morgonkaffe eller kvällsdrink. Första våningen har vardagsrum, fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, badrum och sovrum med queen size-säng. Öppna skjutdörrar till första våningen uteplats som har plats för upp till 9 personer tillsammans med en fantastisk utsikt över bukten och vind! Dock kan användas för fiske och kajaker är tillgängliga för paddling över att gräva för musslor! Två cyklar på plats till pedal till strandpromenaden / stranden som ligger 1 mil från denna plats. Andra våningen är åtkomst av en spiraltrappa som leder upp till sovrummet med king size-säng, privat badrum, däck med utsikt över bukten. Andra sovrummet på övervåningen har en dubbelsäng med två våningssängar och privat däck. Full bad av hall. Loftområdet mellan de två sovrummen ger foosBall utmaning för vänner och familj.

Stugan är rökfri och inga husdjur är tillåtna. Vi erbjuder sängkläder för sängar, handdukar men ingen städservice. Gästerna måste ta bort sängar före avgången och tvätta alla rätter, krukor, glasögon mm Det kommer att bli en avgift för tvätt av några rätter, krukor, glasögon, etc. lämnas obevakad. Parkering finns för upp två bilar. En extra betalning på 4% kommer att läggas till i bokningen för att täcka rumsskatten som
betalas inte av VRBO.

The property was relatively clean except for the charcoal barbecue grill that was dirty from the last person who used it. The place had a musty smell as well. The kitchen was nice but a lot of other areas seemed to be in need of repairs, for example, the sliding door was very hard to open and close, the glass was cloudy, and there was a tub from the 80s in one of the bathrooms. We did enjoy kayaking in the bay It had all of the kitchen tools we needed, clean linens and towels, TVs in each bedroom and the living room (although the remote didn’t work), It had a lot of space and it was nice for each couple to have their own room and bathroom. Overall it was ok but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Great mecca in the middle of Ocean City

Dorette's house has been home to our annual Summer Ocean City trip for the past 3 Summers. It's in a prime location, and perfectly separated from the mania of Ocean avenue. Tucked into the back of the neighborhood, it offers an unbeatable view over the bay, looking southwards. We honestly rarely leave the place. Complete with dock, kayaks, and canoes, you can easily just jump into the bay. The inside is spacious and always clean. The bedrooms are also all comfortable and we've never had any issues with any of the amenities. Definitely grab this spot if you can, might be the best option for the money you'll find around.

Hostess was very responsive and whole booking and check-in process were simple. I had a wonderful time and the house and view were way better than the pictures. Would book again whenever traveling to Ocean City Maryland. Five Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Low key relaxing vacation!

We rented this comfortable home with my elderly parents and it was everything we needed and more. Easy 1st level bedroom and full bath and walk out access to dock for fishing, sunning and kayaking. Clean and inviting and quick correspondence with host. We would rent for sure again in the future!

Nice, safe neighborhood

The house was nice overall. Could use some touch ups such as the doors are all hard to close and lock and electrical was not working in all rooms. Overall perfect for family house close to beach and boardwalk. Had all amenities needed for a vacation home. We spent most our time fishing and it was all close driving distance.

Best View in Ocean City

This place did not disappoint. The view was phenomenal. The check in and check out process was very easy. Each bedroom had a bathroom which was great. The kids enjoyed fishing off of the pier in the back of the house. I would stay here again any time!

We Wanted It To Be Great!

Sad to say… We loved the idea of this house and the location and were very disappointed with the reality. But there are two sides to every coin. We were able to find some positives among the negatives. The house is pretty much as pictured with a few caveats. It is directly on Assawoman bay on a quiet block. We LOVED the location. Great neighbors. The few caveats were that there was no mention of the construction directly next door. During the day we can hear them banging away. The rooms and the space of the rooms are exactly as you can imagine. The balconies are a great touch. However, the carpet on the master balcony lifts with the wind and all outlets and lights need to be replaced. There were a ton of light switches that don't work, knob and tube wiring that you can see and some places that may have been mold growing. The tub in the master needs to be replaced as it is quite gross. There were multiple small holes in the ceiling. And I think I mentioned the smell right from the beginning. The communication at the end regarding lost items and a fee for slime on a couch pillow was even more disappointing. We were happy to pay (what I am sure was an inflated cost) but then she couldn't figure out how to get the payment link to work. Her style of communication is very rude. We have stayed at many other rentals and never had an experience like this and we will not stay here again.

Great location

The house is located in a great location. Had great views of the bay. A few issues such has the master bathroom shower had a ton of lime and calcium build up that cause no water from the shower until we cleaned it, one bed room had no power for 12 hours - wish that was checked before we as renters came in and refrigerator took a while to get cold. I wish the grill was not a charcoal grill and it was a gas grill. The grill took for ever. I do wish communication was better via the messaging via the app. I still would stay here again if i was to come back to ocean city.

Ocean City MD

We had a great stay. We especially loved using the kayaks and standup paddleboard. It was fun to sit in the yard or on the dock and watch the steady parade of boats go by. Very relaxing! Great location.

Great place to stay

We had a great time. Everything was clean, the house was very homey. Very relaxing. The house was in a great location and the back yard was beautiful. It was stocked with fishing poles, kayaks and a grill. We had so much entertainment. I highly recommend this house.

Mold/mildew

If you have breathing issues or allergies to mold/mildew ...BEWARE! 3 out of 5 a/c with mold in them were replaced by the maintenance but they ignored the other 2. (I took pictures and sent them to the owner).The smell hits you as soon as you walk in and stays in your belongings when you leave. The owner offered a late check out or discount on future stay instead of, at the very least, refunding the "cleaning fee". Definitely DO NOT recommend staying here. In hindsight and after reading other reviews the owner definitely had this issue brought to her attention before and clearly doesn't care.

Very nice stay

The property was just as listed and, in person, was very beautiful. We had a fantastic time and would stay there again! The owner was quick to respond to our questions and was helpful. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We had an amazing time!

Stay was good

Stay was good. The access to the bay and yard was the reason I picked this place and it didn't disappoint. The neighbor was helpful with teaching us how to catch bait fish. But the neighbor also seemed to be quite curious of all their neighbors. The only complaint would be a mildewy smell to the house. Not sure if it was dirty ACs or mildew in the carpets. I was excited to be able to wash laundry while on vacation but I had to rewash everything when I got home bc it smelled like the house. Overall the stay was good and I would recommend this place

Great stay

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for the long weekend over the 4th. The house is perfectly sized and then some for the 7 folks we had with us. We could barely leave the backyard and the pier as we just had great sunsets every night. Really friendly neighbors as well and just enough off the main strip to get you away from all the craziness, but in a perfect location to jump off to any other spots in ocean city from. Hoping to stay here again.
