It was like reliving the 70's. The kitchen appliances were very out dated,

Very easy to make rental arrangements. Sorta pricey for a 2 room condo. Thought I was renting a one bedroom unit. To my surprise I walked into one room with bed ,sofa and kitchen all in one room.

NYE trip

It’s a cute condo, reasonably priced in a nice area. A few things to point out, we were only supplied with one roll of toilet paper and one paper towel. Needless to say there was only 2 of us but we used it all and then had to get more. If you’re traveling from out of town it makes it hard to bring paper products of the sort. We overall enjoyed our stay and the views were amazing!

A couple of days vacation for my birthday

The condo was very clean and everything was very good. The one complaint I have is this is studio condo and luckily it was only me and my son. The first night we open the sleeper sofa it looked like a WWE match had taken place. All the springs were broken and was good for my son to sleep on so he had to sleep with me. The sleeper sofa has to be replaced. Otherwise I was able to relax and rest for a couple of days.

Elevators and parking nightmare

Elevators are a disaster and parking is a nightmare! If you have a small car then great. If you get stuck on the elevators you probably have a heat stroke! KEEP TRACK OF YOUR EMAILS THEY TRY TO CHARGE ME FOR A EXTRA DAY THAT I DIDNT ASK FOR! They change the code on the door before our stay was up and had to call and ask what happen and get the new code in 98 degree weather!

On the Shore

The condo itself was not bad. The floor was not swept so I eventually I swept it. The elevators are a problem. There are 6, but only five worked and 2 days there only 4 worked. They are full most of the time and people get sick of waiting so they over fill them. Needless to say we used the stairs quite a bit which is not ideal on the 15th floor. Staff/Security very rude when we pulled in and asked where to go. The only person who had any sort of customer service was the lady who checked us in.

Great communication with owner- however there was mold issue

The owner of this unit was so kind and allowed us to check in early as we had to evacuate unexpectedly from Orlando. We were so grateful for this and she never hesitated to let us come many hours earlier than check in time and was so friendly the entire experience. The room is as described, it’s a studio, so of course it’s small. It was a perfect size for my family and the view to the beach was beautiful. The biggest issue we had was the AC unit and the mold. When we arrived, there was very noticeable mold on the ceiling and the smell was nearly unbearable. As soon as I messaged the owner she had it taken care of immediately by maintenance and apologized, who said it was from the AC circulation. This did fix the issue for half a day, but then the smell came back. My daughter got sick (I don’t think from the mold) but this didn’t help the issue. It was hard to breathe in the room from the strong odor of mold and since this is a studio there was no getting away from it.thankfully we had friends there too so we just stayed in their rooms all day and only slept there because they also didn’t want us breathing in that room. I know the AC unit is an okay size for the size of the condo, however I would strongly recommend looking into a new way to cool the room that provides better circulation. There would have been no way we could have stayed much longer with the strong smell.

Do not recommend

I do not recommend this property. No central air - window unit that might cool the room to 75 at night, during the day it is miserably hot in the room. The refrigerator did not get cold enough - the milk and meat that I brought went bad bc of the refrigerator not working correctly. Freezer didn’t freeze - all our ice and popsicles melted. The dishwasher didn’t work and I pretty sure is from 1950. The elevators are ridiculous - first day I had to carry my luggage up to the 15th floor but I thought maybe it was so busy bc everyone was checking in but no, every day we had to use the stairs multiple times and with kids and mutiple trips to the room, that was miserable. The staff at the pool were not nice and were belittling when speaking to us. The food at the poolside bar/grill took hours to get. Not a good experience for us. And definitely not worth the crazy price I paid.

Great Vacay!

We booked last minute and decided on staying here bc we couldn’t get in at The Regency where we normally go, And we WILL FOR SURE go back! While the room was not as clean as I would have liked the grounds were beautiful, the pool was Amazing! Great access views of the beach and the staff was fantastic! “Grace” with the management/booking agency was so sweet and helpful! Loved her! We will be back very soon!

Had a great stay! Beautiful location and very clean!

Only request I'd say have for the next people would be switch out the TV or get a firestick for those stuck in during the rain. Having to redbox dvds to use with an older dvd player in 2022 is sooooo old school. Other then that, everything was great. Noticed a view comestics issues when I first got there and took pictures but everything worked fine and I enjoyed the stay!

Enjoyable time

The resort was fairly clean and had nice amenities. We enjoyed be so close to so many things including Pineapple Willy’s. The particular room we had was good. Nothing fancy but we enjoyed our time. Would recommend and are planning on coming back.
