Toppen av toppen av viken! Utsikten fortsätter för alltid från denna åttonde våningsenhet. Denna söta studio ligger i en höghus på South Thomas Drive. Den här enheten sover 4 på 2 queen-sängar (nya madrasser!). Denna studiolägenhet har ett fullt utrustat kök med spis, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, disk och grytor. Dessa lägenheter har WIFI, stor TV med DVD-spelare, samt en sittgrupp med soffa och vilstol samt en matsal med plats för 4. Under sommarmånaderna (1 mars - 31 oktober) finns 2 strandstolar tillgängliga för gäster beroende på väderförhållanden.

Vårt komplex har genomgått en hel del renoveringar och det visar! Kom och sitta i vår stora stol, leta efter sköldpaddorna i våra pooler och sätt dig upp på vårt takdäck vid solnedgången! Toppen av viken är lägenheten som bara blir bättre och bättre.

Andelsläget ligger i hjärtat av Panama City Beach och ligger inom gångavstånd till klubbar LaVela och Spinnaker, shopping, golf och andra aktiviteter. Det finns en åldersbegränsning på 21 år för singlar och den verkställs strikt. Denna lägenhetsenhet är en icke-rökare. (Rökning tillåten i utomhusområden.) Rökning i enheten eller andra avvikelser från reglerna i Top of the Gulf (inklusive misslyckande med att ockupera rummet utan avancerat meddelande) kommer att leda till förlust av depositionen. Vi tillåter inte husdjur. Genom att skicka insättningen samtycker du till dessa enkla villkor.

Short vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was clean and a close walk to the beach. We also enjoyed walking to restaurants that were close.

Great stay!

This condo was perfect for 2. Cyndi was friendly and communicative. We really appreciated the fact that it came with 2 beach chairs. I've stayed at Top of the Gulf many times, and will continue to come back. The snack shack by the pool had some great & delicious options too!

The property is super clean and well kept. The room was also very clean and updated but it was a bit on the smaller size. The layout is all one room but it was plenty of space for the 2 of us. We loved the boardwalk to the beach!

Perfect girls trip!!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Top Of the Gulf and we loved it both times! The owners made it a seamless checkin process and were super responsive with any communication!!! Room was clean and beds were VERY comfortable!!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Spring Break

Owner of property was very sweet and caring, making a trip with a toddler a breeze! We loved the more secluded beach front, not too many people. Room was very clean, beds slept well.

Great getaway spot

There were 3 of us that stayed here and it was lovely! The beds were comfy and the view from the room was gorgeous! Cyndi was easy to contact. The check in was process was easy and the staff were very friendly! Would stay here again.

Work Trip

We came down for a work trip and were there for 4 days. I was expecting it to be more like a hotel room but the room was decorated so nice. It had plenty of room, everything was clean, the view was amazing, and the beds were almost more comfortable than mine. The shower was very nice as well. We had a really nice stay and it was close to everything. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had as well.

Amazing condo !

Enjoyed our 6 day stay here. Condo was exceptional, rooms were just like the pictures, property was amazing as well. The pool was a very good size, and offered a lot of amenities as well ! The property owners were incredible and helped a lot with switching our stay. Will definitely be going back !!

Excellent communication with the owner. Excellent location Staff and other guests friendly. Office Staff Sharon, very welcoming and she could answer any questions we had. I would highly recommended and I plan to stay again in the near future. Longer stay do to travel distance.

Loved our stay at Top of the Gulf. Room was exactly as described and very clean. Owners were great with their communication and details of how to check in/out. Plenty of room for the two of us. The only thing we missed was having a balcony. Would definitely stay again, though.

My family, a friend, and I stayed here for a long weekend. This property was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was convenient, and the view from the windows was beautiful. The pool, snack shack, and beach location was great too! Whenever I had a question, Cyndi was very quick to respond and was very kind. We will definitely return in the future!

Great little clean condo

The condo was very clean, there is an extra pull out couch that wasn't mentioned on the site. They provided everything we needed for our stay. Dishsoap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, coffee for the keriug machine, and ice trays in the freezer. There were plenty of dishes, a blender, even a crock pot. We didn't use the kitchen wares but there was nice things available. We were very pleased. The owners where always helpful and quick to be in contact.

Our family has always enjoyed Panama City Beach and now, as a family, own several properties here at Top of the Gulf. Unit 801 is owned by me, Allen, and my sister, Cyndi. Together, as a team, we answer inquiries, set up rentals, fix problems, and overall, try to ensure that your family will have a great stay at PCB.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Top of the Gulf is a smaller complex, therefore, our stretch of the beach is less crowded. Our complex is very family oriented, beach-front, and centrally located. Our property is continually being upgraded by our dedicated owners and just keeps getting better and better. Shuffle board, game room, small gym for working out. Our roof top (over the snack bar) is a great place to bring a beverage and watch the sunset.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our location is very convenient to attractions, walking distance to Pineapple Willies and a great little taco shop, Juan Taco, at Laketown Wharf. Signal Hill Golf Course is just down the street! Wonderful little ice cream shop and pizza joint (really good!) just to the right of the property. We offer a great snack bar during the summer. We also offer complimentary beach chairs during the summer.
