Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay! The condo is a bit of an older place, but was great as far as cleanliness and location! Communication was thorough and the process was easy. The view is great and just steps from the sand would definitely stay again!

Spring Break 2025

My husband and I had a great time. The condo was great. The only thing I did see as a very small issue was that we had to clean the drawer in the bedroom to use them. They really need a good cleaning. Other than that, great place with a beautiful view!

Wonderful stay!

The place was clean and right on the beach. Right next door to Pineapple Willy’s and a Walmart less than 5 mins away. Love the place and hope to stay with Alan again in future!

Panama City Getaway

Took my mom for a 3 day stay. The condo was perfect foe the 2 of us with plenty of room. The Gulf view was so nice and relaxing too! We really enjoyed our stay and the owner had all the kitchen tools we needed as well. walkneach

Love this place!

Condo was so cute! Super short walk to the beach, I loved the private gate—Heated pool was amazing! Super close to anything you want to go do or eat! Very quiet, safe and friendly property. Owners were great with communication!

Best week ever!

This condo was perfect. Easy access on the second floor as well as easy access to the beach. Our host was easy to communicate with and more than accommodating. I'll try to stay in this unit every time i go to PCB from now on.

Steps To The Beach

Condo building is right on the beach. It takes around 90 seconds to walk from the front door to the beach. The apartment has a nice side view of the beach. Beautiful sunset view. 2nd floor unit. Size of the condo is very comfortable for the two of us. Many amenities (newly renovated tennis court also work as 2 pickleballs with paddles and balls provided.) Heated pool, BBQ grills/table and gym can be seen from the living room/balcony and are within a 60 second walk. Gated parking lot and fence around the premise. Host is fast in replies and communicates well. Had a great time!

Enjoyable stay with a few friends

The condo was as shown in pics and was clean upon arrival. The owner was very helpful and very nice. We all enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Location Location 😍😍😍 great view

The condo was just as described, Alan was very prompt With responding. Only problem was the remote was broken in living room, and had trouble changing channels, But I wasn't really there to watch tv, hubby wanted to but, he settled for little tv in bedroom. There are 3 pools, and a great view of the ocean. It is a great condo for families or just a couple. Walking distance to pineapple willys which we also enjoyed. We will definitely be booking again, without kids next time. Lol It was our 9th anniversary, and i cannot think of a more special place to spend it. Thank you

Sunbird stay

The shower handles are extremely dirty. The counter tops were dirty. There were bugs. They wanted to spray, no notice, and my spouse is allergic to many things and needs to be out of the house for several hours.

Good place for price

Overall decent place to stay for the price as long ad youre not expecting something clean. Sand was all over couches, bed was dirty with sand hair and dirt in it. Mold on bathroom nozzles and shower curtain. Vent in bathroom falling out of ceiling etc. Probably could use some handyman work here and there. Like i said if you dont expect or care if its clean, it really is a decent and affordable condo. That was my only issue was the cleanliness everything else was great - great location to the beach, easy access, manager communicated, close to everything.

The room had been painted a very dark green color and did not look like the pictures at all. It needs to be updated bad. There were roaches in the room and I emailed the owner while we were there and got no response and still haven't heard anything from him. It was not very clean at all. The owner also made it sound like there was wifi in the room and there was not you have to sit by the pool to get wifi. I was there for a wedding and several of my friends stayed at the same place and had very nice updated big free rooms. I would never stay here again.

Its a no for me

Room was as described, property,however, was gross to say the least! My daughter called it the shinning hotel. They had 2 pools the main pool had beer bottles and cigarettes floating in it. It looked like the color of dirty dishwater. The one pool they did maintenance. Couldn't see the ocean from had a lovely view of the construction they had going on. The maintenance room you had to pass to get to the car had a foul dead animal smell. Day 2 they had taken all the contents out of said rom. And had them laying all over sidewalk to trip and walk on. Overnight. To presumably air out dead smell. There isn't any directions when you get on site after hours on how to get a parking pass. Was unable to get one bc office was closed on weekends. Was given what for by the lady at the desk on Monday bc I didn't call when I arrived. Tried to, but they have out of state numbers blocked. Refused to pay the fee for a band bc there was NO way id get in either of those pools. After flat out refusing to pay and getting attitude for 5 mins, she waived the arm band fee! This condo complex needs to be shut down! The room Itself is exactly as described!
