Nice home centrally located

We enjoy coming back to this lovely home every year. Host has thought of everything to make the stay warm and enjoying. Many shops and restaurants walkable.

Girls Weekend

This adorable house was the perfect place for our girls weekend. It is so well stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. The location was so convenient; we walked to Bella Care & Grille and Josie's and the UK campus. The host was quick to respond with all communications. We would love to stay here again on our next Lexington trip. A wonderful experience!!!!

The host was very accommodating and caring for my situation. The property was conveniently located to the hospital. I tried not rate it overall because of 3 concerns, large spiderwebs were in the window of the guest bedroom, no window covering on several windows, especially at the entrance door, and the size and location of the toilet in the guest bedroom but I had to…

Great stay in Lexington

This property worked out very well for our family to attend a family wedding. The host was very friendly and responsive. The property is very close to UK. There was plenty of space for everyone. We would stay here again when visiting Lexington. Thank you for a great stay!

Chevy Chase Charmer

Another great stay in this cute bungalow for Keeneland weekend with family. Walking to Josie’s for breakfast has become a tradition, and it’s an easy drive to the track on race day.

Great Place for Friends’ Weekend

This house was the perfect location for a football weekend. So convenient to the stadium, walkable to Chevy Chase, and a lovely neighborhood. Clean, comfortable, roomy, well-stocked with attention to details. Owner is very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay here again!

An absolute gem of a house and host

This host was an absolute pleasure to work with. Exceptionally responsive and kind. Went above and beyond to help us with a mistake I made when booking. The house itself is in an amazing location and is beautifully maintained. We felt so at home. We all had plenty of room and had a great time. We loved how easy it was to find everything with it all clearly labeled! Do yourself a favor and book this one for your stay in LEX. You won’t regret it.

50th birthday/ bourbon trip

Stayed at the property for 3 nights and used it as base camp for our distillery tours. Great location near local restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Would stay there again.

Fabulous!!

Lovely home located in a quiet area of Lexington. The house is very clean and organized with essentials and some non-essentials provided. Everything is labeled so that you can easily find whatever you’re looking for. Communication with the owner was excellent. Check in and out was a breeze. Easy drive to distilleries and Kentucky Horse Park. Within walking distance of some must try restaurants. Will stay here again if ever traveling to Lexington again.

Excellent house & host

Cathy's house was an excellent destination to catch up with friends. Located near UK and close to restaurants and a grocery store we couldn't have asked for more. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Cathy was also an excellent host and super quick with returning any messages. Highly recommend this house if you're planning on visiting Lexington!!

Our Keeneland weekend

Love the owner of this house! She goes out of her way to make the rental property welcoming, well appointed, and comfortable. Great linens, washer and dryer available if needed, coffee and coffee creamer, bathroom products. Makes packing much lighter. This was our second time and won't be the last.

My husband and I are travelers, close to retirement, and some would call us nomads! We just opened our 3rd vacation rental...all in cities we love....Lexington, Asheville, and Chattanooga! Soon to open, one in Charlotte. Our home base is in Cincinnati and we truly love our hometown city just as much!

The Lexington home is perfect for your gatherings. We have never accually lived in Lexington, but our kids attended college there...I especially love going to this house for my getaway retreat for just a few days! It's comfortable, convenient, spacious yet cozy, quiet...I love the front porch adirondacks and drink my coffee out there almost every day, weather permitting...sometimes even in the rain!
