Vackert hus vid vattnet vid Canyon Lake! Över 400 fot av vattnet!

Samantha, a cozy, home-away-from-home feel paired with those views is exactly what makes a place easy to settle into. Anyone who likes to unwind with a good outlook will feel right at ease here. You are always welcome back.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and recommendation! We’re glad you enjoyed the cleanliness, location, spacious kitchen, comfortable AC, and quick communication. We’re also happy to hear you had everything you needed for cooking and plenty of towels. Just to clarify for future guests, the starter pack of amenities is noted in the listing and is also communicated by text the day before arrival so guests have an opportunity to prepare accordingly. We appreciate your feedback regarding the mattresses and will certainly keep that in mind. As for the green aphids around the porch lights, this can occur seasonally, but we understand it can be unpleasant. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We hope to welcome you back in the future!

We hope to welcome you back to Canyon Lake again soon!

Thank you for sharing this! We’re so glad you enjoyed the peaceful setting and got to experience some of the local wildlife. Seeing deer wander through the yard — and even a fox — can make for such a special Texas Hill Country moment. It sounds like a relaxing time playing games by the water, and we love that it brought back memories of what Texas felt like years ago. We’d be happy to host you again anytime!

Clint, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the home, the peaceful neighborhood, and the convenience of being near the Canyon Lake Dam. It’s great to know your family of ten had a relaxing week together! We truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding the tall grass. We sincerely apologize for that oversight, there was a significant rainstorm the Thursday before your arrival, which caused the lawn to grow faster than usual. Had we been made aware during your stay, we would’ve been more than happy to send our lawn care team out immediately to take care of it for you. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you and your family again soon! Thanks, NBE

Hi Meredith, the home does not advertise an ice maker, we did send a staff member to bring you about 10 ice trays and she filled them for you while you were out, we also brought a replacement microwave the same day the microwave was reported. This home is in a residential area, your son was riding dirt bikes up and down the street very loudly. We are sorry you feel that the trip was not worth the money however we did issue you a partial refund for all your troubles. We hope that you find a vacation rental property that best suits your needs in the future! Thanks, NBE

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that you had an issue with taking the trash to the curb on your departure. If you had given us a call, we would have been happy to work something out so that maintenance could put the cans out for you ladies. We will pass on the feedback about the carpeting to the owners. We hope you will give us a second chance in the future. Thanks, NBE.
