Great 2 Bedroom nice kitchen close to campus. Great for 4 people or 2 couples. Well stocked and the host gave us some local beers to try when we arrived.

Great Condo Near Virginia Tech

This condo was the perfect home base for our Virginia Tech football weekend! It was clean and comfortable -- and we loved the local IPAs in the fridge! We'd definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and couldn't have asked for a better spot to celebrate graduation weekend! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals or just put out snacks! The open dining area and living room made it easy for everyone to gather and relax together. A fun surprise: the complimentary beer and wine selections left for guests were a great touch! The location was ideal — quiet, pretty, and just a short trip to both campus and downtown. We'd highly recommend this property for any group celebration!

Outstanding! Had everything we could possibly want from kitchen supplies to outdoor games, etc. We thought it was better in person than the pictures showed. Great location. Would definitely stay again. Go Hokies!

This property was perfect for our family of 5! Well stocked with kitchen items for cooking and snacks, beer and water when the kids and husband got hungry! Plenty of towels in the bathroom and games for the kids to play. Close to campus and everything that we wanted to do! We’ll be back for sure!

WOW! Ok first of all, the photos don't do this charming little beauty justice. It was the perfect base for us to use while our daughter moved in to Tech. A very short drive to campus and within walking distance of a Food Lion. But what we loved most about this rental were all of the little thoughtful touches - like everything you need for a cup of coffee early in the morning, extra waters, snacks, detergent for a quick load of laundry, nice towels, plenty of ice, organized cabinets with full sets of dishes.... We loved relaxing on the patio early in the morning with coffee before braving the move-in mayhem. I am already planning to book here for our next visit to Tech. Loved it!

Surprise Amenities

My son and stepson were the occupants to attend my 50th VTCC reunion. They were pleasantly surprised when there were already some cold beer and coffee available. Place was very clean and nice. The rest of the family could visit for a few hours and we had plenty of room.

Perfect Rental

I can't say enough about our stay here! Everything was Perfect! It was comfortable, clean & great location for our son's VT graduation!! The owners responded immediately after we made the reservation & made themselves easily accessible if we needed them--which we did not because everything was taken care of & explained perfectly before our visit. There were some added extras we didn't expect & lots of information on the area, places of interest & of course, the university. I would definitely stay here again & may even look for another reason to come back!!
