However, we are sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. As soon as the issues were brought to our attention, we did our best to intervene and provide solutions as quickly as possible. Regarding certain facilities, particularly the cooling devices in the bedrooms, we have taken your comments into consideration and are continuously looking for ways to improve our guests’ comfort. We will also strengthen our checks regarding cleaning and the equipment provided in the apartment to ensure that everything meets our standards before each arrival. We would nevertheless like to point out that the absence of an elevator is clearly stated in the listing, so that guests can take this into consideration before making their reservation.
