Exactly as described, hot tub was a huge plus and very much enjoyed. Safe spot, easy to get to and understand parking, check in, ext. Host was responsive when needed as well! Thank you for a great stay!

Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It had everything we needed. Had to call host and he returned by messaging in a timely matter. Bed was very comfortable-medium firm.We didn’t require glamour or excess amenities. This is a clean, nice place at a good price.

Amazing little bungalow tucked away in a very tranquil area!!! I have stayed at this zenful retreat a few times and absolutely love the location, the bungalow, and the customer satisfaction from the owner!!! This is definitely a must stay when visiting Asheville!!! :)

The house was amazing!

The hose was amazing, he answered any questions that I had and within a timely manner, the hot tub was my favorite part, but all together he was just a cute little apartment!

Great little apartment

My husband and I came to Asheville to go to the Biltmore. We wanted somewhere close to stay and this little place was perfect. Karl kept us up on anything happening at the apartment. Would stay here again. apartment

Nice and clean, lovely little screened porch with hot tub, easy to get an Uber, straight shot to Biltmore Village. I expect we will be back!

It was what was needed to change up the scenery for a bit and celebrate my hubby birthday. Basically everything was as it was described. And we have no real complaints. Mánager was responsive once we got his contact info. Stated that he doesn’t get notices from this site very well. So he will respond just maybe a bit later. Like the next day. Outside this it was great stay as I stated.

Lovely little loft!

Upon entering the door the fresh smell of clean hit my nostrils and the soothing sound of jazz filled my ears. Pleasantly surprised at the size of the loft and the hot tub was the most wonderful treat. We truly enjoyed our stay and would like to book again. So glad I found this place, thanks Karl for having us as guests.

Overnight anniversary

Had an internet issue but Karl called and I was able to get on later. Cute and nice place to stay. Porch and living area cushions could have better support, felt like sitting on a board. Easy fix. Loved the porch area.
